The Seabreeze Retreat is a beach house with all the comforts you would want in South Florida. The project originated when the founders had the idea to re-create their favorite South Florida living experiences under one roof. The house was professionally designed by local architecture firm Aterlier Lumi, to help make this vision come to life. An earthy color palette is used throughout the home with attention to small details, intricate decorations, furniture, and artwork.

The house was thoughtfully renovated with great attention to detail. As soon as you walk through the doors you are transported into a luxury Mediterranean villa. The kitchen features a beautiful arch as the accent piece and exposed wood beams (original to the 1960s house). The cabinets are custom-made by local craftsmen and resemble pleated wood fusing a modern kitchen with rustic Sicilian vibes. Your stay with us will be one you will never forget!

We stayed for our daughter’s birthday and July 4th. The sandy beach is a few minutes away and the home had everything you needed to enjoy the stay. The A1A is right on the front of the home and the pavement is narrow so take care if you’re walking your pups or have kids. That said, the road didn’t affect us in the home or pool area. We would stay here again, we had a great time!

We had a great stay at this location. We had a large group of three families and were able to comfortably fit everyone. The property is located near the beach and lots of restaurants. In addition to the location, we really enjoyed the backyard space with pool and hot tub. Our host was very responsive and offered recommendations for things we were looking for in the area. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area wanting to be near the beach!

This house was perfect for my bachelorette! It was an easy walk to the beach and such a cute place to hang with my friends! The beds were very comfy, and the pool was great. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re having a weekend with friends or for a family gathering - plenty of space! This listing was the perfect property for us 12 girls to enjoy Fort Lauderdale. The house has an open concept with comfortable couches & a huge table so it was perfect for us to enjoy each others company. Overall the home was beautiful and really made our vacation amazing. Justin was also a wonderful host, very attentive! I would absolutely recommend this house, especially for a large group.

We stayed at the house for a girls trip to Florida and it did not disappoint! The house is spacious and clean. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved the pool and the large kitchen. We had some questions during our stay and Justin was very responsive and helpful throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay here There was plenty of room for my family of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids). The backyard is great and provides lots of entertainment. We loved the pool. The location is great - a bit noisy with traffic but also close to great restaurants, shopping and the beach. Justin is a great host - responds quickly and very attentive. I would recommend staying here!

Hi Justin just wanted to thank you for a wonderful vacation. All I can say is Location ,Location, Location! The kids loved playing in the heated pool and it made our trip very enjoyable as they were tired out and went to bed early. Playing on the fake grass was great for the two 8-month-old babies.

Harbor Beach was absolutely perfect for my bachelorette. The beach is literally right around the corner and the bars are a short walk down the street (definitely a little longer if you're wearing heels). The entire property is fenced and gated so we felt extremely safe. Justin was super accommodating and responsive. All 12 of us were very comfortable and had a phenomenal weekend.

My friends and I were coming to Florida for my Bachelorette party. Upon arrival, and ENTRANCE into the house, we were met with a house full of other people’s suitcases and belongings because Justin double booked the property!!!! Bottom line, this was potentially dangerous for all parties involved. I would not have felt safe staying here. Justin was hardly remorseful and although I was refunded, my friends and I had no where to stay. Do not book this property! Not to mention it was on a very busy street and not walkable to many places at all. So disappointing in every way.

Overall, the house is great for a group of friends (with 4+ full bedrooms, 4 full baths) – we had tons of space. Justin was extremely responsive and rapidly sorted out any issues (e.g. dropping off extra beach towels). The outdoor spaces were nice for us to all hang out. A couple minor things I'd note – 1) there were a few fit and finish issues with the house that were unexpected for such an expensive listing (e.g. mismatched lightbulbs, dishwasher improperly installed, cheap toilets, lack of towel bars or hooks in at least one bathroom), 2) the hot tub was pretty dirty. I'm guessing this is from folks coming from the beach and getting into it while sandy; Justin sent his cleaner as soon as I mentioned this, and 3) beware that the house is on a major road, so road noise at night can be an issue. Overall though was perfect for my group of friends!

A football team of adults enjoyed the property very much! Home was lovely, with even more space than advertised, likewise outdoors. A little short on sundries, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent but plenty of towels. Very responsive and accommodating owner, reach out and they'll get back to you immediately.

Awesome location with very easy access to the beach - a 5 minute walk. Hot tub in the backyard is very nice. Property is kid friendly. Central to everything- beach, shopping, restaurants etc. Property host Justin is very responsive to questions. Overall it’s a great property and we would love to come back again!
