About this house rental

Our Mid-century inspired Downtown Digs is just a few blocks from Bentonville's top attractions and only a few minutes by bicycle from the popular downtown Bentonville Square and mountain biking trails. Fully renovated in January 2021, this house has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has two queen-size beds plus two twin trundle beds. You'll enjoy chilling out in the mid-century-inspired decor complete with retro furniture, art, fun lighting fixtures, and plenty of outdoor lounging area on the new covered deck with modern style outdoor furniture. A large yard gives kids room to run! For bikers visiting the area we have a secure storage shed on the property for you to lock away your bikes and gear securely out of sight.

This place was perfectly located to walk anywhere nearby. Neighborhood was safe. The host was very easy to communicate with. The house has every immenity you need! Well worth every penny.

We just needed a place to stay for one night while we were traveling and this place was perfect! We loved the decor and all of the fun little activities in the house. We wish we could have stayed longer but we needed to get back home. If we ever decide to take a trip to Bentonville, we will definitely book this house again!

House was just as advertised. Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood and reasonably priced. Check in was a breeze. Nice community so try and get this little house as your home away from home if you plan on visiting Bentonville.

Very pretty little house with a cozy outdoor area and lusciously comfortable beds. Much further away from downtown than we expected and the firepit, when it was delivered, didn't seem safe for the wood we'd brought.

Please note that, to me, a rating of 5 means exceeds expectations. We were very content with this home. It was clean; is in a quiet neighborhood; within easy walking distance to several good restaurants (but we wish Bentonville would have sidewalks or shoulders on the roads); furnishings were fine and the kitchen was well equipped; the flowers outside were a nice touch. It would have been delightful to enjoy the pleasant outdoor covered deck, but the weather was just too hot the week we were there. The A/C kept the house cool but was unusually noisy. Fearing that it might be broken, we reported that to the owner but did not hear back on the findings. This is a good place to stay while you enjoy exploring Bentonville.

Great place to stay! What we loved- comfy, cozy beds/bedding, convenient location, so many little extras provided by the host that we didn’t need to buy anything for our 3 day stay! The property owners have paid a lot of attention to detail so you feel right at home. The home is on a very quiet street- which is you’ve ever had a vrbo that isn’t then you know how important this is!! We stayed with our three kids and were very comfortable.

We have stayed in several VRBOs on our road trip and this one was by FAR the cleanest and most updated. Every nook and cranny was clean. No dust bunnies or spider webs in the corners. It smelled nice. The beds were comfortable and not saggy. The towels and sheets were newer and nicer than other VRBOs we've stayed in. They even had a few books and toys tucked away for our littlest one (3). The AC cooled down the house well. There were nicer toiletries in the bathroom. There was laundry soap and dryer sheets for us to do a quick load of laundry. Great location in downtown Bentonville. Will definitely stay again if we are traveling through the area. Nothing bad at all to say about this cute little house!

The property was clean and as it’s shown in the pictures. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I did have a bit of trouble with the thermostat but the owners were very quick to respond to my messages to help me figure it out.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that was incredibly clean, updated, and comfortable. The location was close enough to downtown but far enough away from car and pedestrian traffic. Heroes Cafe and Crepes Paulette are less than a half mile walking distance. The bed was comfortable. Look forward staying here again!

This property was clean and comfortable and an easy walk from the Bentonville square. We enjoyed our stay and expect to book again in the future. If you enjoy circulating air while you sleep, as we do, you’ll want to bring your own fan. There are no fans or ceiling fans in the house, but it’s easy enough to bring your own.

They went above and beyond to respond to our inquiries and gave us thoughtful recommendations. Genuinely a wonderful experience and we give our highest recommendation...you won't be disappointed!

My family with three small children arrived to find the front yard, back yard, and driveway completely flooded with water several inches deep making it impossible to safely park or enter into the house. The neighbor informed us that it “happens all the time”. I was able to contact the owner’s family who did offer to relocate us to a smaller one bedroom apartment, but it did not fit our family’s needs. The owner’s family member also told us the owner was “very generous” and would probably give us a refund. Within about 30 minutes of our arrival, the city closed the road on both ends. We checked the weather forecast which showed even more heavy rainfall for that night and all the next day, so we went to a hotel. Later, when requesting a refund, the owner said that we were told that the city had come and unclogged a culvert (which we were never told until that point) and that the problem was fixed within an hour of our arrival (which it was not as we checked back before leaving for the hotel). They did return a total of $120 of the $375 fee for two nights. But we were very disappointed in how the situation was handled.

My kids and I loved the midcentury modern decor and location of the Downtown Digs! We instantly felt right at home, and we enjoyed both cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoying restaurants in downtown Bentonville and nearby Rogers. I also appreciated the supply of coffee and hot cocoa pods. The property was a perfect home base for visits to Crystal Bridges, the Momentary and nearby hiking trails. Access and cleanup procedures were a breeze. Would definitely book again!

Our family met in Bentonville for the Christmas holiday; this beautiful home provided a comfortable space for sharing meals and family time.
