About this cabin rental
Three Feathers
Come escape to a beautiful cabin oasis on the pond! This charming cabin in the woods has lots to offer as a family vacation retreat. Three Feathers is a cozy 1.5 story log sided cabin with 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bath downstairs and, upstairs, a large open loft that has a pine wood wall separating sleeping quarters with 2 queen beds giving it the feeling of 2 extra bedrooms. The loft also offers a gaming table and a full bath for convenience to your upstairs quests. The open floor plan offers a cozy fireplace, warm pine walls, spacious kitchen and separate dining/seating areas. The outdoors has plenty of areas to play and adventure with a spring fed pond right out your backdoor. Imagine relaxing on the deck with a warm cup of coffee in the mornings while being serenaded by many species of birds. The wooded decks wrap around and lead to a private covered hot tub house. Just off from the hot tub house is a cozy fire pit where you can relax, roast marshmallows and get lost under the starts. The cabin is nestled in a private area and sits on an acre of land. Surround by tall native pines and post oaks, while enjoying your stay at Three Feathers you'll feel like you're miles from the city, tucked into a little slice of Heaven in the woods. By the way, be on the lookout for Woody, the red, black and white resident woodpecker. He's been known to make an appearance!
Additionally, you'll be about as close as you can get to Broken Bow Lake & the Lower Mountain Fork River - 7 minutes from trout streams, kayaking, canoeing, stand-in up paddle boarding, zip-lining, petting zoo, horseback riding, hiking, bald eagles and so much more!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days at this cabin. The fire pit was fun and we saw so many deer!!! That said , we did have lots of flying, biting mosquitoes inside of the cabin and out (We found out my sister is allergic.) Understandably this is the country & on a pond but even with our bug spray, we couldn’t keep up. We all noted how clean the cabin was and the comfortable beds. I do not agree that anything less than 5 stars is a bad review. My honest opinion is 4 stars because of mosquitoes in and out and a dirty (mildew liner) upstairs shower and blinds that are in the living areas of the cabin didn’t work so we couldn’t open for light and to enjoy the view.

The just was very kind and helped us when we struggled on the operation of the hot tub. Just due to our inexperience and uncertainty on how to operate it. The property was perfect for our weekend get away. Very quiet and got to see lots of deer. I would definetly book it again.

We had 6 adults here for a long weekend. The location is great, and the host was responsive to my inquiries. There are some issues that should be addressed for a better experience. First of all, the living area is very dark due to the wood paneling, but mainly because the three entry doors, which 'should' provide the majority of natural light, have full-length miniblinds sandwiched between glass, and the mechanism for adjustment is broken with them in the closed position. Further, there is only seating for four adults in the living area, unless you count the stone hearth. For these reasons, we left a day early. Outside, the firepit was running over with ashes, and the Weber grill had not been properly emptied of ashes either. I don't like to leave negative reviews, and we definitely enjoyed our stay, but there are some things that need improvement before we would consider this property again.

We actually live about 30 minutes away but the lake has always been our home away from home so often we like to stay and make the most of it, we absolutely fell in love with this cabin and we have stayed at many. This cabin screamed Southeastern Oklahoma to me. Most cabins we've stayed in the area are far too modern and just don't fit the area but this one was perfect. I also love the fact that the cabin owners had the Bible verse on the wall, in today's world I respect your showing of faith and the way you had it displayed. We decided this would be the cabin we stay at from now on. So be prepared to see us often.

Place was a blessing. Very cozy and welcoming. The location was close enough to go grab snacks for kiddos for the camp fire outside and adult fun as well.
Windows give alot of natural light. Kids had fun playing and reading the book at the cabinet. The hot tub was nice when the mosquitoes weren't out. The plumbing went out a couple of times bc of the construction that was going on. The owners helped and assisted really fast with that- communication was great for thay issue.
I would most definitely come back and stay another trip here.

If you're looking for a quiet retreat to relax and enjoy nature, this is the place! Our favorite parts about staying here: the sounds of all the bugs and frogs at night, the herd of deer that graze near the property, the fire pit (stocked w/ plenty of wood!), the big back yard, and the side porch to sit and watch the pond with your coffee in the morning. For those w/ kids, the upstairs rooms were a nice space for them. The hot tub was really fun too. But truly what makes this place special is just sitting by the fire and listening to all the critters.

The Host were very very helpful. This particular Cabin was amazing, the view was great to sit out and enjoy the nights and fishing. This Cabin provided everything and I mean everything from the pots, pans, dishes, mixing bowls, food utensils, paper towels, bath towels. All we had too provide was just the food. I will no doubt be back to stay at this cabin. I just cant say enough good stuff about this cabin. The Hosts were absolutely on point with this cabin. See you next year if not sooner.

We had a delightful stay at Three Feathers. Nicely decorated, comfortable.
We were looking forward to enjoying a fire around the fire pit but it rained. So we stayed in and played games instead. We brought our own but I noticed there were several upstairs.
We found the beds to be comfortable.
The host answered our questions in a very timely manner; many times within just a few minutes.
We all said we would stay there again!

Took my parents, aunt, and sister in law to see the solar eclipse. This was the perfect place to stay for the night. Only bad part was that i should have booked for 2 nights instead of 1.

Weekend trip for a local event. Wanted a simple place that was quiet, comfortable, and not too far from activities.
This place was all that and more. Hot tub was excellent way to relax after the day, as well as enjoying a fire near the pond, playing horseshoes, and grilling some dinner.
Just minutes away from local shops, food, activities, and Broken Bow lake, which was truly beautiful.
No question, I’ll stay here again when I’m back this direction.

Cabin was nice. The pictures online don't show how close it is to other cabins and permanent homes. Take your own soap because there is only a tiny bar. If other renters wouldn't take items provided then other renters wouldn't have to bring their own items. They owners can't provide items like shampoo/conditioner, body wash and a bar of soap. The host was excellent and quick in answering my questions.

The cabin is cozy, inviting, clean and comfortable. We did enjoy the deck, the water view and hot tub. We would love to return to actually just visit for fun. We would book again.
