We’ve stayed here a few times and love location and the 3 bedrooms. It’s one of the best places in the area

This was a good, clean, close enough to the beach home to rent. Price wise, it was easily the best value that we could find. Communication was solid, the place was cleaned and well stocked, it didn’t feel gross in the slightest. Would definitely stay again.

The unit itself was fine. Met our needs. I will say if someone is staying in the unit upstairs you will hear their every step/stomp all hours of the day and night.

Good location and plenty of room for 5 people

great location

The location of the unit is great—right down the street from beach access. However, the unit was not perfect. We are a family of five and I prepared all of our meals to save money. The kitchen was fairly well equipped until I opened the silverware drawer. There were only 3 forks. I called the management company and was promised that someone would bring more forks but that never happened. The furniture is a bit stained and shabby. The sofa smells faintly of urine. Not nice! The beds were comfortable. The owner should invest in a couple of chest of drawers for the bedrooms for guests to unpack clothes. Everyone had to live out of their suitcase. There is a washer and dryer in the garage which was great. And there is a garage for our car and that was really, really great.

This house is close to the beach as advertised. However, it is very poorly kept up. The furniture is broken and stained. My mom cut her foot on the broken coffee table. More disappointing we’re the beds. All three are cheap thin mattresses that are on slats (not a platform). The master bedroom is the worst. The bed slats were broken so there was nothing supporting the 2inch mattress. We contacted them multiple times and got no response! Huge waste of money! Total disappointment for our family vacation at Christmas this year! Got hope exhausted with sore backs after sleeping on the floor!

The house was in a perfect location to the boardwalk..very close to the water! Bedrooms were updated and clean.
The internet connection was a little spotty..but overall we had a really nice stay.
The location is perfect for riding bikes everywhere. Will definitely stay there again 🙂

The location was awesome - a block from the beach. The unit itself was a huge disappointment - furniture stained, dirty and very limited. Not a single bedroom had a dresser or drawers to put clothes - only a closet. No spices, and by that I mean at least salt and pepper would have been nice, no serving pieces, floor was so dirty my socks turned black, when upstairs unit toilet was flushed you heard it run down the walls. Good value for location, but needs some very serious attention.

Home was a good layout & very close to beach..
Heater & shower worked very very well. I would strongly recommend new sheets & more of a fluffy comforters.. The sheets were so thin that they had hair on them hopefully from a static we slept on top of bed..
Beds were comfy..
Thick white new sheets is the best not thin old ones. Needs a new broom with a wide sweeper.. I didn't see no dish towels/rags..
Kitchen chairs need to be shampooed..
No instructions on how to light the fireplace, that should be posted..
Extra sheets to put over couch for guest.. New pillows...
Once these tiny things are fixed I would definitely stay again

It's alot of tile to sweep.

I really wanted to like this place. But it was honestly one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. There was supposed to be guaranteed parking in the garage, but the tenants in the rental unit upstairs parked in the middle of the garage every day so we had to park over a mile away. The conditions of the unit were not great. Extremely poor water pressure, low lighting, the floors were very gritty and sandy, and the sink in the guest bathroom was clogged with hair from a previous renter. I tried contacting the host and received a lukewarm response and an unfulfilled promise that they would come out and fix the issues with the parking and cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here.

Loved how spacious it was and just a couple minutes to the beach. Loved the fireplace when it was chilly.

I like the location, but the house can be taken care of better. Hot water in the spare bathroom take 10 minutes to get warm and very very low pressure. Repairs look very cheap
