About this house rental

17 Nettles Blvd sleeps up to 12. This large Nettles Island Resort home is Waterfront with a Deck and 5 minute walk to pools and 10 min walk to ocean and private beach. Nettles island also has a private marina w full facilities: 772 229 -2811. They are a private company and can rent in any manner they choose. Car parking for 2 small cars or 1 car and 1 under 14 foot trailer. Trailer Parking is available at the island recreation center via the condo office and is for only 3 days and cannot include a Saturday. BUT we have free off island parking; if you need it; just call us at 704 450 9901. We also rent our 2 bedroom 1142 Nettles blvd property which is Vrbo number 2714575 and can accommodate up to 32 foot boat. We also rent our 2 bedroom 533 Nettles Blvd vrbo number 3081941. 17 Nettles Blvd Upstairs has a large kitchen overlooking the water and two bedrooms (king and queen) and large pull out sofa, and 2 bathrooms UPSTAIRS. Upstairs easily sleeps 6. Downstairs has separate entrance and one full sized bed bedroom apartment requiring no stairs (door available to upstairs) with bathroom and kitchen, full sized bed/ pull out sofa AND futon, and cots. Downstairs easily sleeps 6. Your rental includes BOTH FLOORS: We rent the whole house as one rental. Nettles Island Resort offers two Community heated pools, private beach, hot tubs, recreation hall, pool table, miniature golf, lighted tennis courts, weight room, bocce ball, computer room, gated security, and boat marina. Golf cart rental may be available through the following numbers: (all are 772) 985-0304 and 333-2733 and 323-1165 and 219-0019. If you seek a smaller waterfront vacation home w bigger boat space please see our 1142 Nettles Blvd, vrbo number 2714575 with only 2 nite minimum. We also rent 392 Nettles boulevard VRBO number 4191282. It has a boat lift and dock with beautiful waterfront. It has a 13 nite minimum and no pets. We also rent 533 Nettles vrbo number 3081941. The 533 Nettles blvd property has a 13 nite minimum stay but is super cheap for that reason. Many people add more nites than needed to meet the minimum at that property. This 17 Nettles blvd property has only 2 nite minimum. If your preferred dates are not available at one property we can combine your dates with one or 2 of our other properties. Call us 704 450 9901. We do not refund for weather issues or any other reason outside our generous cancelation policy. Vrbo will send you the door code and easy no contact check in procedures 3 days prior to your stay. Motorcycle friendly. House has 4 key fobs for amenities. Additional fobs are available at the condo office. FREE OFF ISLAND over flow parking 704 450 9901. We have NO ads on Craigslist.

We enjoyed another stay at this property. The host is very responsive and willing to do what you need to make your stay enjoyable. The only downside to our stay this time, was that we had to purchase extra pool passes over the 4 provided. The extra pool passes are only good for a week or 2 so it isn't like the host could purchase more for his property. Despite the pool pass issue, everything was wonderful, and we will be back again next year :)

Had a great stay even with the rain. The house had everything we needed and more. The Island had ton of things to do. We rented a golf cart so was able to come and go with the rain. Wish we had more days to enjoy all the clubhouse had to offer. My only regret was I didnt take the time to read the DAD book, put it down for later and later never came. Would definitely return.

Let me first say that the property owner is a man of integrity who cheerfully and fully handled an issue with our reservation. The property itself is exceptionally roomy, very comfortable, bright, perfect for families that need to spread out a little, in excellent repair, clean, and less than a 5-minute walk to the clubhouse and pool. We have stayed in Nettles several times in the past few years, and this was our best rental.

The house was perfect for the six of us, everyone have their own area, the view was spectacular, the community is full of fun things to do, we run it a couple golf carts and enjoyed riding over to the beach and over to shockers for dinner, our host was amazing! The house had everything we needed from beach chairs ,umbrellas ,a grill, kitchen items and more! Just loved this place ! We visit Nettles every year and we will definitely stay here again!

My family and I have stayed at Nettles a few summers now and I feel like the Island is a home away from home. I have not been disappointed with any of our rental homes and this one in particular is one we feel we must come back to. The owner/host is easy to communicate with. The deck is such a great place to relax. The house is super clean and spacious to accommodate a big family. Staying here with teens was great as they enjoyed the bottom floor as their own private apartment. Staying up late playing cards or watching tv was never an issue for the adults as no noise could be heard from upstairs. We found that the house hay everything we needed and more. The fact that pets are allowed is a plus for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will be back.

Definitely the best experience I have had. Paul was super helpful with everything. The process of getting in and getting settled was super easy. The property had a great view of the water and the house was very clean. No complaints here! We had a great time, and we can’t wait to do it again! Thank you for a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive and willing to purchase beach towels and a beach umbrella when we got there since the ones that he had were gone. He also came over and fixed a box spring that had been broken prior to our arrival. My only 2 complaints would be that the beds aren’t very comfortable and the home stays warm. The owner is the only one who has access to the thermostat. I asked him to lower it 2 degrees while we were there and he lowered it one degree. We typically keep our thermostat at home at 70 and he had it set at 73-74. We stayed hot the entire time we were there especially at night while we were trying to sleep. Overall, we would consider staying here again (mainly if the temperature of the house could be lowered more!).

I had never heard of nettles Island before but it was a pretty neat little spot! The location was perfect. The house was so pretty , with a very unique layout , the pictures do not do justice for what it really is!! We would 100% book again at this location! We did bring the grandbaby who is 2 and I would say that was my only concern being that it had a lot of stairs and it right by the water (which ,yes, I knew before I booked so that’s my fault) but it all worked out in the end, next time it would definitely be just us grown-ups!!

The pictures of this place do not do it justice. The location is perfect, on the water and a less than 10 minute drive to the beach. The house is beautiful, huge and comfortably fit 6 people. Could fit more if needed. Fitting 2 cars in the parking area was stressful at first but we managed. I don’t think a third car could fit without being parked in the road. Disposing of trash was also a bit tough as it’s placed inside a small hole in the driveway that was already full when we arrived, we also only had access to one garbage bag . The setbacks, however, do not change my mind when I say this place is the perfect home away from home.

This property has it all! Very modern home on a canal with walk out deck to enjoy the sunshine as well as a water view and fishing. Being a home on Nettles Island you are afforded all of the amenities....heated pool, Recreation Hall, shuffle board, pickle ball and many more!! As an added bonus, you are less than a 15 minute walk to the ocean and beach! Amazing property.....affortably priced!!!!

My father and I stayed there for a month and we liked it very much. Nettles Island has a very beachy feel and is very relaxed. There’s plenty of room and the owner is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.
