The house was perfect for our family. The online pictures were right on point. The location of the house was great for all of the activities my family wanted to do...from going to a Rays game, to Anna Maria Island, to the Aquarium, and the Casino. The house was immaculate. The pool was great after a long day out! The neighborhood was quiet.

We had a fantastic week at the fountain house. We spent most of our days either in the pool or the lanai. At times family was situated all over the yard. In the pool, on lounge chairs, next to the bbq or in the lanai. Beautiful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Hosts were very attentive even got a full size crib for my grandson.

We loved this house. Our group ranged from 3 years old to 77 years old and nobody was ever bored. In addition to the pool there is the pool table, foosball, and basketball. House is laid out well, and very spacious. The laundry in the garage was great. Also, a second fridge in the garage for drinks. We grilled a few nights and it was very relaxing to just hang out. Other days we drove to Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa. The house was nicely centrally located. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, pool toys, beach toys and chairs and wagon, and shampoo and conditioner. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive. The pool light was out, and they had somebody come and fix it immediately. Overall I would recommend this to anyone, and would stay here again.

This house was beautiful inside and out. Everything was clean and just as pictured. We really appreciated the extras and small touches. Meaning kitchen was stocked with things we didn’t have to buy. paper towels, spices, foil and all kitchen essentials, sunscreen bug spray etc. we have rented many homes through vbro and when the house feels like a home it makes the vaca that much better. We had fun playing pool fuse ball and basketball and just relaxing by the pool. Owner was responsive when needed but we didn’t need much. Neighbors were friendly and it was an easy ride to Tampa. Perfect for a short or long stay.

This house is exactly as described and portrayed in the pictures. There is plenty for everyone to do and enough room as well. The home was clean and had had everything we needed for a spectacular week away with our family. The hosts were very responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay. Everything went great from start to finish. The home itself was like the rich and famous. Sparkling clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Crazy good game area inside and out. Pool and back yard and deck and screened in area all from the same mold of the house. Close to restaurants, groceries, golf and shopping. All gulf beaches a short easy drive. Host was very very responsive. Would highly recommend this home.

Great house for families! The home was exactly as pictured and very clean. The heated pool is the absolute highlight of this house, we loved being able to swim everyday! The host was great to work with, excellent communication. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. There were high chairs, pack n plays, a baby gate, and an umbrella stroller for our littlest one. We also loved how many things there were to do at the house. We played lots of basketball in the pool, foosball, and pool inside. So even when it rained, we were able to do more than just watch tv together in the house. It was a great stay!

Beautiful house, could not have been happier with the property. Good communication from the host. The pool table is slightly awkward as it’s in a space a bit too small for it. The heated pool is amazing. Altogether a wonderful experience for our family. Thanks so much!

This is a lovely home that has everything you need for your stay. The home was as pictured, but there is no dining room table. The pool table in another photo is in that spot. Our family loved the outdoor area and pool. We had kids with us, so it may be helpful to know that the bunk beds are on the first floor with the Master bedroom. The property managers are available and responsive. The only thing that kept this from five stars is an ant issue in the master bath and bedroom. The property managers offered to re-spray, but we didn’t want that. I wish it was fully addressed before we arrived. I’m sure the property managers will handle it because the house is very well taken care of in general.

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. There were also many towels, lotions, beach stuff, utensils, plates and so much more. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The only thing missing was a kitchen table for more seating inside. But we made due with all the outside seating. The pool and the backyard are awesome and we spent a lot of time outside in the pool and grilling. Awesome Home!

We just returned from an amazing week at The Fountain House in Apollo Beach. The home is exactly as described. Loaded with extras: beach towels, beach chairs, wagon, fully stocked kitchen, etc. The hosts, Liliana and Carlos, were very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely recommend this 5 star accommodation!

Very nice, clean, welcoming home! Owner was very accommodating and easy to reach if I had any questions. This is a gem in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was nice to swim in, the park was close by and excellent for kids to really run and play. Would book this place again! Loved it!

House was better than expected. The heated pool was amazing. We swam at least twice a day. Location was perfect for visiting North or south beaches. Amenities were excellent. We would definitely stay again. Hosts were very responsive to any messages. We had NO problems or concerns during our visit.

This was a perfect vacation for us. The house is beautiful and everything was convenient and tasteful and pleasant. The pool was wonderful (especially at night) and the grill and patio, too. Beds were super comfortable, A/C worked great, very nice amenities, including large screen TV's, kitchen, bathroom, etc. The host was extremely helpful and the whole process was very easy and stress-free. We had a wonderfully relaxing time.
