Thoughtful touches include new Sony TVs in each bedroom.
Seashell-themed decor brings a coastal vibe to the spacious master bedroom outfitted with a king canopy bed, chairs, and a 65' Sony UHD smart TV. Two guest bedrooms are each outfitted with a king bed.
Little ones will adore the fourth bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. All rooms also come with the added luxury of a bathroom. An additional half bath is located upstairs.
Kick back on a sprawling patio or enjoy a glimpse of the Gulf from two decks. Make use of the grill and enjoy an afternoon cookout.

Absolutely loved our visit. Stunning home! It was so clean, in the perfect location to all the amenities and pool, had everything we needed, and was absolutely stunning and spacious!

The house is exactly as shown. Perhaps even prettier in person. Gorgeous view for now from living room porch, though a house will eventually block. Felt lucky we got to enjoy it tho! The kids “wing” was absolutely fantastic. This house is great for families - 8 kids can take over and sleep in the kids wing, though we only had 2. Wish there was a true second primary suite but the king bedrooms and en suites are gorgeous. Loved our stay and highly recommend this unit. Putting green was a fun bonus!

We had a great experience at Palmilla and this home was exceptional. Amazing amenities with all the comforts you could ever ask for. We would strongly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Texas Coast.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the amenities of both the home and the Palmilla Resort. Walking to the pool was a huge plus. We didn’t realize that all of the advertised amenities wouldn’t be available until after Memorial Day, but ultimately wasn’t a huge issue. Golf cart was expensive, but a life saver for going to the beach, where we were able to drive right up to our set up spot. We really appreciated that the home had a lot of things we needed that we didn’t expect to be provided.

We had 2 young grandbabies with us along with 6 adult children and the house accommodated us very well. Wanting to limit our time out in public, we cooked all our meals and were pleasantly surprised with a very well stocked kitchen. The furnishings were lovely and the beds comfy. Definitely want to come back

The stairs are a killer workout lol but easily accessible for older individuals. The porch has a great sunrise/sunset view and you can see the sand dunes and a little bit of the ocean. We had difficulty with turning on the main tv but the staff was more than helpful and even showed up at the house to help us!!! There are some games upstairs that you can play and there are some downstairs with some books left to read for the kiddos. Plenty of bathrooms and tons of towels and beach towels. You can even hook up a video game system to play downstairs. Walking to the beach is far and is a workout if you don’t drive or rent a cart. Pool is just a stroll down the path and literally a house or two away. Overall, we loved it there and will definitely be renting again in the near future.

Priceless Vacation
Turnkey did an amazing job hosting us in Palmillas at Port A. The communication via text was timely and very helpful. When we arrived, we had trouble opening the hurricane front door which has a unique lock and before I could even call them, the property manager was walking up to help me. Perfect service and a beautiful vacation property. PS… my girls loved the bunk bed room!

The house was awesome! Just as described. Very well stocked and everything we needed was there. The house was very clean and all furniture and bedding was very nice. The resort amenities were also great and we enjoyed the onsite restaurant for take out. We would definitely want to return to this property and resort. The only issues we had were an ant problem which was addressed timely. We also could not connect to the Internet the first day and a technician came out the next day and got things on track. One suggestion..since golf carts could not go to the beach, it might be nice to provide rides back and forth or assistance transporting for guests.
