Very spacious and clean. My family had plenty of space to relax after being out all day seeing the sights. Lots of wildlife in the neighborhood! Great location and not too far away from restaurants and recreation.

I needed a place for my family that wasn’t local to crash and this house was perfect for it. We even got to grill in the back and play board games. The host is super responsive and very clear on instructions. They do it all through email so make sure you check your inbox! Amazing stay, definitely happy to recommend to others!

We traveled to Colorado Springs for a softball tournament. This home was conveniently located about 30 minutes away from all fields. We enjoyed staying up in the mountains rather than being in the heart of Colorado Springs. The home was clean, well stocked, and the owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

I am so GLAD I chose this place, everything was great with plenty of room for 4 adults. The outdoor space in backyard with grill, fire pit and hot tub was very nice.
We cooked our own meals most nights and everything you need to cook is there.
I cant really complain about anything.
I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Our host took great care of us. The house was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area was great. We would definitely stay in the future if we vacation there again!

Yes, we had to acclimate to the altitude of Pikes Peak, but zero acclimation was needed for our vacation home. Without question, the communication between me and the owner and his team was EXCELLENT...Best In Class. Loved our location and clearly fit the needs of all the age groups in our family gathering of 15 people. Thanks for helping make our memories of our week even greater.

I would highly recommend this VRBO and plan on returning. It's always hit and miss in terms of cleanliness and I must say I was very happy with the attention to detail. House was clean, pantry stocked with essentials (spices, napkins, etc.), linens were clean, hot tub in working order, laundry works. Only reason I rated it a 4/5 is because the property owner was difficult to contact through the VRBO app prior to the trip with questions, but my wife was able to reach them separately by messaging them through the app, so I'm not sure what that was about. More so though, the non-stick pots/pans were completely beyond their useful life and rusted. Made it difficult to cook since we tend to cook rather than eat out when we go on vacation. The back area where the hot tub was could use a good cleaning up with a landscape blower, otherwise, little things like that can be fixed and should not deter you from renting this VRBO. I met the cleaner/maintenance gentleman who came by Tuesday to take out the trash and he was very nice, so I'm sure this feedback will be taken and the minor issues mentioned will be quickly corrected.

House was perfect for 14 to easily sleep. Gorgeous location! Saw deer everyday. Bike and hiking trails within walking distance. Hot tub was fun. Used Firepit and grill every night. Double oven was helpful to feed our group. Fridge/freezer was a little small for a weeks worth of food, but we made do since Grocery is only 5 mins away. Plenty of space to eat and play in the house and yard. Two car garage. Located near so many fun places: Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge, Arkansas River (River Runners were awesome in Buena Vista), Manitou Springs, Cliff Dwellings, Pikes Peak, Platte River in Deckers, Ghost Town Museum, etc. We will be back!

Stayed here on new years with a handful of friends and this property was perfect. East to drive to from Denver, modern property, great windows, big hot tub, lots of beds!

This was a fantastic mountain getaway for my family. The house was large enough to get some alone time if needed. The hot tub was a nice addition for the cold nights. The deer come up to the door, but don’t feed them!

15 of us ladies stayed here for a weekend retreat. We truly enjoyed our stay! This home was clean and well stocked with everything you need. We have two complaints, the driveway was super steep and it snowed. We had a hard time driving up the driveway in the snow. We parked at the bottom of the driveway instead and hiked our way up. The other complaint is, the house sleeps us to 15 people. That means 15 people using showers. The hot water would run out after the first three ladies and the rest of us had cold showers. The owner needs to invest in a tankless water heater so that their guest can have unlimited hot water.

The property was very clean and beautiful. There was plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The stove top cooks slow so if you plan to stay in and make meals give yourself plenty of time. The house would also prosper with a better selection of pots and pans. Any issue we had was quickly responded to and addressed. Other than that our family enjoyed it and we had a great time. I would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at this house. Easy to find, close to the city for food etc. and a lovely mountain surrounding. Deer visited in the mornings and said hello on the back porch to us. For summer guests, no AC but opening windows late afternoon cools off the rooms well.

Kids loved the deer. They would be standing on the back patio almost every morning. Checkout was super easy. Plenty of room for all the kids. Hot tub was a plus.

Great view of Pikes Peak from the living room! Great family vacation home. Very clean and bright. Good location. Our children had deer eating blueberries out of their hand one morning right on the back patio. Great firepit and hot tub area as well!

Great experience! Great location for what we had in our agenda. Love the basement with the large tv and great choice in wallpaper for the background! Jacuzzi was an extra amenities that we were able to find time to take advantage and relax.

Great Place to stay and cook
The place was clean and a great stay for a family group. The beds were a little hard and my spouse and I had a difficult time sleeping most nights. But if you like a firm bed, you’ll sleep just fine. What I think I liked most about this place was the kitchen and outdoor kitchen. Although we struggled with the limited (2) kitchen towels, I was quite impressed how many gourmet spices they had. Things I had never even heard of. We had a lot of fun cooking and grilling with those. We also had a great time at the aquatic center around the corner, hiking the Pike National Forest Reservoir, and the basketball court down the street, driving out to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Cave of the Winds. I would definitely recommend this stay especially for a family group.

Perfect for bigger families
My, spouse and our 8 children (spouses included, ages12-31) and grandchild (2) stayed 5 days and had a blast. It was perfect to have separate spaces, but all together spaces as well. They thought of everything here. The location is perfect. We had a view out the front and a secluded back area that included sand out, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and dining area. We even had deer come right up to us! We'd all come back here again.
