Welcome to the Aurora House! This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath luxury condo located downtown just steps away from Canal Park, Duluth's infamous Lakewalk, multiple restaurants, Blacklist Brewery, downtown shopping, a casino, a public beach access, and more. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a completely remodeled, historic, Duluth building. (Remodeling completed August of 2021). The building's lower level currently hosts the European-style bakery, Duluth's Best Bread. The building smells amazing!

Great location. Large Condo with great spaces for conversation and areas to play board games. Wonderful and well stocked kitchen. Loved the brick interior walls and the interior design was well done. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage. We liked everything about this place!

Could not have asked for a better location for marathon weekend. Above a bakery?! Yes, no complaints with that at all. We had to rent a car to get to Duluth, but only used it once more to go to Wisconsin for some Spotted Cow beer. Everything we needed/wanted was in walking distance. My only wish is that the prices didn't get bumped up soo much for marathon weekend. But that's just how it goes.

The condo was excellent! It was very clean, had plenty of space with a great layout and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The location was central and convenient. Communication with the property owner was prompt and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

This condo is exceptional!! It is perfectly furnished and very comfortable in all spaces. The bathrooms were beautiful and fully stocked. Next time we are in Duluth we will look to stay here again for sure!

Plenty of space for 3 children to play, plus privacy for adults. Great kitchen and coffee bar set up. Just about everything provided except for food! We will definitely recommend this VRBO to friends.

This a perfect place for a family visit to Duluth. The property is spacious and beautiful and extremely well equipped. The host provided a crib for our infant and the older kids loved their bunk room. Beds and furnishings extremely comfortable .Very walkable area with breakfast from the bakery downstairs!

The stay was extremely clean and comfortable. The condo was more than what we expected. Alicia the host was very nice and kept communication opened when we had questions. Very accommodating for 2 families of 4. and the wonderful aroma of the bakery below! YUM!! We will be recommending the place to the dance families for next years competition!! A MUST STAY!!

Four couples stayed in this unit while we were in Duluth for a family wedding. The unit was spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. There were some nice extra features that you don't get in a hotel (high-end towels, several coffee options in the room, laundry available, sound machines in each bedroom for white noise while you sleep, etc.) and it made the unit very welcoming.
We enjoyed having a place for our family to gather each morning/evening. We went downstairs to the bakery for breakfast and the food (and aroma) was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

We have rented numerous VRBO’s over the years, and this was by far the cleanest and most well-stocked of any we’ve experienced. It was perfect for our family, which included 3 generations. The hosts generously provided toys for our grandchildren which they really enjoyed, and the layout couldn’t have been better for togetherness, yet privacy when needed. Easy walk over to Canal Park is really nice. The aromas wafting up from Duluth’s Best Bread on the first floor were a treat, so we tried nearly everything they had and it was all fabulous.
Overall, nothing negative to say about this place - highly recommend it!

Our stay was amazing! We had 6 kids from ages 14 down to 3. There were so many accommodations for us having kids! Would highly recommend this place!!

The Aurora House was perfect for our extended family's stay. There was more than enough room for our big group in the beautifully furnished and well-stocked property. We were there for Grandma's Marathon -- running and spectating -- and the location couldn't have been more convenient! Definitely recommend!

There was room for everyone to either be together or slip away to have some down time if needed. And they thought of EVERYTHING! We only planned one meal on location as I just wasn’t sure what to expect, but we could have had every meal there.
Bathrooms are spacious, CLEAN and spa like. Bedrooms all have plenty of room to spread out and the beds and bedding are amazingly comfortable.
We have only fabulous things to say about this location! We will definitely plan on staying again for our son’s graduation from UMD in a few years!!

My hockey team stayed here for a tournament and the was everything we could’ve wanted: we had a team dinner, chilled and watched the boys state hockey tournament, played games and got a great night’s rest on super comfy mattresses and pillows. Location was great and had access to the Lake Walk right around the corner and bars, restaurants and shops along the street. We will definitely stay again!!
