Welcome to SANDSTONE GEM, a lovely 4 BR, 3 BA, one story home in family friendly Gilbert. The backyard is an exciting oasis with a view of the 8th hole at Western Skies Golf Club. The amenities include a lagoon pool with optional heat, newly added hot tub, built-in gas grill and a gas fire pit. There are gathering places for relaxing and dining on the covered patio and around the fire pit. The optional pool heating fee is $65.00 per day to heat the pool to 80º F.
The home has an open floor plan, new upgrades and is well appointed throughout. There is comfortable seating arranged to view the smart TV and the charming gas fireplace in the great room. The kitchen is completely stocked and has counter seating. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. A dining area with table seating offers a place for informal or formal gatherings. Highchairs are available to rent. The dedicated game room has pool and mini foosball tables, a TV, built-in window seat and side seating.

ALL bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The primary suite features a king bed, walk-in closet and remodeled en suite bath with a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. A desk with a chair and a delightful outdoor view awaits your remote work.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed; Bedroom 3 has a King bed. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds: the top is a twin size with safety rails and the bottom is full size. These bedrooms share Bathrooms 2 and 3 with tub-shower combos. A hair dryer and soap are supplied. Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
A laundry room has family size appliances and detergent is supplied. There is an attached garage with parking for 2 cars and driveway spaces for 2 additional vehicles.

Our stay was wonderful! My family and I really enjoyed the property. Very spacious. We have 7 kids, and they had a ball! We loved everything they had to offer! Beautiful house! Beautiful pool! The kids really enjoyed the pool table, and the swimming pool. Our stay was in July, which was very hot outside. We spent most of our days in the pool, or lounging in the nice cool house! Very clean and welcoming. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of towels and extra linens if necessary. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. Definitely recommend this property, and might stay again in the future if we visit AZ again!

The house was exceptional and was set up for allowing for a lot of privacy. It was spacious with plenty of room for dining, for recreation, and for relaxation. The house was very well stocked with everything that you needed. It had a very nice backyard with lots to do. it was definitely a beautiful, five star house.
That being said, there was one thing that was confusing to me about this house as nice as it was. The house is designed as a gathering place for family and friends, since it has such a nice recreation room, a tremendous amount of dining space, and a backyard with a pool, hot tub, fire pit, and additional hang out space. However, as it is stated in the lease, orly three vehicles are allowed to park at the house in the driveway and garage, and no vehicles are allowed to park in the street, which means you could only have a very limited amount of people over. That was just a little confusing to us. But by no means, would that keep us going back to this house again because it was just so nice. Five stars. I just wish there would be an opportunity to park in the street and have some people over.

This house was the perfect place for my family to stay while in AZ for my son's college graduation. There was plenty of space for the 7 of us to spread out and the backyard was great for the kids to play in.

Extremely clean property with more than enough space. Loved the open floor plan. Pool and hottub were both clean and heated on arrival. Booking process was simple and straight forward. Neighborhood is quiet and only a short 5 min drive to anything you could possibly need on your trip.
This will be the only property I stay at for future travels to AZ. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our family. The home was immaculate and the children between ages 6 to 12 never had a dull moment. The kitchen is perfect for hosting a large family meals. The management company was also wonderful to work with and made the check in and check out process easy. We would absolutely rent this property again!

We had a long weekend with family and this property was wonderful! Close to groceries, restaurants and some neat things in Gilbert like the observatory and Riparian Preserve. The property was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Great for cooking group meals. We could all be working in the kitchen without tripping over each other!

Good house would rent again. Make sure you realize there are 2 thermostats. Plenty of room for the 7 of us if fit very comfortably. I did find the early check in fee to be annoying. But overall, would rent again.

Our family absolutely loved this house and location. Upon arrival the property was extremely clean and well stocked. We were able to easily Instacart groceries to the house for the week and the kitchen had everything you require to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our daughter and communication with the property management company exceeded our expectations.
While the home was a bit big for just our family it would easily accommodate multiple families. We would definitely stay at this property again as well as any other properties managed by the same company.

My husband and I wanted to be on a golf course, as we were planning to golf a few times during our visit. Although this property was WAY larger than we needed for the two of us... the kitchen/living room, master bedroom, pool table area and back yard was everything we were looking for. This felt like it was our home and we didn't want to leave! We LOVED the sound system and how comfortable everything was.

This is a well stocked home and was comfortable for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable except for the back bedroom. The bed doesn’t seem to be a full size king as my son in law’s feet hung off the end. He is 6’. The backyard was a bit of a disappointment as it doesn’t really look like the photo. There is a small pool but the rest of the yard is dead grass and dirt, not resort like at all.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sandstone Gem. The layout of the home is perfect for a family. The house was very clean and confortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor space was wonderful. The pool was clean and well thought out for comfort. We would love to stay again soon.

Great private and quiet property. 4 bedrooms and being single story was sure nice. Lots of outside and shaded sitting. Pool with waterfall was fun and did not require heating in May. Stand alone premier hot tub with very simple to remove cover and uncomplicated controls. This was one of our favorite VRBOs.

This property was a beautiful home for our group of three couples. The living room and kitchen area was a big open area that made it easy to visit and use the kitchen for; meals, snacks or mixing cocktails! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want. The weather was unseasonably cool during some of our stay, but for an extra fee - the pool was heated to 80 degrees! There was also a hot tub, fire pit, and a grill located in a private backyard with a beautiful lawn & palm trees. We were very satisfied with this home, except the comforters and bath towels need to be replaced- they were very thin and worn. Overall, I would recommend this home for a relaxing vacation!

We rented this property for a week, the photos and description are 100% accurate very spacious, beds we slept in were super comfortable, clean and kitchen well stocked, we cooked during our stay all the spices we needed were there. Highly recommend. This is not a party place. the 10pm noise limit is no joke we got a text message with the music on inside the house. FYI. I would definetly stay there again

What a fabulous house - it exceeded our expectations. Immaculate, well stocked, great location... perfect for our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 teenagers). Pool, hot tub and pool table were used every single day. Great communication from property manager who made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely book again!

Our family of 6 (spouse, 4 grown children and me) stayed here for a week to attend a family wedding in Phoenix and could not have been more pleased with this home. It was beautiful throughout. Kitchen, living room, game room (with pool table and arcade games) were perfect. Pool was great and hot tub was used almost every night by us. Neighborhood was awesome, and there were lots of stores and restaurants very close by. Totally great experience. Highly recommended. We will for sure be booking this home again on our next family vacation to Phoenix area.

We stayed here at the end of October and it is a lovely property. We had the pool heated and everyone used it. It was a great central location for my family. Spacious and clean. My family and I needed a place to rest/relax. This house was the perfect getaway in a quiet neighborhood. The home is well kept and the management agency was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was close to all major restaurants and shopping.

This was a great a spot to stay when we visited family south of Phoenix. We had one issue with grounds staff stopping by unexpectedly, however, our concerns were promptly and adequately resolved.

It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the AZ weather. It's also super close to stores and great restaurants, so it was in a very convenient place to stay. This house was the perfect place to stay for our 2022 golf trip. It is nicely located at the end of a neighborhood road. Great view of the golf course. The beds were all very comfortable. The home itself is very spacious. We plan to stay here again next year!!
