Great location and a lovely property well equipped with everything you could need. The outside decking area is perfect for dining outside. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the loft! It was small but perfect for the two of us. We came for a 3 day getaway to rest and relax and this was the perfect place! The only issue was that we could not log on to the wifi with our laptops. Our phones connected just fine though. The beautiful view out of the floor to ceiling windows and off the deck was so peaceful! And Frank was quick to address any needs we had. Great stay!

Spacious, quiet, well equipped, affordable and scenic location surrounded by farm land but only a few minutes drive to the city. Host responded quickly to the few questions we had. Terrific green space as well as the deck were great for relaxing and enjoying the view of the lake.

The place and location are fantastic! The view was incredible. Passes to Point Pelee National Park was a nice bonus.

Everything we needed was provided.
We had a nice, quiet, private and comfortable vacation.
I would only suggest that even travel sized shampoo/conditioner are provided to get you through the first day, then you can go buy some. Overall it was a very nice stay at an affordable price. The tremendous views were the best part of the trip. Beautiful!

Very comfy - private - lake views change every day - awesome - the owner was especially concerned about our comfort during a really nasty storm and offered other accommodations if we needed it because there were tornado warnings in the area. Thank goodness it didn't come to that - a short power outage but we had the bbq so it was all good. Thank you very much Frank and hope to do it again. Also a special thank you to Suzie for helping us work out a few internet problems. Sincerely, Chris, Linda and Tucker (who didn't mind the stairs) and it was great to have the water close enough to jump in whenever we wanted to cool off.

It was ok. Things we liked:
View
Proximity to local beach, Point Pelee ( owner left a pass) , Pelee Island
Things that could be improved:
We brought our own sheets and glad we did. In the info booklet, it says AC and a fire pit , but those must be for the main cottage downstairs.. the loft is VERY hot even with a ceiling fan, a fan for the bedroom and our own fan.
The fridge bumps into the washing machine so you can’t open it all the way.
It could use a deep clean.. it was “surface clean” though.
The entryway can be difficult, as to open the door, You have to step back down the stairs.
It was ok. Not fantastic and not terrible.

I gave this property 4 stars but for a few details would be a five. The bathroom is OK but not as clean as it should be for a commercial property. The air conditioning did not cool kitchen & bath ( so we brought a fan with us so was not too bad) the sofa is very comfy but there’s no coffee table to lay your drink or cup down. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the outdoor space was amazing. An extra umbrella for the sitting area would have been appreciated. The Wifi was really spotty. If you’re not able-bodied this property is not for you. The stairs to the apartment is very steep and does not have an outdoor light. But in spite of the lack of detailing we give it a 4 Because of the view and outdoor space.

I spent a very relaxing week at the Loft. Everything was supplied linens towels. All I had to do is bring clothes and food. Lake was right in front of the cottage. Up on a hill and rocks but nice scenery. I had my own private deck lots of chairs and a BBQ. Was so quiet at night. Thank you for a beautiful week

Staying in second level lost, on a massive farm, 20 mins from the national park, and stones throw from the ferry ride to a beautiful island… what’s there not to like!!
Apart from a few hiccups with check-in and the internet (which were out of their control)… our stay was close to perfect.
Frank, the host is great and very proactive in taking care of things and making sure we were happy given some of the issues.
He even allowed us to charge our electric car, which was very generous!!
We are definitely coming back!

Nice view but need to pay attention to detail.
Unfortunately, the patio umbrella was already broken when we got there, and we mentioned it within our first 1/2 hour of check-in. Were told twice it would be replaced "tomorrow", but it never was, so we had no protection from the sun. Portable A/C only cools bedroom and living room. Kitchen and bathroom are hot. Need to bring an adapter if you want to use the hairdryer (not up to Canadian standards). Overall, nice view and relaxing but some amenities listed are not available.
