The house was very nice and large enough for us all to have our own space. It's centrally located to plenty of activities, shops and restaurants. We had a couple minor issues that were quickly addressed. We thought we had access to the community pool- we didn't. We were able to find public pools, so that met the need. Overall- great experience, I would rent the house again and visit Albuquerque again.

The area was convenient to sightseeing and downtown Albuquerque. We really enjoyed the house and fireplace. We found it well appointed and very comfortable.

We chose this property because we previously lived in the neighborhood and it was very close to our daughter’s house. It is a quiet and well kept neighborhood, and walking distance to parks and businesses (Walgreens, Dutch Bros, Dions, Little Anitas, plus many others).
The setup of the house is nice, in that the master is separate from the other bedrooms, for more privacy. The two bathrooms are away from the living area, for better privacy on that front too.
There were a few small maintenance issues but the owner is quite responsive.
The kitchen is set up for basic cooking. I mention that only because if you are hoping to make more elaborate meals, you might want to bring along some things. But the essentials are there, and we were able to get creative and make do. Everything in the kitchen works nicely and there is plenty of space, along with a very large refrigerator/freezer.
I would return to this property for sure. My only wishlist would be upgraded pillows and towels :-)

This property is substantial. All 4 bedrooms were large enough for adult occupancy. The appliances were all working properly and the house was very clean. Not much of a backyard or view from anywhere on the property, so if that's a thing for you, then maybe not. However, the neighborhood is pretty nice and if you like to walk in the mornings, the area around the house is extremely accommodating. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Everything was absolutely great I would recommend this rental property to anyone quick response to everything we just couldn’t stream the tv in one room. The towel rack the restroom kept falling off it needs to be fixed other than that I most definitely would recommend this property to the any and everyone!!!
