About this house rental

Unwind at our two-bedroom century home located steps from the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres. Enjoy morning coffee on the inviting front porch and late night drinks on the patio overlooking a tranquil garden. A fully-equipped kitchen offers the option of preparing a meal to serve in the dining room. The comfortable living room is an ideal spot to catch a movie or watch the news. Upstairs, there's a choice of two bedrooms - a King or a Queen Suite, with a shared four-piece bathroom

Clean, attractive, and though not a large place, there are lots of ways for people to be on their own: back patio, even deeper set garden, living room, as well as the upstairs bedrooms. Tremendous location on extremely quiet street. We will return next year.

I was very impressed by this gem of a house, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the theatre and riverside. Very well equipped, clean, well maintained and furnished home, not a house. Style meets function at every turn.

Owner Koi was welcoming and responsive to questions. She has good local knowledge. The location could not have been more perfect for walking to theaters, restaurants, shops

We had a lovely stay at Koi’s house. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is an easy 5 minute walk to the Festival Theatre. We would definitely stay there again if we went with a few more people and rented the house and basement apartment.

We went for the Stratford Festival, and you cannot find a better location than this house. It was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the patio was a great place to hang out. Also, on a side note, the owner was incredibly response to any and all communications.
