Wow!! What a nice place. You never now what you’re going to get when you reserve online without really seeing the place in person. This house met our needs to the fullest extent. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable for all of us. All in all, all 11 of us were very happy with our stay .

We are a group of seniors. All brothers and sisters on our annual trip together. The location of this house is perfect. The walk down to the water is a gentle slope. The boat dock is a great place to sit and visit while fishing. (Only caught 2 fish) (no chairs on the dock, so you may want to bring some) The house was large and more than adequate for this big group. The down stairs kitchen has no stove so the upstairs became the gathering place. We would recommend this home. I will say that the sitting couches both up and down are very low riders, so difficult for us older folks to get up and out of. It was difficult for us to have to go up or down stairs every time we enter or exit but we still enjoyed our stay very much. Younger groups will love it. The down stairs was a great area for the dogs. The hosts live next door and they were a great help. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home.

The water was far
Too cold to tolerate.
The backyard is not fenced in for pets. We had an any problem as well as a huge leak in the downstairs bathroom that looked to be an ongoing issue water running down the walls and leaking onto the counter and floors. Other than that the place was roomy enough for our family and close to attractions in hot springs and easy to locate.

We were so comfortable in this spacious house. The outdoor space and the view of the river was perfect. The beds were comfortable.

The owner of this property is great and communicates right away if anything is needed. We had grandparents and little children and all were able to enjoy. It was great to have the upper and lower levels with both having kitchens and living areas. Very spacious and the backyard is relaxing with a beautiful view. We would stay here again!

Loved our stay here. Plenty of room for all of us to hang out and have quiet time to ourselves. The screened porch was nice too. The back yard is huge and the we spent a lot of time on the dock. The water is cold here due to being so close to the dam, but it’s great on a hot day.

Our stay
Our stay was good. The cleanliness of the home is amazing. Could use a little more upkeep. The drainage hole by the seawall could really use a cover of some sort, as I fell on it and blew my knee out. The downstairs kitchen is excellent for grilling outside and having food handy. Thanks for letting us stay in your home.

All I can say is "WOW , Beautiful and Amazing"!
My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 31st Anniversary with family and I can honestly say we had an awesome time, it was everything we needed. The beautiful houe that accommodated my family in every way! We had a the view of the lake and plenty of room to for kids to play and just enjoy each other. The part of it all was when we arrived we had a gift from the owners and they available to us if we needed them. All I can say is Thank you so much for making our Anniversary very special!

The property is in a great location and could accommodated our family. Being on lakefront the men were able to fish and enjoy the patio/deck area.

Nice home
Most everything was nice except the back steps are in need of being replaced. Splinters are to be had and the wood is old and out of shape.

Nice quiet place right on the water.
House was delightful. When we looked at the pictures/description we saw it was one level but we didn’t realize it was the second level. For us oldsters the stairs were tough, but we managed, and had a great time. Kitchen is tight for two people to work together, but plenty of room everywhere else. We would certainly consider returning if we would be in that area.

Pretty house
We liked the house with pretty decor, 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas. Great view of the river. We were told it was safe to swim but the number of speed boats and warning sign of electrical shock possible (on all boat docks) and freezing water did not make it appealing. You can fish off the dock. The kitchen had pots/pans, small coffee cups, regular coffee maker, only 4 settings of silverware, no spices for cooking. Master shower is tiny.
Very peaceful house.
