This pet friendly modern loft is beautifully decorated. Experience the heart of downtown and the Old City just minutes away from the loft. Explore Downtown Knoxville while staying in this rare, newly constructed loft. Designed for both beauty and comfort, and in a quiet residential district of the city. Featuring an outdoor patio, gas stove, washer/dryer, free parking, and smart TV. The Old City is the best place to experience Knoxville culture. It is home to incredible local small businesses, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Oli Bea, Old City Java, Barley's Pizzeria, Pretentious Glass Company to name a few to try!
IMPORTANT: In the case of a reservation cancellation and a full refund must happen Halo withholds 10% of the total reservation amount for the processing fee.

PARKING: Street parking is first come first serve beside the building. There are also several other options.
* No designated parking pass. Vehicles can utilize the same lot next to the building, but will need to pay for the parking on site and is subject to availability.
* Free street parking is also available directly in front of the building and on Ogden Street.
* Other parking options include metered parking on W Depot Ave.
✧To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

✧Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
✧You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
✧You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
✧You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
✧You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
✧We are happy to have pets. We do send a separate charge outside the reservation fees for $35/night per pet fee for up to $175. "We ask that you don't allow pets on furniture, beddings and that you clean up after them. Pets must be either supervised or crated at all times. Any traces of this being violated guests can be charged up to $300 for extensive cleaning and breaking of house rules.”
✧Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages upto $500. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.
*It is the guests responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum $50 shipping and handling fee which is collected prior to shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Great stay. Apartment was clean, well thought out with everything you would need for your stay. Parking and acces was super easy. The only slight ding is the neighborhood is a bit shady but wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

While relaxing at the flat, binging Paris Olympics, we were totally comfortable, and when we headed out for food and bev, the food and bev was a mere few minutes walk in several directions. Excellent spot for a weekend in inner Knoxville.

Great apartment! Very comfortable and super cool. Great location. Hosts were fantastic and good communicators. I highly recommend this apartment and will stay again next time I’m in Knoxville.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable as described. I will say the room with the en-suite bath had a very squeaky bed, but the place was as expected. We had a great time with friends. GO VOLS!

We had a great stay. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars. Condo was clean and new and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Check in and out easy. Property management company very communicative. Train noise was occasional and not disruptive. Would highly recommend.

This condo is the Knoxville version of My Cousin Vinny, with freight trains roaring through all night, none of them forgetting to blow the horn at the various crossings over the tracks in this neighborhood. Or was it "Night of the Living Dead," with the dozens of homeless people you literally have to drive around to get to the property? The rental unit itself was OK, but the common areas were apparently being spruced up and no one had bothered to clean any of the floors we passed through on our way up 3 flights of stairs. Drywall dust was everywhere and a large pile of used painter's tape and debris was in the corner on our floor. No elevator, either, and this unit is on the top floor - - so pack light. The linens and towels are either worn out or were purchased at Big Lots. The mini Keurig was handy, but some of the creamers had soured and probably ought to be replaced with each new rental. There was a nice flat screen TV in the living room, but we never turned it on since it only had Roku. Fortunately, our daughters are graduating and we won't have any reason to need accommodations and Knoxville anytime soon

Nice condo … only complaint is it’s VERY noisy at night as it’s located by a highway. We likely won’t stay there again because of noise but it’s a nice condo!

Everything was wonderful and the hosts were so accommodating with a late special request. Would definitely stay here again. Great location, beautiful accommodations. I wish I could do more than 5 stars!

The property is located in the central part of downtown knoxville. It is the perfect location to explore the city and sightsee. The property manage group is very accommodating, very responsive and kind. The property is beautiful and comes loaded with all the essentials you can imagine. The property is located on the third floor so be prepared to get some steps in! In my case that was a good thing lol! The property is beautiful, cozy with the luxury of new updates and accommodations . It was the perfect size for my family of four. If we visit Knoxville again we will definitely check out this property or another property that is managed by this company. Thank you for a great visit to your city.

This unit is located on the third floor and there is no elevator. So I wouldn’t recommend this unit to those who have difficulty with stairs and walking long distances or if you have children. Even if you are comfortable with stairs it is very hard and uncomfortable having to carry luggage up three long flights of stairs. The other down side is that it is located very close to the railroad which means that all throughout the night you can hear loud train noises. The first night we were there it was about three or four trains that came through and it woke us up everytime. There is only one tv and that is in the living room. The two bedrooms does not have a television. Parking is straight forward and the unit itself is very clean, neat and up to date. However I would not stay here again due to the fact that there’s no elevator and because it’s no noisy outside due to the trains.

This condo is gorgeous. Brand new, appointed with everything you need from generous towels to a fabulous kitchen. It is a beautiful property, perfect location (although noisy from the elevated highway right next to the building and a wedding venue that parties late into the night). I will take issue with the listing accuracy: it does not sleep 6. There is not a second twin bed, only a queen and a double bed, each in its own room. The couch can be slept on (it's not a pull out) by a kid, but do not expect 3 beds. The listing needs to be revised as it's false- the property can host 4 people, not 6. The other downside is the noise of the highway and the wedding venue. Other than that, it's a gorgeous property and the property managers are incredibly responsive via email and text!!
