The huge loft area features a seating area, a comfortable king bed with an en suite bathroom, and walk in closet. The downstairs bedroom has a new queen mattress. There is also an office with a pull out full bed. This home is conveniently located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood in the heart of Gulf Breeze near Oriole Beach! It is a very short 15 minute drive to beautiful Pensacola Beach and 20 minutes to downtown Pensacola! Enjoy the best of both without breaking the bank. Book your stay today!
Bring your furry pups along on your trip since it is also dog friendly. There is a non refundable $100 pet fee for each dog. This fee will be added to the booking after the reservation is made. It's a cute little house with lots of charm. We loved the primary bedroom suite. Great, quiet neighborhood! Very family friendly!

The house suited our needs and allowed our pets. It has perfect location for dog crates or kennels. It was clean and had all amenities we needed. My only recommendation would be if you have small dogs the fence in back has some gaps so you have to be watchful. The beds are a little hard for our taste so toppers would help. Overall rating is good

This place was exactly as advertised. Besides the fenced in backyard, it had a pet door so our dogs could come and go. We were so pleased.

It was a great little house! When I say super clean…it was very very clean! Kitchen had all the things you would need to cook if you do. Washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry. They have thought of everything! The location is good…there is a Winn Dixie close for groceries….close if you’re going Downtown Pensacola or shopping in Destin or of course the beach!! The price and house were right! Definitely would stay again! Thank you!

We really loved being able to bring our dog with us. The yard was great for her. The house is in great condition, has everything we needed and more. The water pressure was amazing! We would stay there again.

Although photos showed a well-maintained yard and cute little house, it was very outdated inside and the yard was full of weeds with a broken fence. The photos did not match the actual property. We brought our small Pomeranian dog and couldn't even let her outside because the yard was full of stickers that got stuck to her fur. We could only stay to sleep. Very disappointed as the cost did not match the environment. (The only area that looked nice and was kept up was the upstairs master bedroom).

The home was small and quaint. It would have helped to have had a twin bed or a bunk bed at least in the bedroom downstairs instead of a couch. Also it would have been nice to have a few more baking dishes. Otherwise the stay was very nice, and the whole procedure from booking to departure was excellent.

The property owner provided a great pre-flight check-in email that provided all the details needed for a smooth check-in. The house was perfect size for the 2 of us with great driveway length to park my truck and 24' boat and trailer. The house had all the amenties of your own house. We will be staying here again!!!

This house was perfect for our birthday weekend getaway! Just like it’s described. Everything was clean, nice appliances , kitchen equipped with everything you could need. Couch was comfy. Beds were comfy. The a/c worked great. The showers had great pressure. Loved the little office since of course the husband had to work some. Great location, close to downtown & the beach!! Neighborhood was quiet & even met some neighbors that were great. I do have 2 suggestions, & by no means did it take away from the overall house- we loved everything about it & will stay again! But, I would like a tv in the master bedroom & wish the backyard was a little better. Maybe a small area outside back door with pavers down & a table & chairs or even just a couple chairs to sit in the backyard. There is a room before you go out the back door that you could even just keep some folding furniture IF someone wanted to sit out back. It has potential.

House looks newer on the listing than it does it person. Clean but not immaculate. Exterior could really use some TLC, especially the back yard which we ended up not using at all. Spare room with futon smells musty, especially if you close the door. Wouldn’t really call the futon a bed, as it’s still L shaped when folded flat. “Laundry room” is actually a musty, stuffy closet in the kitchen with washer and dryer in it. The “green” setting on the thermostat was annoying - when the house felt hot and we tried to adjust the temp, it didn’t really work. Proximity to the beach was good, response to inquiries was exceptional and very much appreciated.

The location was perfect and the little neighborhood was very cute. The house itself was awesome - all the kitchen items you’d need and lots of space. The only thing that was maybe a bit lacking was the backyard space. It was ok, but I didn’t quite want to let my dog out there off leash due to some small spaces in the fence and what looked like a fire pit that was a bit rusted with some jagged edges. My pup was just happy to have a yard to sniff around in though so overall great!!

This was our first time using iTrip and we just booked with them again for next year. We had a couple of small issues and the team was there within 30 minutes and had everything fixed. They even bought new pans and a new Roku remote. The house was great for the two of us and our small dog. She loves the fenced backyard. The location is great and close to everything. We spent many evenings after work driving over to Pensacola Beach to sit and listen to the waves. Weekends were reserved for Navarre Beach a quick 20 minute drive. The local seafood shop provided great oysters and shrimp and when we didn't want to cook in it was Dave's Oyster Bar about 15 minutes down the road. The house had the space we needed and provided a great remote work spot for some Ohioans wanting to get away from the gray.

The house is in a small neighborhood. Quiet area. The backyard is bare, no shade or furniture or grill. The inside is good. Kitchen is stocked with all appliances, cooking utensils, plates, etc. plus tin foil and things like that. We were 4 adults so the living room was big enough for us to watch TV together. Nice bedrooms and showers. Plenty of towels, wash cloths. Easy access to the front door. Probably a safe neighborhood since we left the back door unlocked one day and didn't have any incidents. Dining room table and chairs aren't the best. The table would turn on the top and one chair had a wobbly leg. We didn't cook but the stove looked good.

Very cute house and it was so nice that we could bring our 14 year old Yorke. The only thing is the back yard is not secure for small or medium dogs and I had to pick stick tights every time she came back in. Other than that everything was clean and nice.

This was our 2nd stay at this house and we had a great visit again!
We had a little issue this time that required maintenance.
We contacted the property manager in the evening via the app and they replied very quickly.
Maintenance was sent out the next day and fixed it within a few minutes.

Enjoyed our stay
in your property. However, the stairs are very steep. All parts of the stairs are the same color which decreases depth perception. Both my dog and i fell down the stairs.
An appropriate hand rail is needed.

When we arrived, the thermostat was OFF (86 degrees in the house, 98 degrees outside.) Took hours to get to comfortable temperature. The fenced in back yard, as well as the yard, is in dire need of clean-up and repair. My husband had to put boards under the gate, as our dog could have escaped due to the large gap under gate. Several gaps/holes in stockade fencing. Also, we arrived to 1/2 roll of paper towels; thank goodness we came prepared with additional. Everything else was fine, but with a little fine tuning, this property could be awesome. The location is close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies, and the neighborhood is very quiet.

This home is super cute and cozy. Perfect for a small family. Everything is in great condition. The location just can't be beat!! It is super close to everything you would want to explore and enjoy while exploring Pensacola. We will defined be staying here again in the future!!
