Accommodates 4 guests very comfortably (while we can accommodate children our condo is not child proof, has expensive items that can be broken and has a walk out patio without a fence). PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CURRENT FUEL COSTS HAWAII ELECTRIC rates have increased 40% in the last few months. Because of this there will be a daily surcharge to cover this amount. It is included in your quote.
Our cancellation policy: Please see our written agreement. Given the world we all live in right now we attempt to be flexible to reasonable requests. Please ask us should you have specific concerns. Note that VRBO and Airbnb policies may be different than ours..so ask us.
