About this house rental
SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival.
CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made.

Villa 52 is in the higher end of the resort Villas, very handy to the carpark area. Lounge area opens onto front deck, split level dining /lounge area, kitchen has a 4 burner gas stove top, microwave, there is no oven or bbq in this villa. Kitchen area has a fridge with freezer attached, and a washing machine. Upstairs are two bedrooms, main has a king bed, with balcony with magnificent water views, second bedroom has 2 single beds, the bunk area is between both the bedrooms opposite bathroom, sleeps 2, the couch can be converted to a single bed and a trundle below.
Dolphin feeding is not available to guests staying in this privately owned villa.The Dolphin Feeding Experience is NOT included in your booking of this property.
Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.

The property was clean well located to the parking. As we have stayed in other villas this one was very basic with only tje essentials but as you realy only sleep there it served us well.
