We had a great time visiting the ocean and staying here. The house was the perfect size for our family and the kids loved it. We enjoyed the hot tub too :) it was a nice touch having the tea and coffee available!

It was nice, but I was injured getting out of the bedroom bathroom because of improper, bathroom rugs, the TV in the room we slept in didn't work. Also when we arrived at the house we were unable to enter the property and had to contact the people which took an hour later than our agreement. Not to happy with it at all

Easy to find, close to Damon point which is a great beach to walk and find shells, has a fenced in back yard for the kids to run and play.

My daughter and I surprised my wife for her 75th birthday. I told her I wanted to check out the house because we had previously looked at similar home for sale. My daughter called her on the phone (from Seattle) to wish her a happy Birthday, but she was actually calling from outside the front door. Needless to say, we surprised her big time. Very cozy house with a great gas fireplace.

The place seemed clean, until we found ants. We wished the curtains actually covered the windows for privacy…and if anyone wanted to stay on the sleeper sofa…the curtains aren’t room darkening or do they cover the windows. Towels are old and hard. I love me a super white, soft towel. Other than that, it was ok. Won’t stay again.

Inside of the house was nice, clean and had everything you need. If you plan to stay here no need to bring beach towels, shampoo, conditioner or body wash. The interior is new and nicely decorated. The location is right around the corner from the beach and you can hear the waves from the backyard. Only thing the inside needs is ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The nights were cool but not enough breeze to ciculate the air indoors. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the outside of the property. The house next door had an overflowing garbage can animals had been ravaging since before our arrival. Trash was everywhere and had blow onto our front yard entry. The backyard was overgrown with weeds an prickly patches which made cleaning up after our dogs challenging. Looks like other tenants had the same issue by the amount of dog poop left in the yard. My daughter likes to play outside with her dogs but between the prickly weeds and the poop that wasn't an option. The backyard looks unfinished with bags of stone left everywhere and some are blocking gaps in the fence. Beware if you have a small dog as the gap on the back of the fence is large enough for a small dog to get through.There is a hot tub. We got excited because it was running but when we opened the cover the inside was grossly dirty. There is also a wood burning fire pit, but no wood. Listing didn't advise to bring your own wood. I would have given a five star if the outdoors was a clean as the inside.

Great place to stay in Ocean Shores! Close to downtown but far enough out to avoid the hustle and bustle. Quick drive to the beaches. House is all new with plenty of modern amenities. Beds are comfortable.

This is a lovely property and is very comfortable from the moment that you pull up out front! Very easy to find and not far from restaurants and shopping. Everything was immaculate inside and out. The linens are all soft and cozy. We appreciated the little touches of staples in the kitchen and even games, books, beach towels and umbrellas for our use. We had requested that extra blankets available, and they did not disappoint! This was our very 1st use of a house rental but it will not be our last! Maybe even this exact property! The only draw back was the TV is streaming services only and does not have cable or satellite availability. Bummer if you don't have streaming accounts.

Perfect home if you are planning to take your family dog! Plenty of room in the fenced back yard. Quiet, but close enough to everything. Will definitely go back and use again, if available!

Very nice place that was walk-able to Damon Point. VRBO did not clarify that only two dogs were allowed and that the hot tub was broken. Otherwise, great place!

This is a beautiful and comfortable property. It was very easy to find and access. It is new and very well appointed, so pretty inside. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, etc. and pantry staples. The bedrooms and bathrooms were wonderfully sized and all of the linens were soft and comfy. We loved the extras like books, games and umbrellas. The only drawbacks to our stay were the hot tub was not working (we were informed ahead of time, so no unfortunate surprises) and the TVs are streaming only, no cable or satellite, bummer if you don't have those services. It was an overall great stay and we will probably choose this property again.

Nice property, whole neighborhood is brand new. Nice and quiet area but only a few minutes from down town Ocean Shores. Listing pictures do not show it as of the time of this review, but there is now a fence and a hot tub, which are an added bonus

We were looking for a quick dog friendly get-away not too far from Seattle and found it in this lovely new property in Ocean Shores. Two bedrooms, two baths, well laid out and accessible - one floor and ramps everywhere. The kitchen was well equipped with great equipment and furniture and bed were comfortable. Loved that there were two king sized beds - usually one couple gets a great bedroom and the other one is staying in a pink bunk bed - not here. Back yard was fenced and loved the hot tub. Neighborhood was new and very close (walkable) to the shops and restaurants at Oyhut Bay. We had a slight issue that the property resolved very quickly.

The house was very clean, hot tub was very nice. Would really love to have had the following: cutting board, needed blankets, it was cold with the one thin blanket on the bed, need a slip mat for shower and tub, batteries one remote had none.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay. The house was bright and beautiful on a quiet cul-de-sac a short drive from the shops and restaurants. The house had all the cookware and utensils we needed and the grill was easy to use. The gas fireplace added a charming glow and produced great heat to warm the living area. The bedrooms were at opposite ends of the hall for added privacy and quiet. One shower had a deep tub that would be great for bathing children or soaking and the other was a step-in shower that was perfect for my elderly parents to use. You could hear the surf and there were plenty of deer roaming in the area. Overall it was a wonderful property and we had an amazing time.

So everything was fine. Except for how dirty the floor and counters were. They basically turned anything white to black with dirt. The front door was a pain to lock and unlock. Had to hold up on the door handle pretty good. The kitchen screen door does not open easy either. Have to kind of hold up the handle. The hot tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a very ling time. Which we did leave a bottle of hot tub cleaner behind. And with the hot tub not being clean 2 out of the 4 of us got hot tub rash. After being in it the first night. There were no batteries in any if the remotes.

The construction of the dwelling was very recent with just about all the amenities you would need. Since my wife and I are older, we liked everything all on one floor; no upstairs and down stairs. There was a great front porch and a fabulous deck in the back with a hot tube off the deck. The location was about 5 miles away from the main business area which made it very quiet. We were a half mile away from Damon Point. This is a wildlife area and beach we really like and it was a simple walk to get there. The entire property was fenced in and would be nice for somebody with a dog. We have no pets, but if somebody who has a dog and wants to rent the property, the back yard is very secure. There is a wheelchair ramp for somebody who is handicapped and the doors ways a wide. We enjoyed the place immensely and would definitely consider renting it again in the future.

Amazing home in a beautiful location

This home was truly stunning and was setup perfectly for a relaxing family getaway. The home was well stocked throughout with all the things you're likely to forget (ex. laundry detergent, sugar for coffee, iPhone chargers). Signage throughout made the home easy to navigate. Each room had its own temperature control which made it easy with a baby that prefers a bit warmer room. The owners/hosts were super responsive and accommodating. They responded quickly to questions we had and made the checkin / checkout process easy. Given we were unfamiliar with the area, we also appreciated the resources they had available in the home for getting to know the local spots (activities, restaurants, coffee shops, etc). Overall our the home and our time there exceeded our expectations. We wish every vacation rental was like this one.
