Great location, Great Location, you have our business going forward!

We loved our stay at Road’s End! Perfect location! It’s a little dingy and bathroom tile was broken. Recommend shoes. Nice little pool to cool off in. Easy check in and out.

This is an excellent location if you want to be near Duval shops and dining / nightlife establishments. The guys at the A&R moped and cart shop right next door are super cool. The unit was beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It’s located in a quaint, gated multi-unit (12?) villa style arrangement with both full time residents and the renters. We were assisted by one very friendly resident and never felt unwelcome by the others. This is my 2nd stay here and I would absolutely return.

Very nice courtyard and pool area.
Relaxing while sitting outside.
Busy street having a rental place out back.
We didn't have a car so no problem. Finding parking could be tough if you have a car.

A older couple who manage this whole property live in there condo full time. Us vacationers have saved for a year to be in Key West. This couple is miserable. They are hell bent on making vacationers life’s as uncomfortable as possible. I guess they have nothing else to do. If you move a chair in the court yard for better sun bathing, their waiting for you to get up so they can move it back. Watch the level of music you play, nothing loud, but they come right after you! It’s crazy. This complex needs to fire Hons and Fronz.

I want to keep it a secret so it will be more likely to be available when I go again. You'll have to visit it yourself and find out how good it is.

Don’t stay in Bermuda suite #2-needs updating, accurate description on website
Best thing about this property is the quaint, courtyard outside the unit. Don’t rent Bermuda suite #2 if you expect to have a view of the courtyard. Windows all face out to the street or the bike/scooter rental shop behind it. Kitchen windows look out directly onto garbage cans and rental shop. This was our experience…Day One-The unit was not ready for 4:00 check-in. I received a call from Savannah, the One on One property management rep. who asked “when will you be arriving” approx. 3:30 on arrival day, 5/24. I told her that we had just purchased groceries and were on our way to the unit. She informed us that the property “probably won’t be ready on time” I told her that we had items that needed to be refrigerated. She said the unit would be open to put things in the fridge. When we got to the unit we waited outside until the cleaning crew was done-close to 4:30. Upon entering we noticed that the unit overall is not updated as described. In fact, there were paint cans and an old vacuum cleaner left in the bedroom closet for us to move, so that we could hang clothes. The air conditioning downstairs also was not working properly. Luckily, the bedroom unit was working One of the living room fans also did not work. TV controllers were missing batteries and cable needed to be re-set to function. We called One on One for the first time to report this after arriving. Day Two, The air conditioning unit downstairs continued to malfunction. We reported this to Savannah, the One on One, rental property management co. rep. Savannah, was extremely dismissive and unhelpful initially. She told me that they could “refund our money for the rest of the stay if you want to check out” This was not an option as it was the week leading up to Memorial Day weekend and nothing was available in Key West that would take our little dog. In addition, Savannah informed me that we had not paid the dog fee. I told her I did not know why this was the case as we had put it on our agreement with VRBO and that I would look at my receipt again and follow up with her. Savannah agreed to send maintenance out to check on our concerns, etc… Oreste, the maintenance person came to the unit and literally saved the rest of our vacation. He called a crew to clean/fix the air conditioner(there was mildew &mold in it) Attempts to fix the fan were unsuccessful. Later, Savannah did call to apologize and gave us a restaurant certificate and credited us the dog fee. Won’t stay again.

Cute relaxing place near duvall
The property was beautiful and kept up well. Only a block or two from Duvall which is wonderful since there is not much parking in Key West. Only recommendation is an extra blanket for pullout couch.

Great Spot!
The unit was very nice, cute little courtyard and pool. The location was perfect within walking distance to all the hot spots in Key West.
The only glitch was that they were painting the property during our stay and the painters were on ladders right over our bedroom windows before 8:00 in the morning!!

Just as pictures detail
Was nice to be in a little oasis, away from the craziness in key west!

Leveraging an overpriced area
House was fine but VERY noisy, backs up to busy bike rental business and walls are very thin so you also hear everything in courtyard. Seems like they are just overcharging because of location - nothing special. Had to contact management several times for internet- hopefully you aren’t forced here for last minute stay.

Absolute beautiful setting and condo. I will absolutely be staying here again. Your right in the middle of everything here. Great restaurants all round and within walking distance.

Great location and cute condo
The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything. I don't suggest you get a vehicle because there's no parking at the condo. They have spots but no one ever leaves them. Even the repair guy leaves his van. Plan to walk even to parking. The bed was comfy, complex was quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Close to Duval Street
The condo townhouse my girlfriend and myself stayed at on Center Street, is half a block from Duval Street, which made it easy walking distance to the restaurants and bars. Prior trips to Key West, we stayed at 24North, which is nice, but price to price, this condo was about the same rate, and without needing to rent a golf cart or taxi back and forth, which saves on overall costs. But, we always rent one anyways to get around the island and site see. The property managers, which live on site, were very friendly and they do stay busy keeping the villa in order. We would definitely stay again.

Location Location Location
Excellent location in Key West! 1 block off Duval! Walking distance to everything was super handy due to finding a parking space! Note there is No Free Parking that we could find. There’s a great pay to parking lot right around the corner from the unit! There’s also a great Cuban coffee shop & CVS on the corner too!
The Courtyard, the pool area & the unit were absolutely wonderful! A little slice of tropical paradise! Have been recommending it to all my family & friends for their Key West Vacations!

We stayed for an overnight. It was so nice. The little courtyard is precious. But parking was nuts!

Perfect little hideout!
We absolutely loved this place. The location was perfect for us. Very nice, and not too much traffic noise. The fire detector went off one night at 4 in the morning, but we disconnected it and all was good again. It was a very old detector, so probably just defective. The kitchen was perfect for us, and the outdoors was beautiful. Very tropical. The pool was too warm for us to get in though. The bed was firm and we loved that! Definitely a keeper in our books!

Quiet, convenient location
It was a beautiful setting with a walking distance of no more than 1.5 miles from western edge of the key. We were able to do everything we wanted without a car except go to Publix (rented electric car from next door - go on Flagler, not A1A). There are groceries nearby but fruit was very expensive. It was very quiet and well maintained and the courtyard was nice to sit in.

Everything was great. Very easy walk to everything. Or Uber is very accessible there.
Very easy renting and signing off on everything.

Beautiful
The villa's were nice. The garden and patio area beautiful. The villa was clean, and the air conditioner worked well. However, since the last time we stayed weed apparently has been legalized because it was EVERYWHERE! The smell is awful. While we were sitting in the courtyard, the pool, our little porch area, we could smell it. Even when we walked into our unit, we were hit in the face with it. I don't know if someone was smoking inside before we got there or if they smoke near the air conditioner and its pulling it in but, it was bad. And not just once in awhile, it was all the time. We won't be back to Key West for that reason. Overall though, Old Towne Garden Villas was a nice area, close to everything.

Tropical Oasis
We loved this condo and will book here for all Key West adventures. The unit was adorable, the grounds were adorable and it was so close to everything! Scooter/bike rental located right behind property (not loud at all to us like other review said and our unit backed right up to it). Everyone on property was super nice and friendly! Cant wait to go back!

Perfect getaway
My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary at this key west hidden gem. This was our first time in key west and absolutely fell in love with this place the second we walked through the gate into the courtyard! The courtyard is very well kept, the owners are continuously sweeping any fallen leaves or flowers of the patio. All the tables and chairs are clean. When we went into the suite, it really felt like home! It was cozy and just perfect! The home is stocked with all essentials, just need to pick up some groceries for your stay. There was one beeping sound coming from an air conditioner on the main floor that we couldn’t figure out. Also, in the bedroom there was a portable a/c unit vented to the outside. It took up space so I was not able to use the vanity area. Other than those minor things, the stay was fabulous! Walking distance to literally everything except the airport! Even though Duval St is right around the corner, it was very quiet on our street. I highly recommend this place, and I would gladly return there!

The villa was clean and nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The on-sight property managers were wonderful! The courtyard was absolutely beautiful and tranquil. Great location to walk or bike to anywhere in the city.
