The property was exactly as described! The space was clean and had more than enough space to accommodate 5 of us comfortably. The 3-5 min walk to the beach was awesome! The property was in close proximity to restaurants, a grocery store, and things to do at John's Pass. Would definitely stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, it was really great that they had a closet full of beach items that we were able to use. It saved us money from having to rent beach chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers, etc. Charles was very responsive answering our email.

We had the best nine days in Treasure Island, Sunset Vista, and this condo. Charles and Liz are great hosts. They were very on top of communication, any message I sent them they responded almost immediately. The condo complex was very nice the amenities with having a café open and a bar right there on the property was wonderful. 505S beach closet was adequately stocked so if you’re flying, you likely do not need to worry about purchasing chairs or an umbrella. The fridge is was cold! The unit was exactly the temperature we wanted! The shower water was hot and the drains drained, lol! And the walls were solid, we honestly could not hear it raining or anyone from another condo. That side of the condo complex offers the morning sun. I’ve already asked Charles about other units he might have that offer the sunset view. The location of this complex is fantastic. We had 3-17 year-olds that we felt very comfortable with them walking to John’s pass. The area in general was just filled with so many great restaurants. We didn’t see one fast food restaurant. The parking garage was great, not tight compared to most places. Just fantastic all around! We would definitely rent with these hosts again.

Beautiful location on the beach. Couple of minutes only to walk to a wonderful beach with soft white sand. Plenty of beach related items in the unit. Close proximity to great restaurant's and shopping at Johns Pass. It was a family reunion and Mothers Day celebration. Everyone loved it. Condo, beaches, and a real nice pool and jacuzzi. Staff was engaging and quite friendly and warm. Overall no complaints about anything.👍😁

We had a great time! Their was only minor issues with the floor being a bit dirty for the baby. I messaged them and got a quick response so they knew for the future. I appreciated that greatly. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here. We were able to comfortably sleep our family of 5. There were beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a small cooler in the closet that were greatly appreciated. Internet was a little spotty but we overall had no issues, we aren’t there to watch tv. The sunsets were perfect! We would definitely go back. Thank you!

We stayed at Sunset Vistas in March and had a great time! The property is well appointed and has many amenities including a fitness room, cafe and bar. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach each day. They really liked the big deck boxes that had pool/beach toys and even chairs sometimes for all guests to use and share. The pool was typically crowded and if you didn't get down there right away in the morning to reserve some chairs, there were none available until the evening. We usually brought our own chairs. Elevators in the building are slow- we are a young family so we took their stairs many times to avoid the wait for an elevator. Our suite was pretty much as pictured. It was clean and we had a nice view of the beach. The condo is showing some wear and tear and could probably use a paint job but it didn't affect our stay. The flooring looks new and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo and property to couples and families! Thanks for a great vacation!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 14 days. It was our second trip to Sunset Vistas, but first with this rental. The unit was clean and well kept. The check in information was thorough and timely. I was also impressed that we were contacted by text upon arrival asking if we had any concerns or questions. Our questions were answered promptly. Very nice to be here. Accommodations are comfortable and we loved being by the pool and walking the beach. We come to Florida to see the water and were pleased with the view. The cable connection was a disaster with no channel guide. Hope you do rectify this as it was the talk of other frustrated guests.

This our second stay at Sunset Vistas but first time booking through VRBO. We loved the view from our balcony, the comfy beds and couch, and the rectangular dinner table was perfect for playing board games on a rainy day. Our TV broke the first day and the owner responded quickly and had it replaced the next day. Would highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic stay and the room was awesome! Pool was crowded but was expected. The beach was great! Lots of food choices. Seadog was great. Highly recommend the grouper. Delosas pizza was great as usual. Good time had by all! We never needed any assistance but a number is provided if you need to reach out.

I stayed at the Sunset Vista’s growing up and I was excited to have my own husband and kids stay there finally! The condo was well stocked and had just about everything you needed. The view was amazing, as expected. The owner was very communicative. The beds were super comfortable. Usually we have issues with rock hard beds, but these were really nice. The only thing, and I’m not going to fault the owner for this is the terrible wifi. This is the first condo I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have its own router in the room. We had to use the one from the actual condo that is shared with everyone else. It was so, so slow. It caused the TV signal to go out several times and with two toddlers, it wasn’t fun. I couldn’t get my phone to connect at all the entire time. That was the only negative though.

This place is absolutely wonderful. Great view, home comforts and enough space for us to navigate around. I have small kids and my mother in law and a hotel room is just not an option for us. The beach access is great, the pool is decent and there's a little bar.. win for us all. That being said, I can't give it a full 5 stars and here's why... As a mom, security is pretty important and the master bedroom slider was broken. The locking mechanism wasn't working so we had to wedge something to make sure it wouldn't budge. The biggest one is the wireless service in the unit. There is wifi throughout the complex, but not one dedicated in the unit. There are thousands of people using it so everything is slow/delayed. There is no streaming available and no internet access at all. There were times were we couldn't watch TV at all because the tvs are a smart Roku TV but nothing would connect (basic tv channels). We tried to connect to our netflix and other services but it's not an option. There is a dvd player (not blu-ray), but no DVD's. There is a place where you can get free dvds that was in the information packet, but I have kids... they're not going to wait. That was a big thing for us. If you're an adult renting and you want to unplug, then you probably wouldn't be bugged to much by it. But at 7:30 am when my kids are asking for a cartoon and there's nothing that I can do about it and they start screaming, it's definitely something that I consider a necessity more than a

This was the perfect unit for us - well appointed (even with beach chairs, towels and beach toys), very well located and the property manager was very responsive! The condo looks as described. The best are average comfortability. The condo was not clean to our standards. I found trash in one of the bedrooms, I needed to sweep the floors when we arrived, and one of the pans still had food residue on it when we went to use it. Some of the positives is the location, the balcony, and the beach gear was a nice plus.

Condo is in a great location. Beach is lovely and beach toys provided was appreciated by my 6 year old nephew! Pool on site was great option as red tide was present in the ocean. Great kitchen space & Publix close by for shopping. Assigned parking a plus as it’s pretty full on the weekend! Ice cream shack next door is yummy. Check in and check out procedures a breeze! This was our first time in the Treasure Island area and we loved it. The condo was exactly as described on the website. The common areas around the condo were so beautiful and everyone at the facility was so super nice. Communication with property management was super easy and we were able to check-in early. There is so much to do around the area and we had such a good time. Will definitely be back.
