SUMMARY

Please note: Due to a recent fire at the neighboring property, scaffolding has been installed for necessary repairs. While this does not affect the access to or the condition of the rental unit itself, the scaffolding is located close to the property. We appreciate your understanding as the repairs are underway.

Gables #49 is an updated 5-Bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome home that is located a short few minutes' walk to the slopes of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain. Set over 4-levels, this 2000 sq. Ft. property has an updated kitchen, bathroom renovations in Fall 2019, new bedding throughout, features two living areas, and a wood-burning fireplace. This home is perfect for families who need great accessibility to the mountains, ski school, the village, and all in a private treed setting.

The entrance level has a mudroom with plenty of space to store your gear and a boot dryer! This opens up into the spacious kitchen and dining area that leads out to a deck with a barbecue. This level also features 1 full bathroom which has been recently renovated, and living area with flat screen TV, large L shape couch and a cozy fire place perfect for those cold winter nights!

The lower level has a comfortable second living area - a perfect place for the kids to relax while the adults socialize! Also on this floor is a laundry room with a work space to tune up and wax your skis and boards.

BEDROOMS

The 3rd level offers 3 bedrooms, including primary bedroom with brand new mattress and newly renovated bathroom, and access to the 4th level with an additional full-level bedroom. The lower level has a bedroom with Queens size bed with en-suite bathroom

BOOKING DETAILS

The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.

Fantastic property in an excellent location, centrally located between the main village and upper village near the Fitzsimmons Creek, with wonderful amenities. We arrived during a heat advisory, and while the unit doesn’t have AC, which made the daytime a bit challenging, everything else about our stay was exceptional. We would definitely book again.

We brought our four adult children and their significant others with us for a week at Whistler. We couldn't have been more happy with our rental at The Gables! The unit was very clean and the booking through check-out process was so easy. The location was so perfect and was quiet and so easy to walk to everything. We hope to bring everyone back again in the future and will look to rent the unit again if we can!

Ideal property for multi-generational family. Central but quiet - 5 minutes walk to almost everywhere. 4 floors protected those with some daytime work from the smaller kids on the top floor

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the Whistler gondola and even closer to Blackcomb through the back way. The home is well appointed, everything we needed was there. It was good floor layout for our 2 families. The management company was responsive to all our requests. Highly recommend.

We liked convenience of this location and great 4-floor layout for 2 families with teenagers. Size of each bedrooms was good, bathrooms clean, and beds were comfortable. Boot and glove dryer was a nice feature too.
