SUMMARY
A stunning 4-Bedroom, 3-Bathroom spacious townhome nestled in the Benchlands area of Whistler. Located close to the base of Blackcomb Mountain, where you can start your day off by hopping on the free shuttle, which stops right outside this complex and is just a quick ride away from the gondolas. At the end of the day you can take advantage of the ski in access! The property is one of only twelve townhouses in the exclusive Forest Creek development and provides easy access to Lost Lake and all the XC ski trail in winter and biking trails in summer around it, the Chateau Whistler golf course and Whistler Village.
Upon entry, walk up a few stairs to the main living space with an updated kitchen with a De'Longhi Espresso Machine, dining space and living room with a wood burning fireplace and balcony. . A spacious back yard is just off the kitchen featuring a private hot tub, patio furniture and a kids play area with monkey bars. There is also a private garage with space for 1 small car and perfect for securely storing all your gear.
BEDROOMS
On the main living floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and access to a Jack and Jill full bathroom, which is shared with the main living area. Upstairs you will find your primary bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and a balcony. You will also find 2 other bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk (double on bottom and single on top) and single trundle bed, perfect for a kid's room. The 3rd bathroom is also on this level which you can access from the hallway and the bunk room.

BOOKING DETAILS
The 50% deposit will be due 60 days prior to arrival, with remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. These payments are non-refundable once processed.
For credit card payments, a 3.5% processing fee is automatically applied to all payments.

We had a great stay at Forest Creek 12 and can't say enough positive things about Aloha Whistler. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and were very responsive. Forest Creek 12 is a lovely property. We had 4 adults and three teenagers and we were very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The pictures reflect the unit. The kitchen is very well stocked and the hot tub was fantastic after a full day skiing!

The property is just a short drive (5 mins) to the mountain bases and steps away to the village bus route (#5). This end unit townhome is filled with natural light with an inviting open floor plan with 3 bedrooms on the top floor and a studio style bedroom on the second floor next to the kitchen. The property is well maintained and clean. Highly recommended for family with kids.
