About this house rental

Comfortable home located a stone throw away from the lovely sandy beach of Port Vincent and central to all amenities. The home has a solar heated pool for summer lazy days and an indoor fire place for that winter chill.

The home is offered as a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom at the price advertised, or, with a 5th bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for an additional $100 per night. Should you wish to have the 5th bedroom please send a message indicating your choice and an invoice will be sent to you via the Stayz site for the additional fee. Photographs of the extra bedroom with ensuite are located at the end of the photos advertised.

There is a fully stocked kitchen, 2 spacious living areas, 2 outdoor sitting areas, including the outdoor pool with full undercover veranda and a large fully fenced rear yard so your fur babies can roam in safety.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms downstairs with queen size beds, main suite with ensuite, and 3 upstairs, 1 with queen size bed, 1 with double bunk and the other with 2 single beds. Please note, BYO pillow cases, linen and towels. Pillows, blankets are provided.

There are 3 bathrooms, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs and 1 ensuite with the additional main bedroom suite.

Great time had by all 9 of us + dogs. Beaches in walking distance, great bike tracks for the children. Children loved the pool even though it was a bit chilly.

Booked for 3 couples and two under four year olds unfortunately the couples with kids were put off by the staircase and no gates etc so ended up booking elsewhere upon arrival, probably our own fault as we should have checked pre booking

Amazing place! We thoroughly enjoyed our time! There is plenty of space and it's a great location, but it's all the 'little things' that made this a standout property (dog bowls, pool noodles, books, dvd's, washing powder and more). Thanks for hosting us. We've booked our next getaway already 😍

A wonderful experience right from the easy booking process. Great property in a perfect location. We had 6 adults and 2 babies and there was plenty of room. We can’t wait to return for another holiday. Highly recommend.

The place was fantastic. Everything we needed and more in a great location. So close to both beaches and central to shops. Great pet friendly getaway. We loved the outdoor and pool area plus the sunroom area as an inside option. The house was an older house but it was immaculately clean and tidy and very well looked after. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would love to come back with family in the summer.

The holiday home was great. A good size house to enjoy our stay. Location was excellent a very short stroll to the beach and into town for coffee & donuts. Picturesque Port Vincent a pleasant beachside town friendly locals. The host was attentive to all our needs and very quick in responses. Home had all we required and more. Good shaded large pool for families to enjoy on a hot summer holiday. Outdoor patio nice to sit and relax & enjoying a pizza made in the pizza oven. We were lucky our host allowed us to bring our fur baby this we cant thank them enough. We would certainly recommend a stay. Thank you again we hope to return in near the future.
