In Winter the fire will be going, the house warm and cosy for your arrival... relax and enjoy all the comforts of home in this natural wood Cabin. The Lounge and Main Bedroom both have smart TVs, SKY plus MYSKY for recording programs or catching up on those you have recorded at home SKY MOVIES and SKY SPORT too :)
The Satin-Jet shower gives you the most amazing adjustable shower and gas hot water heating means you can stay in there as long as you like.. that goes for the bath too, perfect after a day up the mountain, or hiking/biking the many tracks
Bed Linen and Towels are provided. Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Oven, Microwave and small appliances, including coffee plunger and teapot
The upstairs loft does have safety railing but if you would prefer the kids on the same level, downstairs L-shaped lounge has a mattress base and is made up with cosy wool rests and fitted sheets and thus can double as two single beds for the little ones, toe to toe! Beautiful log cabin close to town but feels like middle of nature. Perfect for family of 4 with a bit older kids due to maisonette level only has a ladder to enter. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Our stay at this log cabin was a fantastic experience! The cabin was super clean, tidy, and very well-stocked with kitchenware, making it easy to prepare meals without needing to eat out. The owner provided excellent and concise information for our stay. The location is incredibly convenient, and the serene surroundings with a mountain view made our trip even more special. It's definitely worth the drive from Auckland. We highly recommend it, 10/10!

Beautiful cabin. Excellent facilities. Nice spot. Couldn’t ask for more.

Incredibly charming little cabin, don't let the size fool you as it's laid out well and thought went into every nooks and crannies. Charming material and the stone tiled shower and the outdoor tub are a treat. Maybe we were unlucky though as many light bulbs died. Kids loved the attic; even more so during some intense rain and hail, just wonderful.
