About this apartment rental

This has been many people’s personal favorite for one reason: the view.

There’s nothing like waking up every morning and feeling the sun shining through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room while you sip your coffee and contemplate the day. It literally feels like you're up in a treehouse. The covered patio is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and view.

This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom.

This is the perfect place for a family coming to enjoy what Austin has to offer or could house up to three couples for a music festival or a weekend out on the town. There is one king bed and a full-size bed in the smaller second bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven, microwave, and even a press pot! And we have an instant Pot, popcorn popper, waffle iron, and hand mixer upon request.

Other amenities include: beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, extra bath towels and linens, Roku HD TV with antenna for local channels, board games, high-speed internet, shampoo, conditioner and other basic bathroom essentials.

We loved everything about this location. All communications went smoothly, and from the moment we pulled up, until the moment we left, we felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well appointed and fulfilled all of our needs. It was a great feeling to know we had somewhere comfortable and safe to return to after a fun day and night in Austin. Will highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area!

We try thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and we loved the central location. Zilker Park is beautiful and all our favorite restaurants were within a 15-minute drive. We’ll definitely be back.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance to Zilker Park. The facility was very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed (cooking items, towels for swimming in Barton Springs, grocery bags for shopping, etc). The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and we really appreciated their great dining recommendations. Overall, we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Austin.

I stayed here with two friends just to relax and to enjoy Austin. The house was adorable and very well stocked. We were able to walk to the park and then into downtown Austin with ease. We had dinner downtown and then in East Austin which was a short and convenient Uber ride away. Perfect location and peaceful property! The check-in and checkout were easy and I look forward to staying here again sometime with my husband.

The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed - we were especially impressed by how well-appointed the kitchen was for cooking. Beds super comfy. But really this place is all about location - just walk down the hill and you're in fabulous Zilker Park with all the wonderful walking trails and pedestrian connection to downtown Austin. We came principally for winter swimming in Barton Springs Pool and it's just a few minutes walk from this pretty and charming apartment. The hosts were instantly responsive to the couple of requests we had. Communication was perfect. Highly recommend.

A coworker and myself stayed here for five days while attending training classes at Keller Williams Realty International. The location couldn’t be any more convenient to downtown or to KWRI. Unit was very clean and kitchen and bath well-stocked. Easy check-In w door code. Extra vanity/sink in MBR in addition to the one bath made the smaller bathroom workable. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Wish I had remembered my swimsuit to go to Barton Springs Pool just around the corner!! Will stay here again!

This amazing little tree house was in the perfect location. So easy to get to and was exactly what we needed. The amount of communication from Cynthia and Jay was great. Everything was so clear and easy to understand. Seriously, if I go back I will definitely stay here again!

Loved the Treehouse, we were there for two months and had everything we needed. Properties owners were delightful and very responsive. Location was close to everything you need. Zilker park was 2 blocks and so fun to walk.

Our group of 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. We were in town to visit with one another and explore the city. However, we were pleasantly surprised how much there was around us within walking distance. We enjoyed the park, hiking trails, several restaurants nearby and just hanging out in the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed at the Treehouse over Christmas with our college daughter and it was wonderful. The location is fantastic, and the unit is cozy and had all we needed. The kitchen was well-appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and we were very pleased with our stay. Communication was great with owners but we never needed anything while we were there. Sadly the cold front prevented us from enjoying the patio, but we will make a return trip for that. Highly recommend nearby Juliet’s for dinner and a walk on the Barton Creek greenbelt. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Seamless check in, endless fun while attending a concert and visiting friends. The amenities and location of this property were great. We took the bikes and road the trails along the Colorado down to Lady Bird Lake. Locking the bikes up was a bit tricky and the driveway steep but we got through it. Condo was in a very quiet neighborhood, and not too far from the trail system. It was nice to have fresh coffee beans and not have to worry about going to the store for that. The beds are comfortable.

Great neighborhood in Austin. The Treehouse was snug and well-equipped for our cooking needs. Thanks for the Bluebell ice cream cups in the freezer! The owners offered wonderful guides to Austin, both at the Treehouse and on their portal. Communication was superb!

We enjoyed our stay here and Cynthia and Peach were nearby in case we needed anything . The condo was nice- the kitchen is small but we didn’t really cook so it was fine. The master bedroom is large and there’s lots of storage. Just walk down the hill to Zilcker Park and there’s lots of great restaurants on Barton’s Springs Rd. We LOVED the location !

I picked this mainly for the close proximity to the walking/jogging tails and was not disappointed. The rental was as described and was well stocked with the basics (towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, bath soap, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, etc.) in addition to coffee, condiments, and the like. It was very comfortable for my husband and I and for entertaining 2 other adults for a time. 4 adults would be the max, in my opinion, that would be comfortable here in the 2 bedrooms. The unit had some age on it but the upkeep was top notch. The only thing that gave us pause was the parking. It was great that two slots were allowed for the unit but they are not flat, had a major slope to one which my son was unwilling to pull into with his small Honda Civic for fear of scraping the bottom. A larger vehicle would probably have been fine with a confident driver to pull in and back out. Having said that I would certainly stay here again.

This is a lovely little condo in a great location close to downtown. It has just about everything you could ask for in terms of amenities. The owners were terrific and available but unobtrusive. On site laundry is a plus!. Our stay was interrupted due to COVID 19, we felt we needed to get home. We will return to Austin and to this property!

We loved our stay here. We were out and about quite a bit attending a bachelorette celebration - and we SO enjoyed coming back to the Treehouse to rest and recharge. The home is cozy, has great amenities and is exactly what is advertised. We definitely recommend!
