3rd House From The Ocean with Private Beach Access!! Spacious Garage for extra parking. Plenty of bear gear, ping pong table, and outdoor shower.

Our beautiful home is located in the private Sea Hawk Lane community off of N. Forest Beach Drive and is the 3rd house from the ocean. Walk out your front door and you are only steps from the beach! Our expansive front deck offers a great outdoor entertaining area for you and your guests. With comfy patio sofas and a dining table for 6, your guests can all enjoy the southern landscape and grill out.

Sea Hawk Lane is a private community just down the street from the heart of the south end of Hilton Head Island. With your private beach access, you won't have overpacked beaches like that at the public Coligny Beach walk. With Hilton Head's many bike paths, it is very convenient to walk or ride bikes to all that Coligny Plaza has to offer. Plenty of breakfast spots, restaurants, and shopping are all located here. You should definitely check out our famous beach bars. Pool Bar Jim's and Tiki Hut are both awesome beach bars in Coligny that offer the best libations! Just walk or ride your bikes down the beach for the easiest access point.

This charming beach retreat is complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and comfortably accommodates 10 guests. The large 2-story family room is spacious, with enough seating for the entire group to watch TV, play games or just relax! The wrap-around deck allows for a second entertainment space directly off the living room. This home has a large eating area with seating for all! The kitchen is conveniently located just steps from the main living and dining area, keeping the chef close to everyone! You will find a loft space upstairs with a second TV and sleeper sofa that easily doubles as a quiet reading, game or relaxing area after a day on the beach, shopping or just exploring this amazing island! The full-size washer and dryer can also be found in the mudroom on the main level with access to the garage below. 

The large family room and all of the bedrooms have TVs. Free WiFi throughout the residence and streaming channels are included. The upstairs master suite with vaulted ceiling has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, large closets, and a bonus room with ocean views, and a sleeper sofa. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor feature a queen bed and full baths. 

There are stairs down to the garage through the laundry room. The garage has an outdoor shower so you can rinse off the sand and salt from a day at the beach! All of the beach gear is kept in the back of the garage as to not trample sand through the home.

All of your guests will feel right at home and welcomed with the ample garage parking and the many amenities that you will find as you enter through the doors of this North Forest Beach beauty. 

Be Advised: The garage has a low clearance and the driveway only can fit one car. Oversized trucks and SUV's will not be able to make it into the garage.

Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes one set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for the bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and a dishtowel. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware. These items are only a starter pack and will not be refilled during your reservation.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided.

Amazing walkability beaches, shops, restaurants and more! Breeze Shuttle runs from mid-March thru mid-October and can get you to the fun on the South End to mid-island! Free shuttles when available! Miles of bike paths - easy rentals available!

Other Things to Note:
Bugs
We get asked about Palmetto Bugs all the time. Yes, these are roaches and are found pretty much everywhere outside in South Carolina but we like to call them Palmetto Bugs as it makes them sound nicer! They can be pretty big, can fly and will scurry around the floor but they are largely harmless. They do occasionally come inside, especially at night and during or after any storms. Rest assured all of our homes are professionally treated monthly for pests. Any bugs that manage to get inside will die quickly.

According to Eric Benson, Ph.D. professor and extension entomologist at Clemson University “It has nothing to do with cleanliness or the economic conditions of the area,” said Benson. “They could be around the nicest home or the nicest hotel or resort.”

If you leave the doors or windows open, especially at night, you will likely see a few. This is perfectly normal. If you see 20 or 30 all in one place then please let us know. This might mean we have a nest somewhere in the home and we'll need to get pest control out to take care of it. This is extremely rare!

Please don't worry about bugs, enjoy your vacation. You'll likely not see any while you are here, we just include this note so you understand it's not unusual to see some and it doesn't mean the home isn't well looked after!
