About this apartment rental

The Studio is our most economical unit. You can enjoy all the perks of being near Zilker Park for less than you’ll find any decent hotel in the area.

This studio is on the lower floor and is the perfect place for a couple looking for a get-away, an extended stay for a work contract, or pull the couch-bed out and squeeze four people in for a weekend out on the town.

The front patio is very comfortable and is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials so you can cook in if you’re not in to eating out.
Other amenities include: covered patio with a love seat and 2 chairs, beach towels for Barton Springs Pool, bar and table seating for up to 4, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, 4 sets of bath towels, Roku HDTV, board games, shampoo, conditioner and other basic bathroom essentials including face wipes.

We loved it. Austin is amazing, and Cynthia and Peach are also a part of that experience. They helped us with everything we asked and they had a lot of patience:) we are thankful for meeting them and getting directions what to do and where to go. Once again we are grateful for those 9 days we had and the hosts who added to that so overall it was perfect

We stayed 3 nights and the place was very clean and well maintained. We were there to explore the city and see live music so it was a nice quiet place to come back to at the end of the night. Very close to downtown and easy access to the park and the springs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you want easy walking access to Zilker or Barton Springs, and a quick drive to everything else. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom has everything you need. Plus the hosts are fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

This studio was very cozy, perfect for me and my two adult daughters. We were so impressed with the amenities.. We truly felt we were home away from home! Just perfect for a fun couple of days from out of town for a concert. We would definitely stay here again!

When we were leaving someone started down the driveway as I was going up and I ended up dropping my bike to avoid them. Did considerable cosmetic damage to bike and sprained my ribs.

The hosts, Cynthia and Jay, were wonderful. The studio was lovely and had everything you could need or want, in addition to being in a great location right near Zilker park. We had a problem navigating the incline down to the apartment and Cynthia and Jay were on it and resolved our issue right away! Would definitely book with them again!

Decided to take a girls trip to Austin for the first time and we all fell in love! This property was the perfect location, quiet and tucked away but a walk away from the springs and plenty of food and drink spots. The hosts were more than accommodating with extra things like freshly ground coffee, creamer, face wipes, shampoo/conditioner, and even more things. We loved our stay and would re-book this place in a heartbeat.

This was a last minute trip and Cynthia, Peach and Jay couldn't have been more accommodating! I've never been to Austin before, but the location looked fantastic - and it was. The Studio is in a four-plex, but I never felt I didn't have privacy. And the washer/dryer area came in handy. More importantly, you're within walking (Barton Springs) or driving distance (less than 5 minutes to the lakefront and dwntn) of pretty much everything Austin has to offer. I'll definitely be back!

Pretty good, close to some of the trails and activities as well as the city. We didnt spend a whole lot of time in the room as I wanted to explore as much as possible. My only complaint would be the driveway needs to be leveled but that's not on the owner.

The accommodation was really nice. Its in a really nice neighborhood as u don’t have a long drive to town for food or entertainment. The only reason why I gave a 4star instead of a 5 is the parking is not so good. We drive a truck so it was a problem getting in and out when the driveway was wet. Other then that I highly recommemd this accommodation!

We stayed here with our dog while in Austin visiting family for Thanksgiving, and everything was as advertised. A short walk to Zilker and Lady Bird Lake for a morning jog, and to the Barton Creek greenbelt so we could get our Taco Deli fix was perfect.

This was our first visit to Austin and the two of us would not hesitate to return and stay again in this very comfortable, well appointed Studio apartment. The location is perfect for exploring Austin and is within easy walking distance of the Hike and Bike Trail. We loved returning after our day's explorations back to the Studio where we could relax, talk, and enjoy making dinner together. The owners have taken great care to ensure a comfortable, carefree stay from providing all the necessary kitchenware, to wonderful linens, extra blankets, lighting, and gas grill. The apartment had all we needed to prepare a special dinner and even had a knife sharpener and extra outlets to charge our various electronic devices. Communication with owner was clear, consistent, and thorough. We could not ask for a more positive, VRBO experience. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The studio was a really comfortable stay. The apartment is in a great location, close to Zilker park and lots of great restaurants. The hosts were incredibly helpful, and provided all sorts of helpful information before we arrived.
