Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, WiFi, Blue Ray DVD player, Sonos Beam Soundbar and board games. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Solid pine cot bed, travel cot and highchair available on request. Roadside permit parking available on request at an extra cost (£6-£18 max. per week, depending on how many vouchers are required) with additional unrestricted free parking available nearby. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, decked area and furniture. Sorry, no pets. No smoking/vaping. Fuel, power and logs for wood-burning stove included in rent. All household cleaning products will be provided for your use. If you are visiting Gingerbread Cottage during Christmas the property will have a Christmas tree and be decorated downstairs. The number of guests occupying the property should not exceed the number stated on the holiday confirmation. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles. Please note: this property's check in day is Friday.
