We had a wonderful time at Roland's place. His communication was always prompt and helpful. He cared that we were enjoying the space. The place was clean and we used the wonderful kitchen a lot. The bathrooms are gorgeous and spacious. The location is really nice. We could walk to Camden Market or Hampstead Heath and there are some pubs nearby. The tube and overground are also a short distance which gets you all over London.

We enjoyed our stay! Two of the rooms were a bit tight- a little too much furniture and exercise things occupying walking space around beds. We were in London during a heat wave, so at times it felt stuffy, but nice late when the sunset. Interesting decor. Missing coffee conveniences and little kitchen creamers, items would have been nice. Would recommend.

We had a terrific time staying in Roland's place near Camdentown. He was a great host, wonderfully responsive. The house is laid out on three floors, allowing for complete privacy for two couples. Regents Park Road has a number of first rate restaurants. We couldn't be happier with our choice -- or more appreciative of Roland's advice and welcome.

Roland was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. He made us feel at home. The flat is well located and has everything you need for a great weekend or more. Highly recommended

We loved staying in this flat! We traveled with 4 kids with Grandparents and appreciated having a nice, homey, place to stay. We were able to walk or take public transportation to all the sights. There was a convenience store super close by which was great for buying easy snacks and food for the flat. We also enjoyed the little French cafe at the corner for light breakfasts and good coffee. It was so nice to be in a neighborhood where people live, rather than the rush of the more touristy areas. Roland was a very sweet and kind host. He includes small touches like having American adapters in outlets and a power strip with USB charging. While the description of the flat was totally accurate, I should warn spoiled suburban American parents (like me!) that the washer and dryer is a single unit and not like the robust machines we are used to. Nonetheless, there is an easy launderette next door for fast drying. We had no problem. We didn’t use the yard much because of the weather and our pace of sightseeing. But, when we return to London, we’ll certainly book this place again and enjoy the yard.

We had a excellent time staying at our host Roland's house in Haverstock, north London.
Chalk Farm tube stop, grocery stores, bakeries etc we're all just a short 10 minute walk. Also Camden market and Camden High street are also just a 10 minute walk from the house. The house was warm, had a beautiful garden and two modern bathrooms with good showers and plenty of hot water. The kitchen had a excellent gas range.I would definitely stay at Haverstock home again.

This is a lovely townhouse with lots of light and a great kitchen and bathrooms. Host was super attentive and easy to communicate with. Great place to explore London.

We enjoyed our stay at this North London apartment, especially the ease of communication with Roland, the owner.
The three bedroom flat is located in a quiet section of North London, near the Chalk Farm tube and within walking distance of the restaurants on Primrose Hill and Haverstock Hill. Groceries, off-license liquor, and a nice pub are within a few steps of the front door. Ubers were also plentiful when we didn't have time for public transport.
The apartment itself isn't huge, but perfectly normal by London standards. The master bedroom/bathroom is very nice and has a small terrace. The kitchen is well supplied: a large refrigerator, lots of pots and pans, a teapot, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, etc. We didn't use the rear garden (as the weather didn't cooperate), but it looks nice. Wifi was reliable.
As a family of four, we were significantly more comfortable in Roland's apartment than we would have been in two hotel rooms, and likely saved a bit of money at the same time.

What a charming home and gracious host. Roland made sure we had everything we needed and had many great suggestions. His home is lovely with a fabulous kitchen and beautiful primary suite. Fun location near Primrose Hill and Camden Market. Close to grocery stores too! Near Chalk Farm underground stop with buses right out the front door. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Roland was an amazing host and went over and above to help us out and be accommodating when a member of the family was taken ill on the trip.
The property is lovely and very homely and is superbly located. Thank you so much!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to transit. The apartment gave us plenty of room to spread out to sleep comfortably and offered great spaces for gathering. The balcony was the perfect place to watch some Bonfire Night fireworks. The kitchen was well appointed. We would definitely stay again. Roland was a wonderful, responsive host. Highly recommend!

Having lived in London for 2 years we were very excited about our first post pandemic visit. This flat at first seemed a bit far from everything yet upon a little exploration we found it to be in a fabulous location, with a traditional London appeal. Given we are a family traveling, all adults the spaces provided plenty of privacy. The upper level with the doors safely wide open was beautiful. Excellent communication and accommodation of schedules was much appreciated. We had a brilliant stay.

The flat was exactly what we were seeking. What made this such a positive experience is the owner was extremely accommodating, quick to respond to all questions we had, and provided a communication as you were chatting with a friend. Highly recommend.

Great stay for London vacation
Great location for anyone visiting London who wants to stay outside of the center, but with easy access to public transport. Particularly convenient was the number 24 bus stop right outside the property that goes into central London. Also easy walking access to Camden and Hampstead. The house had all amenities my family required and was close to shops/ restaurants. Great stay!

Good home base for visiting London with families.
Roland, the owner, was very responsive and flexible, which we appreciated. All bedrooms are relatively large. Kitchen is well-equipped with a large fridge, so cooking is easy. The house is nicely decorated. We were visiting London as a family of 6 with 3 young children (<6 yr old) and we felt comfortable throughout our stay, so we would recommend it to others.

Great location, friendly and welcoming owner
A very comfortable home. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and also the owner's recommendations of local restaurants. We tried 3 or 4 of these and they were all excellent. Great to be so close to Camden Market as well

A Perfect Spot to Live Like a Local in London!
Arriving to the townhome, you climb two flights of stairs to the main floor and a welcoming living room and kitchen overlooking a beutiful back garden. The second floor has two bedrooms and full bath, with the Master bedroom up the final flight of stairs. We loved being just a few doors down from major bus lines, laundry facilities, a great pub, groceries/sundries, and a small coffee shop. The close proximity to Camden, SOHO, and Kentish Town was perfect for dining and entertainment options but distant enough that we were not disturbed by late night revelry. Our 10 days here were enhanced by comfortable beds, a nice functioning kitchen with full size refrigerator and wonderful gas stove/oven, and a lovely master bathroom. The balcony on the top floor afforded views of The London Eye and other notable buildings when looking to the south-east. We loved our stay here and our hosts were very gracious, ensuring we had space in drawers and wardrobes, with wooden hangers, so we didn't have to live out of our suitcase for the entirety of our stay. Do not hesitate to book your family stay here in Roland's home for a great place to make your trip to London memorable.
