Located only a few minutes walk from the beautiful Warren and Harbour beaches, and less than 10 minutes walk from the popular seaside village of Abersoch, with its many restaurants, shops and pubs. Anhywel is the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and all it has to offer.
The property doesn't disappoint either. Sleeping 12 (+1 on request), with 4 bathrooms, it is a modern and spacious detached house, enjoying stunning sea views and large wraparound gardens with a 7-seater hot tub.
After a day at the beach, you can shower off the sand using the outside shower, and then relax in the hot tub or you have a choice of sun-trap patios from which to enjoy a sundowner, followed by al-fresco dining on the front patio to take advantage of the wonderful sea views.
In the house, Anhywel offers all you'll need for your holiday. A large kitchen/diner and separate utility room provides everything needed to cook up a storm and enjoy meals together around the dining table, where you can enjoy the wonderful sea views through the impressive 5m glass sliding doors. There are two sitting areas to chill out in - a large sitting room downstairs, a great place to curl up in front of the electric wood burner effect fire with a good book or sit together and watch a movie, and an upstairs open sitting area benefitting from beautiful sea views - perfect for enjoying an evening drink!
The bedrooms are all spacious and benefit from lovely sea or garden views. The two large triple bedrooms are located upstairs, each with a double and a single bed (upon request, one can accommodate an additional single bed). There is also a large bathroom upstairs from where you can enjoy amazing sea views whilst showering! Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms - two large doubles, one with an en-suite shower room, the other located directly next to a shower room with double shower - and a twin bedroom (upon request this can be set up as a king). There is also an additional bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedding, towels and bath mats are included at no additional cost.
Outside, there is plenty of parking, with space for 4/5 cars, and mature, fully enclosed, gardens with the two patio areas being accessed directly from the dining area and kitchen - perfect for al-fresco living! There is also an additional, partially covered, patio with the hot tub and seating. With outside lighting and a heat lamp, this area can be enjoyed into the evening.

A beautiful house for a family holiday, with everything you need, with eleven of us there was plenty of space for everyone. It has a wrap round garden with places to sit and soak up the sunshine and the views. Just a five minute walk from Warren beach, perfect for children, dogs and paddle board enthusiasts. Abersoch, is a lovely town with great places to eat out, excellent ice cream with a nice range of shops and cafes. The owner Sophie quickly answered any questions we had before we arrived and was very helpful, I would recommend this house for a perfect holiday

"I recently stayed at Anhywel Abersoch seaview villa for my Easter holiday break with my family and friends and I have to say, it was absolutely wonderful! The villa is located in a stunning setting with breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding countryside. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and furnished, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.
One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the outdoor space. The villa has a large, well-maintained garden with a patio area, outdoor seating and a BBQ, which was perfect for enjoying the warm Easter weather and taking in the views.
The location of the villa is also fantastic. Abersoch is a charming seaside town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to explore, and there are also some lovely walks and beaches nearby. We particularly enjoyed visiting the nearby Bwlchtocyn with stunning over the sea.
Overall, I would highly recommend Anhywel Abersoch seaview villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday break in a beautiful part of Wales. The villa is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends, and the owner Sophia is so friendly and accommodating, can’t thank her enough.
We can't wait to come back!"

Throughout the entire process communication was great, with quick and helpful responses to queries about facilities and room arrangements. The property is well maintained and in a fantastic setting.
With 10 adults from 30 to 88 years plus two under 7s we were celebrating a family birthday and New Year, this included cooking many large meals which the kitchen and dining arrangements handled perfectly.

Wonderful
Had a long weekend with the family to celebrate husband's 70th Birthday. As soon as we walked through the door there was the wow factor. Property was lovely and bright, and clean and accommodated 12 easily. Plenty of room to move about, and we could all sit around the table at one time, or chill in the lounge. Kitchen was a good size with plenty of crockery and cutlery for us all. Induction hob, oven and grill were good, all Neff. All the beds were lovely and comfy. The location is great, quick 5 minute walk into the centre of Abersoch and also to the beach. Would love to go back for a second visit.
