About this house rental
In the idyllic north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests, the harbor village Zerpenschleuse has emerged. Vacation homes in Scandinavian style are grouped around its marina.
This light-flooded vacation home is located only a few minutes walk from the harbor. The house is located at the far edge of the complex (therefore only one direct neighbor), with a beautiful view of meadows and fields. The sun terrace in front of the house invites you to linger, eat together and relax. The outdoor area to the side of the house is filled with gravel and equipped with pallet furniture, so that the sunset over the field can be enjoyed with a glass of wine. Whether on the terrace for pleasant summer evenings, inside the house in front of the fireplace by the crackling fire or on the open gallery with fully equipped play corner - relaxation is guaranteed. Fast internet is provided with fiber optic connection.
The cottage has a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. On the gallery on the second floor you can enjoy a unique view over the property and into nature through the floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing. The cottage has two bright bedrooms with double beds. In the upper bedroom there is an additional crib with fall-out protection. The shower bath with daylight and high-quality wellness shower rounds off your successful vacation day.
Especially for the vacation with children this house is well suited. In the gallery you will find a fully equipped play corner, a children's rocking chair, play mats and a hanging chair for 'rocking'. The outdoor area is located at the end of a street and is therefore traffic-calmed. The little ones can let off steam on the terraces, while you can relax on the pallet furniture with cushion or in the fold-back wing chair by the window. On cool days, the outdoor sauna with panoramic window overlooking the field offers beautiful wellness moments.
Also in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home, after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy woods, you can lean back in front of the fireplace with three-sided glazing in the cozy armchair and warm up again.
Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve.
In the Hafendorf Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.
The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood.

Ganz wunderbares Ferienquartier.

Schönes Wochenende in gemütlichem, hellem Haus
