อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกพอประมาณ เบเกอรี่ใช้ได้เลย แต่ที่นั่งในห้องอาหารน้อยไปหน่อย อาจเพราะแขกเข้าพักเยอะ อาจจัดสรรเวลาอาการเช้าน่าจะดี สถานที่ตั้งใกล้ห้าง Terminal21 แค่เดินข้ามถนน

Good hotel with drawbacks

Receptionists very kind and professional. In-house drinks not overpriced as in many other hotels. Internet is fine. Some english movie-channels on TV. Situated directly on a main street near "Terminal 21" but still very quiet inside. Pool very nice. Beautiful garden arrangement.

Smoking allowed everywhere, very unpleasant for non-smoker as most of the guests were smoking. Breakfast every day same with, what disturbed me most; industrial ham (it exists also "tasty" cooked ham in Thailand!). Of course all kind of Thai breakfast choices, unfortunately not prepared on the most tasty way. Restaurant-Staff, with few exceptions, not inviting or kind. Smiling, eye-contact and/or attentive behaviour was missing.

Heerlijk verblijf aan de zijkant van Pattaya.

Een oase aan de zijkant van het levendige Pattaya. Wij hadden een kamer aan het zwembad. Prima ruime kamer, schoon, rustig en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben de hele boulevard bewandeld, maar er is voldoende vervoer te regelen om naar het centrum te gaan. Lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, zowel intercontinentaal als Thais. Vriendelijk personeel. Op loopafstand van Terminal 21 (shopping mall).

Der Buchung war eine Notlösung - war dann positiv überraschte und habe verlängert; ich komme wieder.

Sehr freundliche Leute und super Frühstückbüffet mit ausgezeichnetem Kaffee. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Gartenanlage mit originellem Swimmingpool. Aus meiner Sicht sehr gute Küche.

Soweit eigentlich nichts.

Entspannt in einer quirligen Stadt

Eine Oase der Ruhe im quirligen Pattaya, ein Sanatorium mit Palmenwald. Überwiegend älteres deutsches Publikum, das kann auch mal zuviel werden, aber Alles gut

Unterhaltung ist wenig, auch kein Deutsches Fernsehen mit Ausnahme der Deutschen Welle, was man getrost vergessen kann.

Besuch des Feuerwerk 🎆 in Pattaya

Sehr gut ist der große Pool in einer schönen Garten Landschaft und Recht ruhig!

Die Matratze war sehr schlecht,viel zu weich und zu klein für das Bettgestell (rutscht hin und her). Was wir als Nichtraucher ganz schlimm fanden war,das direkt neben unserem Zimmer andere Gäste von Morgens bist Abends geraucht haben und der Rauch bei öffnen der Tür in unser Zimmer zog! Auch konnte man außer im Badezimmer kein Fenster öffnen so , dass wir in stickiger verbrauchter Luft sehr schlecht geschlafen haben! Man konnte gerade Nachts keine Frische Luft zuführen! Das Frühstück ist okay!

Het zwembad, het groen. Ontbijt en service. WiFi was uitstekend. Mooie kamers.

De bedden waren hard. Ook bij het zwembad geen matrasje op de mooie ligbedden.

Отдельные места для курящих и не за завтраком. Многие не курят и это бывает не приятно.

Отдыхали тут неделю. Все супер. Очень понравилось расположение. Небольшой островок зелени и тишины в центре города. Персонал очень улыбчивый и внимательный, всегда отвечали тем же. У нас была вилла, удобное расположение и выход прям в бассейн. Хорошая, большая, ЗЕЛЕНАЯ, территория и все очень красиво. Много доброжелательных постояльцев в большинстве своем это немцы и австрийцы. Завтраки хорошие, голодный точно не останешься. По возможности будем приезжать сюда вновь.

Не знаю минус это или нет. Мы сами не курим но постояльцы за завтраком много курили. Это не совсем приятно. А в целом все ок.

das Hotel ist seinen Preis wert. Man kann es mit ruhigen Gewissen weiterempfählen

Frühstück war wirklich gut und ausreichend. die Lage ist super Abendessen - besonders Thaifood sehr gut. das Personal ist sehr freundlich ruhige Lage genügend Parkplätze

mir ist eigentlich nichts negativ aufgefallen.

Good hotel to relax and for shopping in Terminal 21 - not much more to do

Very friendly staff, very clean, wonderful plants and well arranged, great pool, unfortunately only to warm, restaurant has very good quality, the Terminal 21 mall in the other side of the street is a true experience (food choices are amazing, nice shop and so much nice details (don’t miss the toilets)

WiFi is not on the standard as it should be in 2023, despite the nice hotel and the great mall Pattaya as a location is not to recommend (horrible beach, city center is awful, unfortunately the bad reputation is well deserved)

Could be so much better. Pool and landscaping are fabulous but hotel itself needs better cleaning and modernising

The pool area and landscaping are very impressive. The staff are very helpful also

The cleaning of the rooms is poor. We asked to be moved rooms as the first one we were brought too had dead bugs and mosquitos on the ground, still left squished on the wall, and the shower was dirty. They did move us and the next room was much better but could still benefit from a deep clean. Beds are very very hard. The hotel pool and gardens are fabulous and it could be an amazing resort but needs to be modernised and freshened up.

Decent resort in Pattaya.

Very large swimming pool. Good breakfast. Staff are very service minded

tiles outside of the shower area are slippery & a bit dangerous when walking with wet feet. For a 100$ room rate I would expect more luxury. The resort is located opposite the Terminal21 Mall. that is convenient, but for the elderly it can be a bit difficult to cross the 6 lane road safely.

our stay was fine overall but a little misleading with information

staff were always friendly. location was right next to major mall.

they advertised playground facilities when in fact it was just an old wood structure not suitable for children to play on. the wifi was terrible. I was sent an email saying the manager would approach me to sort out some issues I had but that never happened.

swimming pool is perfect reception staff are rude at time they need to learn some manners to deal with the guests to the end of the conversation before they walk away to do other things

smoking area should be kept separate from family area I don’t feel I can sit outside our room because of next door resident are smoking all the time our room front courtyard sitting area is quiet small for our family
