Gorgeous turn-key completely renovated with designer mural wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries and updated featuring Tempur-Pedic remote control king bed, high ceilings with tray ceiling lights, built in modern his/her closet with a jewelry drawer, kitchen cabinets with automatic drawer lights, bathroom walls all natural stone with larger shower and so much more! Location is the best in all of Palm Beach and close to everything, no car needed. Complimentary valet parking is provided (tips welcome). Please give valet code "king luxe" if you bring a car. Valet times are 8 a.m. til 11 p.m. Please check with valet if you need your car outside these times.Walk to the best restaurants, cafes, shops, parks & museums.

Overall the place was very nice and located well within the heart of Palm Beach! Marilyn was very responsive and any questions we had. Everything was wonderful! Cannot wait to go back!

This was a nice stay for us for a long weekend. The location was what really drove us in and the price is great for the area, breakers might be ten times more. I expected it to be a small room but it was actually smaller than I thought from the pictures. It’s not a room for a view outside either the windows are actually frosted glass that you can’t see through and if you open it you just see a roof. We felt the owner could offer a few more towels so I would suggest bringing extra beach towels, beach chairs are a little heavy and awkward to carry but it’s nice to have if you couldn’t bring your own. But in the end you got easy access off to the west palm side and you’re away from any craziness of shopping areas. It’s a nice area I 100 percent recommend amici market for sandwiches and the front desk staff was super helpful and nice. Also pool is nice but we liked the beach more.

We pulled up to free valet which was wonderful! We used valet everyday we were there. Some days it was a bit of a wait, but it’s easy to be patient at such a beautiful spot. Very easy check in and front desk people were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very modern and offered a great little kitchen area with everything we needed. Shower was nice and strong which I love, and very pretty! We walked just a block to the ocean. There are no life guards at this beach so everyday we drove just 8 minutes to the beach where the clock tower is located, beautiful. The Breakers is so close and the Flagler museum as well. The tree they have at the Flagler museum is a must see! We drove by Mar a Largo and saw the secret service everywhere. The drive there is short and so beautiful, all along the ocean. The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect! It’s so nice to come back from a beach day and relax in the very large veranda and people watch while having a delicious coffee at the French bakery next door. Publix is right across the street, not that you’d know because they make it look like another pretty building. So convenient. Restaurants are all within walking distance and we enjoyed them all! The pool area was very pretty but construction (new windows going up?)was going on everyday M-F 8-4:30. It was really loud and a bit uncomfortable sitting by the pool. We did enjoy it at night though, under the stars and the moon. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hoping to go back again!

This unit was very clean and nicely updated. It offered many convenient amenities. Kitchenette was very handy. Plenty of fresh bath towels, soap, shampoo, tissues, etc. The owner makes you feel like a guest in her own home. Great location with lots of nearby amenities. I was very happy and would most definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location and the suite was immaculate, bright and well-appointed. Although the building is dated and the hallways lacked sufficient air-conditioning, this suite felt brand new and was very comfortable. The electric blinds were room darkening (very nice touch), and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated the beach chairs/towels and umbrella so we didn’t have to pack our own. The owner was easily accessible and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the island! Location is ideal to walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Everything we needed for the beach was in the suite and the hotel had bikes available to rent to ride and explore the island. Definitely will be back!!

Great location, very comfortable bed and couch, well stocked kitchen items, great shower, Could use a blanket for sitting on couch. Humidifier was very loud. Hotel was nice. Free Valet was key. Ice maker was broken. Would stay again.

Super location for the beach, the city of West Palm Beach and shopping and restaurants. the building has valet parking which is great for this area. The pool area is beautiful. The building is really old though so it has a very musty smell. And the bedroom windows are not shaded all the way down so the lights from street lights and outside shine in all night so the room is not dark. The mattress has some major dents in it so it's not great but for the price, this is a great place to stay. Hightlight for us was taking the free bikes (supplied by the building) down to the lakes trail and riding around the lake. It is the most beautiful trail I've ever seen. the neighborhoods around the West Palm Beach country club should not be missed either. Ride it on bikes so as not to miss all the lawns and gardens--breathtaking. We enjoyed all of the restaurants within walking distance of the building. Very nice!

This was a phenomenal rental! The bed was a dream to rest in, the kitchen was perfect, the bathroom and shower were beautiful and a pleasure to use each day. All you could need was provided, from shampoo and conditioner to aloe and moisturizers. The location was so convenient and lovely to walk to the breakers, Publix across the street, and other shops and restaurants. We will absolutely be staying here again! Thank you, Marisand!

The studio was impeccably decorated and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the private courtyard pool and sitting on the patio people and car watching at happy hour. Convenient location for us to visit surrounding towns! We were very pleased.

My 16 year old and I had a great stay at Marilyn’s place. Everything you need is right at your fingertips. Marilyn has made very efficient use of the space. It’s small, but all you need for a great stay. We enjoyed the pool and lanai area immensely!

It is in the perfect location, being right across the street from the Public was great, and we were talking distance from fabulous restaurants. Getting around Palm Beach and West Palm is very easy. The condo had everything we needed and we would definitely recommend!

Great area and we were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. You can also walk across the bridge into West Palm Beach. They have live music on Clematis Street on Thursday nights. We enjoyed our stay in Palm Beach.

Stayed a week a wished it was longer at this fabulous luxury suite right in the middle of Palm Beach! You can walk everywhere. Comfortable bed and luxurious linens ensured a great nights sleep. We loved our time in Palm Beach at Marilyn’s place! Marilyn was so accommodating and kind. The apartment was very clean and comfortable - my fiancé found the high table and chairs easy to work from, the bed and couch were soft and cozy. The location is perfect, short walking distance to lots of Palm Beach hotspots, restaurants, cafes, markets, pharmacies, and more, including beautiful lush streets in the area and the beach 5 mins away! We didn’t need the car much, but it was convenient to have a parking pass that allows you to park just a few blocks away. Definitely would recommend staying here!

This unit is very nice, recently renovated, everything is modern and clean, everything you need to stay in Palm Beach. Location can not be better - few minutes walk to the beach, Lake Trail and so many great restaurants and cafes just a few blocks away. Our host was very responsive and provided us with useful local information, thanks Marilyn for accommodating our stay in your place!
