Very spacious, great game room. We are not picky but, one master bathroom had no hot water, the others did. Need to fix the pocket doors for more privacy in the bathroom, and upstairs bedrooms. Had a great time

First the good. House was huge, great for kids with a finished cellar with TV, ping pong and air hockey. Kitchen well equipped. Wi-Fi good. Water hot.
The not so good-the house must have been 90 degrees with no way to turn down. Contacted management company to no avail. We had the windows open when it was 15 degrees at night. The driveway was a sheet of ice. Two of the showers which had sliding glass doors only had one door. Garbage cans overflowing.

Upon arriving at the house it just snowed 6+ inches and one of the members of our party (70+ years old) couldn’t access the driveway. After calling the number provided the management co told us we should have a shovel- what! Requested a plow and after speaking with a manager it never happened until mid the next day. When we made it to the house the keypad didn’t work to access the house. After some time we ran into the neighbor who was able to contact the homeowner and we got access through her lock & key which we had to use for the rest of the weekend.
The house was overall nice but there was dirt in the kitchen, didn’t appear vacuumed or mopped. One of the sliding doors to the bedrooms didn’t close, one of the shower doors were missing.
The house was beautiful, has potential but just had some minor issues that need to be addressed.
*the management company is not in Vermont it’s a company that had to get in contact with someone local which didn’t happen quickly nor did they seem to understand we had an elderly group and shoveling the driveway or walking up to the house was a dangerous suggestion

We loved the room in this house. We went skiing and the mud room way it is set up when you walk in the home is perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The amount of room and separation of living rooms made it perfect for all. There was only one paddle for ping pong which was an inner for the kids but the air hockey was a big hit and the bunk beds were the next big hit for the children. The kitchen sink had hot water and the main bedroom shower had hot water but the rest of the bathrooms did not which after skiing was not good for that many people i am in hopes that i will be compensated and refunded some of the money we spent because it was quite expensive for only having one full day there. 10am check out is also a little early. We arrived after 4 and four was Check in- we had to wait for the cleaners to leave. Our original code to get in did not work but we were quickly given a reset code so only waited about ten mins. Overall i would stay here again the proximity to mtn is excellent and the house is spacious.

10 of us stayed here over Thanksgiving and we had SO much room. This is a really nice house and we enjoyed our stay!

Eight of us s gathered here and had a great time. There is plenty of room to stretch out and interact in small and large groups.
Be aware that the kitchen is minimally stocked, there were only six bowls (we were serving stew) and no serving platters or large bowls, the kinds of things we wanted to make eating together easy. The kitchen itself is nice and appliances were in good shape - although the ice maker in the freezer doesn’t work and so we had to go buy ice.
The master bathroom is very nice, enjoyed the jacuzzi tub (one person at a time) and the large walk in shower.
The deck is big and the views are nice, the small pond and much vegetation make the grounds cozy.
We’ll definitely go back.

When we arrived we discovered the house was not very clean. Dirty sheets (hair and crumbs), 1/2 beer in the window cill, basement & stairs not vacuumed. kitchen cupboards had food debris, basement bathroom floor was dirty with hair. Contacted VACASA and every time I did I received a different text from someone new and had to explain what was going on. I finally gave up after multiple attempts. Very disappointed in VACASA regarding the cleaning.
The house did not present well. Master bedroom pocket door was broken so if you wanted bathroom privacy everyone had to leave the bedroom. The second master bedroom had a 2x4 propped up against the exterior door. Per the on call maintenance tech, this was in lieu of a dead bolt. Multiple window openers were broken. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work. The outlet plate was open showing wires inside. I also contacted the maintenance dept at VACASA and an on call tech came to the house and verified the bathroom door was broken. On Monday the maintenance man came and again verified the door was broken. Per text messages it did appear they were going to try and find parts but no follow up after that and the door was not fixed.
The house is spacious, extremely comfortable beds. Lots of hot water. The game room was fun to use. Private quiet lot. The front living room was nice, new furniture and windows opened for nice breeze. The kitchen was well appointed and room for multiple activities. We enjoyed our stay but the house needs some work.

Large house with lots of room including a game room with ping pong table and air hockey and 2 nice fire places . Relatively clean.
One of the shower doors is very old and probably needs to be replaced.
Overall recommending it.

Great ski house for multiple families
Great location, 7 minutes from Mt. Snow and about 25 minutes from Stratton. The house had PLENTY of room for 3 families for a long weekend and we were not tripping over each other. Would recommend it to larger families or group of friends.
We will definitely consider for a future rental.

Great Family Ski Escape
This house is very spacious and clean. There was room for a large family of 8 and it was well set up. The kitchen was new with great appliances. Perfect for skiing with a large mudroom and plenty of seating in the living room. Only minutes away from Mount Snow. The only problem we had was that there is a steep driveway and when it snowed our 2 wheel drive car wasn’t able to make it up the hill. It took a long time and a few phone calls to get it plowed and sanded, but they did come. Other than that it was perfect and we would stay here again happily.
