About this house rental

New renovation in Dec 2021- large and Modern style Big 5-bedroom house with Heated pool (upon request only - fee listed below). (Not a party venue home) 12 minutes to DFW airport , Gaylord hotel and convention center , Great wolf lodge and other sightseeing . New furniture , unique lights and more - perfect accommodation for your family trip or large gathering. Nice size Pool with two patios ( outdoor dinning and living ) Game room (Air Hockey, Foosball, Treadmill, and Classic Arcade Console table). Ideally located close to many great attractions! - Central to Dallas or Fort Worth.

House rules :

1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 9.30 pm - 8:00 am. Only Registered guests can stay overnight. Accurate headcounts must be provided at the time of booking. Pre-approval is required for any visitors.

2. Parking: Only parking on the driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. 6 cars is the max. If more than 6 cars, please ask the host to direct you to park at the entrance of the subdivision, which is two blocks away.
(4 cars on the driveway and 2 in front of our house only)

3. Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon request in advance only. The heater only accommodates the entire pool at 82-83 degrees. The heat fee is $80 per day upon request.

Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 82-83 degrees is possible within 8-10 hours, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is below 40 degrees.

4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20 per person per night. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. Visitors needs pre-approval , Unauthorized guests are not allowed.

5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

I loved the decor. The neighborhood is quiet. The pool was beautiful. It rained during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy it, but it was a nice setting for our business training.

This spacious, attractive, modern 5BR house easily accommodated our family consisting of 9 adults and 6 children. You do have to share 2.5 bathrooms, one being within the master. We paid to heat the pool for one day and it was very pleasant and warm. The pool area gets a lot of afternoon sun. Flower Mound is a nice residential city. Owners were quick to respond to our needs and questions.

We had seven work colleagues staying at this house, and there was plenty of room. Loved the two sitting areas and the large dining room table for meals and/or games. Lots of beds to choose from. The pool is very nice for warmer months.

Plenty of space, very clean, and quite comfortable. Much preferred over more commercial lodging. Access to property was easy and the home had everything that we needed for our three day stay. During our visit, we spent nearly all of our days out visiting family, and this home was a great place for us to rest and recharge for the next day. Thank You for your very nice accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay at this mostly renovated VRBO. Spacious enough to entertain family comfortably. Beds were very comfortable. Most furnishings appeared fairly new. We did not use the pool, but it did appear that it would make for some fun time in warmer weather. Of note, there are no curtains in the back breakfast room or dining room, which made them practically unusable with the hot afternoon sun streaming in. We would likely rent there again if a few improvements were made.

Family met for a week trip to the DFW area and this home was a great home base. House was exceptionally clean and all the rooms were bright. Family LOVED the pool and our 11 year old grew gills she was in it so much. 15 minutes to Grapevine, 40 to Fort Worth, and parts of Dallas are 30 minutes.

The property was extremely homey and very nice. I can’t say enough good about the hosts. I emailed asking if the property happened to have a pack n play or a crock pot and she actually went out of her way to purchase those items so we would have them available in time. I would stay at this listing or any other listing from this host any time!

Overall the property was great. The game room and pool were great. Adequate sleeping space. The property is starting to age a bit and the landscaping could be freshened up as well. Property owners were very responsive!

First time using a VRBO and the whole process was great as was the stay. Christina was readily available to answer all my questions. Home was clean and laid out to allow people to comfortably sit and chat. Kitchen had basic food supplies such as coffee and spices. The spices were a great treat. It was close to everything. I would highly recommend Christina and the home.

We were in town for a family memorial and I decided to rent one larger place for all of us versus individual hotel rooms. The house worked out great - in good repair and well stocked. The pool was a hit as well as the game room. As mentioned in the listing this house is located in a quiet neighborhood, so you need to watch your noise and parking so as not to disturb the neighbors, but this really wasn't much of a problem.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Walking distant to a super fun park for littles, the pool in the backyard was perfect. We had it heated since it was the beginning of spring at the time. Lots of amenities in Flower Mound. The host was very helpful, and responded quickly to our questions. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We loved the property and the host was great. Checkin was easy and the home was spacious. For us our must have was a place for grandma and for 3 small children all in the same room safely. This home checked that off. We loved each kid had their own bed and a trundle so toddler didn’t roll off bed and all in the same room with grandma. We had no complaints and we plan to stay again. Hope to use the pool next time.

Clean, homey without being too personal in decor, all the amenities needed for a bunch of kids to have a blast (game room with its own tv for video game play was a huge hit, pool that owner graciously heated for us in the dead of winter, large bedrooms). I noticed a large playground and big open field that was walking distance to the house, we just had too much planned to take advantage of it. Owner was extremely accessible and accommodating. Will definitely be back if we’re ever near Dallas again.
