The townhouse was fully remodeled in Nov 2021. Inspired by Studio McGhee with a casual yet modern flare. This is an upscale Key Largo townhouse with 2 living rooms. This offers a unique opportunity for your family to spread out. It is our second home and we have made it as inviting, comfortable and welcoming as possible.
The three bedroom, three bath unit is located in Kawama Yacht Club. It is just minutes away from John Pennekamp State Park, known worldwide for its underwater scuba and snorkeling. Great restaurants are within walking distance.
The townhouse overlooks a large salt water lagoon (my personal favorite) from both the balcony in a master bedroom and the living room. The lagoon offers two entrances. One with a walk-in beach entrance (where the kids can play in the sand) and the other with a beautifully re-built dock with stairs. It has 3 floating platforms that the kids love. Adults can watch the kids swim or kayak in the lagoon or jump off the platforms while relaxing on the balcony or the living room.
Kawama offers a 400 foot jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. The townhouse is steps away from 2 heated pools, a marina, free boat ramp, tennis courts, a ton of tiki huts, charcoal BBQ's, fire pits and a kids playground. There is plenty of free self parking.
The unit comes loaded with all new amenities. Free high speed Wi-Fi, 3 large smart HDTVs, plenty of beach towels, 2 pickleball rackets and balls, two bikes and two kayaks.
This three story townhouse is equipped with two living rooms, perfect for the kids to have their own space. The main (second) floor has a large living area with a 60" Smart HDTV, large windows and sliding doors and balcony overlooking the lagoon which brings in natural light. The living room seating includes a large 103" leather plush couch, two chairs and two ottomans close by for additional seating. This main floor also has a full bathroom and the kitchen. The new modern white kitchen has seating for six at the large island (plus 2 additional folding stool). It has new calacatta quartz countertops, all new stainless steel Samsung appliances, a new coffee maker with both a Carafe and single serve coffee pods.
The third floor has two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the lagoon and large sliding glass doors. The second master bedroom also has a king bed with a 55" Smart HDTV with cable and a balcony. The third floor houses the largest bathroom.
The first floor has a third guest room with a queen bed. It also houses the second living space (with a queen sofa bed), a full bathroom and the washer and dryer. This second living room is comfortably equipped with a 65" Smart HDTV with cable and a contemporary fold-out queen size sleeper sectional couch. This living space is ideal for kids, with plenty of floor space.
Newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors complete this fully renovated home.
We try to provide all items necessary for your stay to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We ask that you not take any items and be considerate and replace used items when possible. We try to provide an array of condiments, garbage bags, coffee filters, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, cleaning products, beach towels, bath towels, bikes, kayaks, etc.
Each of the three full size bathrooms is equipped with 16.9 oz bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with free boat ramp), docks available for rent, oceanfront access with fire-pits, a 400 foot jetty, 24 hour security, free boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, heated pools, tiki huts, kids playground and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle-boarding, or fishing or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free but boats must have $300K in insurance. If you need a boat slip let us know and we can provide the marina's information.

Perfect big group property due to 3 levels of bedrooms but there wasn’t a hot tub as listed.
We enjoyed the pool, lagoon, and short walk to waterfront which was great! Bottom level bedroom off of family room doesn’t have window so felt like a big closet! Would stay there again due to location, cleanliness, and peaceful, friendly condominiums

Property was exactly what we needed for our family of 6. Enough space for all and lovely grounds to walk and relax. Loved the extended walkway near the marina. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen cookware.

Everything about this unit was perfect and we look forward to staying here again! The unit was very clean, updated and well stocked and the grounds around the unit were beautiful. We've stayed at other properties in Key Largo and this community is by far the best.

Three of us came to snorkel in Key Largo and have a one day visit to Key West. The community is off the main road so it is really quiet and secure. The condo was easily more beautiful than the pictures. Very tastefully decorated and felt new. I have found that decorator places can be stiff and uninviting but this place was perfect. The primary great room has super comfortable seating - we cozied in blankets on the couch in the morning. They had a good amount of cookware although we really didnt use any. The coffee maker does both keurig pods and full grind beans. The fridge is enormous. There are great bathrooms on all floors, water pressure and temperature was perfect. Washing machine, which we did use, was on the first floor. The AC worked wonderfully (no restrictions on it, which some hosts do have). The beds--This is easily the thing where rentals can go wrong -- these beds and pillows were divine. My husband prefers a firm bed, and my sister and I prefer soft. These were great for all of us. I loved the pillows so much I want to order some! I really cannot say enough about this place. I am really picky about where I stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our third time at Kawama Yacht Club and our third different unit there. This one was by far the nicest and most updated. The unit was very clean and the pictures are an accurate representation of what you get. Kawama is a great place to take young kids as there are a couple different pools, a playground, and a large swimmable lagoon with a beach entry. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and my 2 former college roommates and their husbands got together after 40 years to enjoy a week in the Keys. The townhouse was beautifully appointed and nicely decorated. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels, GREAT location in a nice resort--we played pickleball every morning, enjoyed the pool (there are 2) and lagoon. The owner was so easy to work with, appreciated her flexibility! Fun stuff to use like bikes, cornhole game...We had a blast! Thanks Dania!!

We found the stairways rather difficult. The treads are short and not good for elderly people. Though there are three bedrooms and three baths they are spread apart. One bath on each floor but two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.. Tlhe curtains did not block out the lights at night. They seemed to light. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Bikes were nice.

We had such a nice stay at this beautiful property. Everything felt brand new, from fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds! We also really enjoyed the large pool, fish watching in the lagoon and easy access to a lot of delicious restaurants/activities.
While we didn’t really require much assistance, as the house directory was very thorough and helpful, Dania was very quick to respond to the one request we had!
Hope to revisit Kawama in a future visit.

This was a great place. We did not find the information binder in the cabinet under TV until late yesterday. Maybe have on island & a small decorative trash in upstairs bedrooms. Would recommend this home to friends and family. Thank you.

We loved staying at Dania’s home. The house itself was exactly as pictured, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a fan, as sleeping at night could get rather hot the minute the a/c shut off - and I like some white noise, but not a big deal, I wasn’t expecting one since it wasn’t included in description. The beds were comfortable and easy to access. Security was kind of annoying because the QR codes didn’t seem to work for a lot of people and MANY times we would return to a massive line of cars trying to get in when security was at the bathroom. We didn’t use pools or lagoon, I’m sure they are fine but lagoon looked kind of murky and the sea grass from the ocean puts a terrible smell in the air right now on beaches so we didn’t go to the beach there either. But none of those things affected our stay! It’s just Florida right now :)

Dania offers unparalleled accommodations that surpass many of the options in Key Largo. I cannot say enough good things about the condo, it feels like your own home. EVERYTHING that you'd expect to have was just there. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, with lots of fresh towels in every room, comfortable beds, and much more. Dania even went above an beyond to help us find a boat slip last minute during opening weekend of lobster season! We are so grateful and will definitely look to book with her again soon!

Lovely beautiful home
Dania’s home was lovely, it was stylish and clean with up to date furniture and appliances. It was perfect for my adult family and young toddler. The complex also has plenty of amenities we didn’t even get to take advantage of them all. Definitely recommend!

Professional photos can be misleading
This is a beautifully decorated and clean condo in a large condo complex. We chose it because of the boat ramp being on location and free use of the ramp and parking. The ramp is only useable at high tide. We were unaware of this from the host and description. We had to pay 50.00 and drive the trailer to another ramp to leave. The condo is beautiful but much smaller than the photos lead you to believe. The two sets of stairs are very narrow and extremely steep. It would be difficult for a tall person and anyone with any knee, ankle, or leg issues. The downstairs of the unit appears to be a converted storage area. The bedroom doesn’t have a window and is very small and no room for any of your belongings . The downstairs bathroom is very tight with a 24” door to access and seems to have a bad smell all the time. I could not imagine any more than 6 guests sharing this condo and I feel that would be very tight. The two top floor “master” bedroom’s are just two small bedrooms sharing a small bath. I’m not sure why they are described as two master bedrooms?

Amazing Weekend Stay
Our stay at Dania’s property was amazing! The newly renovated space was so comfortable and beautiful. The beds were super comfy which made it easy to sleep in and relax :) Dania was extremely responsive and flexible and the check in and out process was so easy. Location was great for so many delicious restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come back down!
