Really enjoyed the villa, the staff and the food. The villa was real nice and our group had a great time. The only glitch was communication on the transfers. Make sure to have this settled well in advance so you don't have two companies picking you up from the airport.

We stayed five nights over New Year’s and had the most spectacular time! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like kings and queens. Hugo, the house manager, is the absolute best. Anything we needed, he got for us! Communication was excellent. We had a few high-maintenance individuals, and the quality of the house and staff blew them away. The view, pool, and hot tub cannot be beat!
I highly recommend having the staff make a few dinners; they were delicious! They provided a bartender daily, which was a nice perk. If possible, request Marcos; he makes the best Margaritas! The house staff was attentive but not too overbearing. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

We stayed at Villa Del Mar for my bachelorette party and it was AMAZING! Hugo, Marco, and their entire staff were wonderful. We were so well taken care of from the second we arrived until we said goodbye. I cant wait to go back.

We had a great time here for a bachelorette party. The staff were wonderful and we appreciated all the extra effort they put in. 5 stars! The only item I think the property could improve upon would be better linens and duvet covers.

We had a fantastic stay Villa Del Mar. The pictures don't do the view justice, it is truly stunning. We spent countless hours in the pool looking down to the ocean and watching the whales entertain nearby boats. The house manager Hugo is fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. The other staff were top notch too. We enjoyed massages at the villa and Hugo and his team prepared one of the best dinners we've had in years. We've been to Cabo a few times before this trip but never stayed in Pedregal and really enjoyed it. It is walkable down to the marina but we aware that the walk back up is a work out with the hills. Would absolutely stay here again.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Amazing house with stunning views of the ocean. Hugo and his staff were great. Cooked and cleaned up after us every day. It was a luxury experience. Would definitely go back and highly recommend to anyone.

Dream property!
What an amazing and beautiful property. We were greeted with incredible service and care. The Pedregal area is truly out of this world with many beautiful homes and views! We very much enjoyed our stay here and will return again. The staff was wonderful and provided breakfast each morning, advice on places to go and kept the home very clean.
The only hiccup we had was finding the house upon our arrival. Our driver came in the back entrance, so make sure to enter from town near the convention center. Also, connect with Hugo prior so your driver can call him if needed.

Great Spot, Great Service
We had a full crew of 16 for a 3 night weekend at Villa Del Mar. Sleeping arrangements were pretty tight, with all 6 bedrooms and all couches put to good use, but the space was an outstanding home base for some good fun in Cabo. The views are stunning, the features were all functional, the space was clean - immaculate actually, and the service was top-notch. Check-in was flexible as there was no one departing when we arrived.
Hugo, the caretaker, was onsite every day. He was able to address every question, solve the couple of issues that arose and connect our group with third party service providers. He arranged for transportation vans, a boat cruise, a mariachi band and a skilled bartender to come to the Villa, multiple grocery runs, home-cooked meals and Covid tests to meet US reentry travel requirements.
Kieran, the owner, checked in multiple times before the trip and provided some great recommendations for places to go and things to do.
The Villa is atop a winding maze of roads in the gated community of Pedregal, which has tight security and seems very safe. Taxis up and down are generally $5/person. There is lots of fun to be had down in Cabo, but there are plenty of reasons just to stay put in the Villa. Sliding doors connect a nice outdoor space with the kitchen/living area. An elevator connects one floor above and two floors below where the bedrooms are. It's a great space for a small party - we made friends with some folks in Cabo and invited them back to hang out - no issues with security but note that the noise ordinance after 10pm is strictly enforced. Morning home-cooked breakfasts were great. There are lots of spots to sit and take in the ocean view. There is a gym, pool table and TVs as well.
I would be thrilled to stay here again - just need to save up ;)
A couple of insider tips - Be sure to get clear on how to work the stereo system (esp. how to play music inside only for after 10pm) and the spa, which seemed a little tricky. Bring cash as there is a big markup on any Villa expenses (e.g., groceries) settled with credit. Bring more cash for tips - Hugo does a lot to ensure a comfortable stay and Betty and Fausto are there every day to clean up after you and do meal prep. One of the bedrooms is an office with a double Murphy bed - maybe better for a single room. If you can't find something, try the junk drawer in the kitchen. Hire the bartender for some excellent margaritas and a fun afternoon.

Kieran and his staff are amazing operators. We had an outstanding time and all of our needs were met either upon arrival or quickly after any/all requests. Extremely happy with house staff that seemed to work tirelessly to make sure we were always happy and everything was clean. The house itself is beyond what is presented by photos. The views and amenities were all top notch. You are blown away from the moment you step in the front door. We will be back for sure.
