You cannot beat this location! Located in the heart of the downtown shopping district on Spring Street, this condo overlooks all of the amazing shops, restaurants, and bars Eureka Springs has to offer. There is not a place downtown that isn't a short walk from this incredible condo! The building was built in the late 1800's, but has been updated significantly to create a gorgeous space that shows the history of our small town, but also has plenty of updates to make it very functional as well.
The space:
Tall windows overlooking the city allow natural light to flood into the space, highlighting the original 1800's exposed brick that is present in every room. Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own flat screen Smart TV, 2 beautiful bathrooms, a HUGE living and dining space with TALL ceilings that look directly over the historic Spring Street, and a functional kitchen with brand new appliances make this space a true beauty. On Top of Eureka has been designed to highlight the history of Eureka Springs while also looking clean and modern. Pipe shelving, a gorgeous leather couch, exposed brick, epoxy penny countertop,and so much more make On Top of Eureka an industrial oasis perfect for the whole family.
The neighborhood:
On Top of Eureka is exactly as the name suggests. We sit directly above the hundreds of shops, restaurants and bars that downtown Eureka Springs has to offer. The historic Basin Park is just steps away, popular restaurants like The Balcony, The Grotto and Local Flavor are mere steps from this condo, and bars like the Rowdy Beaver Den are just across the street! The beautiful tall windows directly overlook Spring Street allowing you to see all the action day or night.Whether it is a busy shopping day, a quiet evening, or enjoying one of our extravagant parades marching through the streets, you can easily watch it all from this space. When we say you cannot beat this location, we mean it!
Other details to note:
Please note that the seventh guest would be sleeping on the oversized leather couch in the living room. We provide a blanket and pillow for this guest.
Unfortunately we cannot offer dedicated parking for On Top of Eureka. However, we do provide guests with several tips and tricks for securing parking near the condo. There are also multiple meter spaces and 15 min. loading zones directly in front of the condo making it easy to stop and unload before parking. Once you are parked and settled, there really is nothing downtown that is not walking distance from this amazing place to stay. You are just a short walk from even the furthest of shops and restaurants. However, if you do decide to drive, Eureka Springs offers a fun trolley system that services nearly every destination in town.
