The house is close to a couple of beaches as well as restaurants, shops, and Sundae School. The house itself is clean and easily accommodated all eight of us. We took advantage of the gas grill and beach chairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was very nice with a good location. The management office was responsive to our communications. We had an enjoyable vacation and the cottage met our expectations.
3.0
The main house is very cute and we enjoyed spending our time there. At bedtime we realized the sheets were stained in the main house and in the cottage the sheets and bedding were bloodied and on the bunk bed was very very dusty. I messaged the property manager and it took almost 24 hours for them to bring new bedding and they only did for the queen in the cottage. We checked in Saturday at 4, early afternoon on Sunday the toilet in the main house was leaking from the bottom, which is dirty water. We were asked to turn off the water and use the toilet in the cottage. It took them over 5 days to send a plumber to fix this. In order to use the bathroom, you had to exit the main house and go to the cottage which at night was not comfortable because it does not have an outside light on the building so it’s dark over there. The cottage is very musty and the window AC unit in the cottage didn’t work so great. The local property manager was very slow to do anything. I will never use vrbo or vacasa (the property manager) again. I’m not sure why they think over 5 days response time is appropriate to fix a toilet. If we wanted a one bathroom home, we could have done that and saved a lot of money.

The managing agent is completely non responsive the description of the house is incomplete the 800 number knows nothing about what the house comes with
I will NEVER rent from your company again
You’re very unprofessional

We love the home in the location… It was very comfortable in rustic. The listed price was only half of what we actually ended up paying, so that seemed a little sneaky.

The main house is really lovely. It was recently renovated and decorated with care. The sunroom was my favorite spot with a big comfy couch and chairs.
It was hot and humid the week we stayed but the house stayed comfortable with the 3 window units and one table fan.
The guest cottage is fine for kids or a couple. It was very nice to have an extra private space tho not as charming as the main house.
Overall it was very spacious for our family of four.
The location was fantastic. Such a charming area and very quiet. You can actually see the ocean if you stand on the lawn, it’s that close. Maybe a block away. We went to the larger beach, Inman, less than a half mile down the road. Parking at the two larger beaches was $30 a day so we walked.
Vacasa was difficult to get in touch with. They don’t answer text messages or Vrbo messages. So you have to call and wait on hold for a while. Once you reach them the service is good. If you lose anything they charge $25 just to tell you whether they found it which, as a host myself, I feel is unacceptable policy.

The home was gorgeous and was the perfect size for modest entertaining, without being too large. The location is excellent: close to beaches, casual and fine dining, coffee shops, retail, and more. They are very firm about the 3 car maximum/no street parking. Overall, would highly recommend and will definitely return!

Amazing property!
I just spent a week at this great cottage with family and friends. The house was amazing and very accommodating with the extra cottage outback. It’s in within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. I would definitely book my stay next year at this great cottage

property could use updates and better cleaning
Gas grill ran out of gas after 1 use and it took 20 hrs to be replaced. Sheets had blood stains as well as wall in bedroom.
Only 2 wash cloths and hand towels provded for a house with 10 occupants. Yard was covered with debris from trees.
Local agent tried to help but no supplies were available in house. Local inspector from Dept of Public Health arrived due to complaint of broken window in bedroom and smoke detectors not working.

Overall all enjoyed our stay.
Things seemed to go smoothly.

PRe-memorial day trip. The house is in a great location. We could take a quick walk to the quiet beach or take a bike ride to bigger beaches. The house was comfortable and we definitely used the gas fireplace on those extra chilly nights. The shower in the main house is not great but everything else was in good working order. The house was very clean when we arrived but the floor was still very wet from washing. We definitely would come back and stay.

Too many challenges
Cute house, quant, convenient location, adequately furnished, nice stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator. 3 options for your morning Jo. Plenty of plates, bowls, cups and flatware.
Sent 2 email through VRBO website prior to arrival. Heard from them at 2:20 whilst driving to Cape to follow a link to get door code. NO wifi whilst driving so unnecessary stress. Keypad is finnicky but it opens eventually. The electric ignitor on the grill didn’t work and there were no matches or lighter to auto light it. Once we worked it out the grill caught fire due to massive amts. of grease in the bottom, emitting black smoke and 3 ft. high flames. Fry pan in the cupboard was filled with gross slimy water. Best option was an old cast iron fry pan, that once cleaned and seasoned, turned out to be the pan of choice. Better than other options. A $30-$40 set of non-stick cookware would be helpful. Even if they had to do that 3 times in a season, it would be worth their investment. With what is in the kitchen it would be hard to produce meals for 10 people. Drawers were stuck shut from a bad paint job. Industrial size trash bin in the back yard was full to overflowing and was never emptied during our stay. One tiny motel size bar of hand soap in the bathroom and cheap paper products. I recommend you bring your own soap and paper products. Stupid things to skrimp on with a vacation rental property. The in door ice dispenser jams so has to be opened from inside to clear it and retrieve ice. Wifi was unreliable. If you are on vacation and can be patient, it will be okay. But we were here to work.
The FINAL straw was the day of check out, I misread the check-out time to be 11:00 AM. The first time a human reached out to me was via. text to say, “I was informed by the housekeeper that you are still in the home. We do not allow late check out and the cleaning team need in the home. Please vacate the property with your belongings.” I messaged, the housekeeper was in the house and had started her work. I feel bad leaving this review because I don’t want the owners to suffer the consequences of hiring a bad management company. I sent multiple text with photos and got canned, computer generated responses. No one ever came to check in with us or make amends for the multiple issues discovered the day we arrived. Until Turnkey on Cape Cod develops better customer service practices, it’s not worth the headaches.

It was everything we needed. Super clean, great location, perfectly cozy for our fall stay.

Quiet and Comfortable Cape Cod Getaway
Comfortable house stocked with everything needed for a great vacation. You can see the ocean when you step into the street in front of the house. The 4th bedroom in the cottage was perfect for a member of our group who required a bit of solitary space to work. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this rental.

Great Cape Cod Cottage
This Cape Cod Cottage looks exactly like photos. Very neat and clean. Charming cottage decor with updated and very clean bathroom and kitchen. We didn't cook during our two night stay, but kitchen seemed to be well stocked for cooking. There was also a grill outside on the side porch. The separate building with 4th bedroom was a bit musty, but we only went in there to start towels in washer. Having beach chairs on site was a nice bonus and gave us more room in cars. There are many books to sit back with on site as well as board games to play. (I won Yahtzee). The beach is only a couple of minutes to walk to. It's a small beach with stairs to access. There are bench seats up top to sit and take in the ocean if don't want to do stairs. Dogs welcome on beach in town after labor day. The email/text communication was fantastic.

Nice relaxing getaway
Very cozy place, nice relaxing house, very short walk to the beach, overall good experience, the only thing, the little AC units in the bedrooms are very loud, need to be updated.

Comfort and Convenience on the Cape!
Just home from a short stay at this lovely, spacious, well-appointed and awesomely convenient cape house and can't wait to book for a full week next summer! Family loved it - we can't cover all the pluses, but besides great amenities/short walk to the beach, ice cream, great take-out/in a beautiful neighborhood, it was such a pleasure to stay at this well-loved, beautifully maintained perfectly arranged home with every convenience. Though no central air, each bedroom had window ac, which we did not need (plenty of natural cross ventilation). The deck was a particular favorite - private and well-designed (like everything about the home). My 5 yr old grandson's parting words were "I want to stay at our beach house!"
He's not the only one!

Cape Cod 2020
My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It accommodated our family of 8 comfortably. It was clean and neat when we arrived. It was close to the beach and other places to visit on the cape. I would recommend this property to other families who plan a visit to Cape Cod.
