This home has all the amenities to make your stay a comfortable one. Its character stems from being built in the 1920s with the original staircase and wood in place. You will be able to enjoy a meal with the family in the spacious living room and dining room or outside in the yard. Each bedroom has air conditioning along with . In the evenings spend time in the back yard socializing on the comfortable outdoor seating. The proximity to downtown Oak bluff allows you to walk and get a nice cup of coffee from Mocha Motts and be back before the rest of the family awakens. On Bus line #13 and #9.

It lived up to expectations. So many added amenities. Plenty of china and glassware. Great, well working appliances. Informative magazines which were helpful. We fully enjoyed our time together at this charming house!

The house is large enough for 10, if 2 are in twin beds. The front porch and backyard are perfect for meals, drinks or just enjoying the weather. The backyard is great for grilling and gathering. We used pretty much every square inch of the in and outside.

My family of five plus first infant grandson had a wonderful time. My husband and I came to Martha’s Vineyard the first time 43 years ago on our honeymoon and have visited the island every year since. This was our first stay at this beautiful place. There was plenty of room, a spacious kitchen, lots of hot water, air conditioning and a wonderful front porch. It was a great vacation spot!!

We were on the Vineyard to attend the wedding of the daughter of close friends of ours'. We had a wonderful time, enhanced by staying at this great property! The host was readily accessible and was immediately responsive to a few needs that came up. The location was great; and, despite being on a main road, was very private. It was noisy though! The house was well-equipped and very comfortable. We would stay there again! Thank you!

We were six in total… 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. Five large immaculate bedrooms. Plenty of living space and excellent location. Everything you could possibly want is there. A+++

Chimene's property was absolutely perfect in every way. From the fenced in yard, to the location of the home and everything in-between. It fit our family perfectly. It is a short distance walk to downtown. We even walked to the ginger bread houses, as well as the park for the kids. The fenced in yard was perfect for our kids and dogs to play in. Communication with Chimene was very easy and John was on site and so nice. He took extra time in making sure the outside yard was ready for us. We will definitely be back!! It made our MDW perfect!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The house is in an incredible location - only about a 5-10 minute walk from the main street in Oak Bluffs. The home was fully stocked with all kitchenware and appliances you could ever need as well as some coffee, snacks and other cooking ingredients. The fenced in yard was perfect for our little 9 lb pup. Very comfortable beds and couch. Highly recommend!

If you are wanting a great location to experience Oak Bluffs and the entire island, look no further. Even with a rainy weekend, you are close enough to restaurants/bars and shopping that walking isn’t an issue or even a quick Uber ride. The hosts were great with their communication and we had no issues at all finding the place or checking in. There is a guest cottage on the property but we never once saw or heard the occupant. There was ample space for the 4 of us and we had all the amenities we needed. The small touches of multiple k-cup flavours, lots of spices and cooking options, well stocked toiletries in the event you forgot something, and the backyard fire pit were an added bonus and appreciated. I would highly recommend and we hope to return!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed. The home was in walking distance to Circuit Avenue. We all felt very comfortable in the home. The time went by so fast, I wish we could have slowed it down. We celebrated Christmas early this year due to my son coming home from California and this worked out perfectly. I miss it already.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was perfectly located with lots of room! We completed a thousand piece puzzle on the dining room table which we left there for future puzzle makers! The house is in a wonderful neighborhood to walk around and my dog loved the fenced in yard! Thamks so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house!

The home was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for us to hang out in the dining room, kitchen, or living room. And enough space in the bedrooms to get away when some alone time is needed. If you like to sit outside and read the front porch and backyard are perfect. Super close to the marina, restaurants, and shopping.

We were all pleased with our accommodations. The house had all updated appliances. It was super clean! The beds were very comfy. We were within walking distance of Oak Bluffs and the bus picked us up a short distance from the house to take us to Edgartown. Truly enjoyed this VRBO!!

Our stay in this Martha's Vineyard home was spectacular. Nestled in a tranquil setting, the house exuded New England charm, combined with modern amenities. The interior was spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered all the comforts of home. The well-equipped kitchen was a delight, and the bedrooms were cozy and very comfortable. The house is located in the perfect location near the heart of Oak Bluffs. Our host's outstanding hospitality and graciousness provided our family with the "home away from home" experience. From start to finish we had a very enjoyable family vacation at this home in Oak Bluffs. It was clean, very well stocked with all essentials needed and the location was just perfect. The owner was quick to respond to questions and provided local recommendations as requested. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Strongly recommend staying here!

The property was a perfect 5 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs and we were back and forth quite a bit. The house was perfect for our family of 5 with room to spare. We used the laundry machines as well as the new BBQ grill which came with a full propane tank. The kitchen appliances were modern and our host thoughtfully retains spices and commonly used kitchen ingredients from prior renters. We even made a few contributions ourselves. Additionally, there is a Roku attached to the living room TV to allow for a few Netflix movie nights when we were too tired from the beach to make it into town. As for the host, I didn’t hesitate to ask questions and she was responsive and polite with her answers (even when the answers could be found in her comprehensive welcome guide). All in, it was a great a vacation made possible by a great place to call “home” for a week!

This 4 bedroom house is very clean. It has all you will need. Great location! Easy walk into town. We Stayed in the middle of July during a very hot week. We had an issue with the upstairs air conditioning. Although very frustrating for a planned vacation, John made every attempt to have the problem fixed. After a couple of visits from the HVAC company, the problem was beyond his control. However, Chimene and John made right on the problem and offered a very acceptable remedy. They are terrific hosts and their understanding of our frustration is very much appreciated. The island has very poor cell service if you do not have verizon as a carrier. So, keep this in mind if you need maps, find my phone, or apps like uber etc. Overall, we had a great vacation. The kids had a great time, able to walk into town easily.

Wonderfully updated, original summer cottage with tons of character and plenty of space for two families. We absolutely loved being just outside downtown, and just a quick walk to everything! Great living area, updated kitchen, and plenty of bedrooms. Outdoor shower was thoroughly enjoyed as well! Overall, an excellent home base for our first visit to Martha's Vineyard.
