This property was clean and overall a good rental. The carpet is updated and floors but cabinets stive and dishwasher could use updating. Fireplace lets off a minimal flame. The light switches and controls are in odd places and several lights were out but management came right over and addressed this promptly. The porches do not have lights which was odd for using the hot tub at night. The hot tub controls were locked but agqin management promptly came and unlocked. It does get realllyyy hot! The bottom floor is very cold in the winter so be prepared if needing this room it will be fridgid. Ther

We booked this place because it said there were 4 full baths. They have 2 full baths and 2 half baths. The 3 story townhome was ready for us with the fireplace on low so it was warm. The first floor stays cold so be prepared for that. Overall, it was a good weekend stay.

I loved the place with the exception of the hot tub. I specifically chose this place because it had one though. I turned it on and as soon as I turned the jets on, it tripped the breaker. I re-set breaker and as soon as I turned on the jets on again, it went off again. If going verify that the hot tub works.

We used this unit during the weekend of a wedding. The trundle bed was used and had food in it upon arrival. The hot tub was unusable the whole time, even after maintenance was called the first day to fix it.
It only needed to be filled with about 8 in. of water, but apparently they were unable to find a hose in the 4 days we were there. Our group was pretty disappointed as we were looking forward to using it during our stay.
Other than these issues, property worked for our needs.

We had an amazing time here. The location was perfect and all rooms were comfortable. The views from the hot tub were particularly picturesque.

Disappointing Stay
Numerous issues:
1) Poor directions on locating the property. Google Maps does not work for the stated address. If the confirmation notes indicated it`s on the same premises and entrance road as a much larger resort (Silverado II) we would have avoided thirty minutes of driving around, calling the agency, etc.
2) Despite online assurances that cleanliness during the pandemic is a top priority, we found several issues including bath cosmetics from others in both shower stalls, crumbs and other debris in the living area, and a shard of broken glass on a kitchen rug. the local cleaning company did not come to rectify any of this during our stay.
3) Despite indications that the property was furnished with `premium` bedding and linens, that was not the case.
4) Getting an adequate response from Turnkey took several calls, texting of photographs of the cleanliness problems, etc. Issues identified were not resolved during our stay. We were offered and accepted a $150 credit in view of these issues. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great place. Close to town. Close to winter park. Home was very clean and well kept. Only issue was driveway was a little tight getting into with the snow banks. Otherwise it was a great place for us to stay!

Snowy Retreat
Had a great time at this condo. We had snow the entire stay. We were able to cook meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We played games by the fire. We were able to get in the hot tub and soak our sore/tired legs from a day full of skiing. Great stay.

Great stay
10/10 would stay again. We arrived to spotless condo. Hot tub was already warm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Private garage was great. Train does come by but no horn at all and nothing after 7pm. Kitchen had everything we needed. Just as described.
