A quiet neighborhood, adequately suited for several guests to stay. The outdoor and indoor steps/stairs would make it a challenge for some.

Nice, clean rental in a decent location for a couple of days in Seattle

We stayed in Kent to attend a Christian concert in Seattle. I will give positives and negatives. We have used VRBO for many years and are Gold renters. Never have we complained to an owner but this trip was the first regarding the cleanliness. I took pictures and if i could upload them i would to share with others our concerns. Positives: Check in was seamless. Convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Negatives: The house was dirty!! Large amount of hair on the master bathroom floor, had to vacuum. Master shower was dirty with black mold in corners. Kitchen floor was sticky. Most of the kitchen drawers had food particles in them. Stove was so dirty with food and grease we did not cook. Very few kitchen items. Does not have an ice tray to make ice cubes. There was popcorn under the couch and was very visible. The 3 beds are not comfortable, very soft and felt like we were sleeping on a futon. There were only 4 kcups in the kitchen. Cupboard maked coffee had no coffee. No frills! We did contact the owner about the condition of the house. He reports there had been concerns from previous renters and is having trouble with his cleaning crew. He offered to have it cleaned which we declined as our stay was only 3 days and we were out of the house and our personal belongings were left out. The owner did leave more coffee which was greatly appreciated. It appeared to us the owner is in this rental for profits only and not doing anything to make renters stay comfortable.

Property overall is ok, quiet area, not as clean as. I expected , but was manageable.

Nice place to stay

Our time at KentRenton was great. It was a great spot to be for everything we partook of while in WA. The place was super comfortable and a wonderful oasis. The amenities provide was great. This would a place for our next visit.

Place was just as described. Great location. Easy access to everything.

This property was amazing and exactly what we needed. We will definitely be staying here many more times this year. It was close to everything we needed and had all the amenities of comfort.
