Unwind at this stunning brand new coastal contemporary style home. The home was build with 6 comfortable bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 10-14 foot ceilings inlaid with multiple pot lights and a heated pool. 4 out of 6 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Our vacation home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Naples Park. It is only a mile from Vanderbilt Beach. It is 5 mins drive to Mercato Mall with its luxury movie theater, Blue Martini nightclub, and many high-end shops, pubs, and restaurants.

The house was great. Beds comfortable, huge TV and comfortable lounging chairs. Close to Mercato and beach. We really enjoyed staying here.

The home was, as advertised, wonderful! It was clean, spacious and well equipped. We had 8 gentleman staying for a golf trip and everyone was happy with the accommodations. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of comfortable seating for all. The pool was great. It was clean and heated, which allowed for early morning or late evening swimming. Would definitely recommend to others.

This house was the perfect venue for us. We were in town for a tennis bootcamp. We had plenty of rooms, and room to lounge. We had ample bathrooms/showers/towels/refrigeration/etc. I would love to return annually.

we enjoyed your home. it seemed like we were the first to stay there. here are a few pointers that we'd like to share. there was no place in the shower for the soap. not everyone travels with soap, so it would be nice to leave an unused one in every bath. the towels could have been better. the bathtub should have a grip on the bottom to prevent accidents. for longer stays, the drawers in the bedroom should be upgraded and more hangers in the closets. the coffee pot was fine, but a keurig would be a good addition. we loved the area...we walked to the beach and found nice restaurants such as Coopers Hawk and Trattoria Angela. the Patio Cafe was great for breakfast. we all enjoyed our stay. thank you, vita g.

We were in Bonita for a wedding. Our 3 sons, their wives and 5 children under 9. We had a wonderful time. The home is well furnished. The location is great. I don’t think we could have had a better house for us.

The house is spacious, convenient location near the beach, comfortable for a big family. We had a nice time with the family. The only thing we didn’t like were the mattresses, which were not comfortable at all.

Overall things were very good. We could walk to the beach, just a little over a mile, and plenty of beaches to choose from. Had 11 people and everyone had a great time.

The home is very lovely. 4 couples stayed at the house and it was very nice to have your own private en-suite bathroom. Very clean in a lovely part of Naples, very happy with our stay.

Five guys on a golf trip for a long weekend. Separate BR w bath for each of us was a must. Double fridge is great for large group. House was clean and comfortable. Internet TV was a little confusing. Directions would be helpful unless we missed them somewhere. Overall, very nice.

The house has the lovely feeling of a new home. Everything was sparkle clean, comfortable, organized and has a cozy feeling. The house was located in an area close to everything! Shops, grocery and places to eat. The host was easy to communicate and responded to all our inquiries promptly. Definitely, it's on list to come back.

The property was perfect for our little reunion. Our only comments: there should be more/better quality bath towels/linens; same with pool towels. Also, there should be a broom and dustpan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We came to Naples to wander, shop and relax in the pool. This home is in a residential area and at first glance you don’t think it’s going to be large but it is. The pool was warm too. The Naples area collects a good chunk of cash for the house rental- while the place was nice I wish they had gone an extra step and had hand towels/wash cloths in bathrooms and dish towels for doing dishes . We had 2 garbage bags so we got creative with our shopping bags just to be able to take trash out. It’s small stuff, but when you fly in for a fast weekend you hope that the house had basic stuff like that! We brought our own beach towels so we were good - but many travelers don’t have luggage room for that! If you are planning to fly into Naples most flights get in on afternoon and this house has an evening check in so that’s something to pay attention to. You do not get the full day unless you pay more. The house is half hour from airport and within a 5 minute drive to Mercato shopping area and nightlife. Mercato gets very busy at night till wee hours with club music and numerous age crowds. About 10 minute drive to Vanderbilt Beach which is Very nice and offers parasailing, jet ski rentals and white sand ocean fun. Neither of these areas are walkable - you have to drive/Uber. Overall I would recommend to a friend.

The house is very spacious. It really needs a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink and ice makers. The neighborhood was fairly congested with workers on the street, which we were warned about, but it did take away from the experience. All in all, I would not go back. We asked for an earlier check in of maybe 2-3 hours and were told it would cost $150! Then there were variances in the cost per night that concerned me.

Only 4 of us had to share a room and having so many bathrooms is a must when getting ready to go out to eat every day with a group of eight. While we thought the place could have been cleaner - - it was still clean, just not to the level that a nice, newer place like that should be. If I was owner, I’d be questioning the cleaning crew. Great big TV to watch sports with room for 8 to sit comfortably. You’ll want to have your Hulu, Paramount Plus, or similar acct handy because otherwise you will not get local channels. Host was good, wish he could have provided some of the information a little earlier than with the checkin instructions- by then, it was too late if we didn’t have certain things. No harm, no foul because we were prepared. When I asked the group- we all agreed we’d definitely stay again.

The house was beautiful and very clean. There was a bit of construction going on and the driveway of the property was going to get done while we where there on a Saturday but the owner let us have a late check out on Sunday for the inconvenience and we really enjoyed the extra time. Is was 12 of us and everyone loved the house. Thank you for making this time with my family a very memorable one.

Used this location as a base for a week long business golf trip with several key customers. House is set up well for this kind of trip. Only a couple minor issues that the owner resolved quickly. Location is good, but local streets are all torn up due to major utility improvements by local government, which was a hassle and interesting optics for customers, but all turned out well.

Theirs was the perfect rental for my group. 16 women stayed and we wanted to be able to spent them weekend under the same roof. This place was awesome. Everything was on one floor and very open and such a cute outdoor areal too. So glad we found it. I highly recommend.

We recently checked out of this property. The house was nice and a great layout for our 3 families. The pool was nice for the kids. It is obviously a newer remodel which was nice but the mattresses in most of the rooms were quite uncomfortable and made loud squeaks with any movement. There was horrific road construction going on when we arrived. It was explained to us that it was minor…There were a couple of instances where we were unable to access the home from either side of the street and it took us over 30 min to get out and enjoy vacation. One morning, the construction was so loud that the walls were shaking. I would highly recommend that you wait until road construction is complete before staying here.

Our group of 6 had a great trip overall. The house was perfect for our group with more beds and bathrooms than we needed! The location is close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen, bedrooms and pool were great. Unfortunately there was construction happening in front of the house the entire week causing noise beginning at 7:30 am and often difficulty getting into our driveway after we left. We had also confirmed that we could check in at 4, but the cleaning crew was still in the house at 4:30. We had a problem with the pool and the manager was quick to send the maintenance person over to check it out. We would definitely stay again.
