Our family returned to this property for a second year and were not disappointed. The condo was spotless. We love the 7th floor views out on the Blue Ridge. The pool and hot tub are lovely. We had a minor personal problem and the owner, Tristan, helped us with it by phone. A very responsive owner! We will come back a third time, for sure!

The condo was clean and well maintained. The view was amazing. Parking was slightly annoying but fully disclosed in the listing.

This condo was beautiful and perfect for 3 people since it had separate bedrooms and bathrooms! All of the things we needed were available. The place was very comfortable and immaculate and the owner was very timely with communications. The view was fantastic! Apparently the condo management is working on the outside porch which wasn't ready, but that is not the owner's fault. I would recommend and stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this condo. It was very clean and the owner was responsively available when there was a technical glitch. The decor is tasteful. We enjoyed watching Netflix on the Smart TV. We would recommend this property if you are seeking a mountain getaway with a beautiful pool and hot tub. We would return to this property.

What a view we had. We could see for miles. The condo was wonderful - updated, well supplied, clean, and accommodating. It sits on top of Sugar Mountain and looked over the ski lifts. No need for A/C in the summer. Temps were in the 70's.

We loved staying at this exceptional condo with absolutely beautiful views. The pool was perfect. Not too cold/overheated or over chlorinated. That can make or break a vacation for my family anyway. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the coffee and the fact that a food lion wasn’t too far away. We enjoyed visiting all the towns around sugar mountain. Great location! Our van made all the way up the mountain with no trouble either. We will definitely be back!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable condo with a ton of amenities. King-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. It has 2 full bathrooms. Beautiful views of Sugar Mountain ski slopes from the 7th floor in the Citadel of Sugar Top Resort. The resort has a pool, hot tubs, a gym, a steam room, and a sauna, which is great to relax and work out. Luggage carts and shopping carts are available to bring your belongings to the room. Great location in the Appalachian mountains. Very close to the Grandfather Mountain Profile trail park. A few miles from Linville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Close to Grandfather Mountain High Mile Bridge, too. 30 minutes from Boone and a little less from Blowing Rock.

What a great way to spend our 24th wedding anniversary. Very homey and comfortable with great views! Close to a lot of the places we came to see. Will come back and stay at this location again!

I stayed at the place for three nights and it had a great view and all the facilities I needed. It's also well-furnished, including an adjustable bed in the master bedroom. The front desk is responsive to inquiries, and you have access to the pool, steamrooms, and the gym. I didn't need shuttle service to get to my car during the stay as the parking lot right outside the building had plenty of empty non-reserved spots.

The unit was very nice and the views were spectacular. The only drawback was due to the high winds on the top of the mountain, we were not able to enjoy the fireplace while we were there.

My son and I had a wonderful time staying at Tristan’s place. The location is very convenient and the apartment is very comfortable and sparkling clean. The Sugar Top condominium is and 8 minute drive from the ski slope which was a huge advantage :) also the view is amazing. Thank you!

Great location with beautiful views. Condo was more spacious than I expected and communication with owner was stellar! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would have loved to stay longer.

We have absolutely LOVED our stay here . The apartment is really comfortable and homely with everything we needed. The host is clearly a lovely person, very communicative and generous with his complementary drinks etc, the view is amazing, the hot tub, pool and steam room great. You can see the ski slopes from the apartment and it’s an easy short drive to Sugar Mountain Ski resort and Appellation and Beech ski resorts are close by too. My only worry about booking was not being able to park outside, but the shuttle is very efficient and easy, we’ve never waited more than a minute and the drivers are very friendly. It runs 24 hours and has not been an issue at all. We even saw a bear from the shuttle one night which was a highlight. An extreamly enjoyable stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tristan Williams lovely VRBO condo. Our 7th floor location atop Sugar Mountain was clean, very well appointed with a majestic panoramic view. We will be back.

The place was clean and the views were incredible! However, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke everywhere, especially on the bath towels.
