This newly updated Seagrove Cottage was once owned by the original developer of Seagrove - CH 'Cube' McGee. Right in the middle of everything 30A, this renovated and updated cottage is surrounded and shaded by beautiful oaks that are unique to this beach area of Florida. An awesome location as you are just one block away from the Public Beach Access at the intersection of 30A and Hwy 395. On your short 400 ft walk to the beach, you will pass the original Seagrove Village Market, a restaurant and Seagrove gift shop, and it's sister restaurant - the upscale Surfing Deer which is on Scenic Hwy 30A and 395 south.

Beach Access : There are large sections of the 30A beach that recently have had restricted access due to homeowner ownership of the sand to the wet sand water line.
Our beach Access, known as Scenic 395 Beach Access, has the largest open neighborhood beach access in Seagrove Beach. No need to worry about getting your perfect place in the sun and sand! This beach access point is 400' from your front door and has no vehicle parking which ensures no crowds to manage. Its like your own 30A private beach!

Seagrove Classic is also just a short walk or bike ride to the town of Seaside, FL. The Seaside Square is known for its unique shops and restaurants, in fact, all of 30A is known for its upscale shopping and dining. Grab a quick bite at the food trucks or enjoy a gulf front dining experience. For a quick bite for lunch or dinner, the Seagrove Village Market is right next door to your house! Either way you are right in the middle of the 30A action here at the Seagrove house.

Each room is unique and fully renovated with shiplap walls and modern accents. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom is spacious and has room to sleep up to 8 with the extra pull out couch. Enjoy outdoor time under the lights on the patio and a large spacious fenced in back yard. The outdoor space also includes a grill and heated outdoor shower. Large paver parking area that can fit up to 6 cars!

We had a great quick getaway this weekend. Lloyd was very helpful and quick with any questions I had. House was adorable and only a block and a half away from the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this Classic Seagrove Cottage. We always stay on Grove St, but when our normal house was booked we found ourselves searching for another home in the our favorite neighborhood. The Green Dream (as we called it) was perfect. Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The towels and bedding were plush, which isn’t always the case, so I greatly appreciate the extra effort there. We did pay extra for the golf cart and we really enjoyed the convenience. If you have questions about the location let me assure you it is absolutely perfect. We’ve been staying on grove st for years now and the beach access is never overcrowded. We easily walk to the beach every morning, back home for lunch and then back out for a few more hours in the afternoon. It is about a 2-5 minute walk, depending on if you have kids or not. You won’t regret booking this cottage!

We had 1 adult and 3 teen boys to have a quick trip with friends. The house was perfect with plenty of room for everyone. We rented the golf cart for a couple of days and it was perfect! This is a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again!

This was the second time we chose this place. It’s a perfect walk from the beach and close to restaurants, grocery and anything else you need. Not to mention the house is great has everything you need and a neat sun room.

what an absolute beautiful property. They say not to judge a book by it's cover, well step inside to this beautiful cottage. Lloyd and his wife have done an amazing job updating this cottage. It was very tastefully decorated and conveniently located to downtown Seaside (within walking distance). The beach is also just a hopscotch away. My wife, kids, and I will always book this property as long as it's available if we decide to go back to Seaside. I cannot say enough how nice it really was! We wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Fantastic little house in an impeccable location to the beach and the Seaside Square. Access to the beach just down the street and less than a 12 min walk to Seaside. With chairs, umbrella and beach items at the house it truly was a fantastic experience.

Gorgeous home with comfortable beds and beautiful towels and linen. Multiple comfy areas to relax and great kitchen. Location was perfect for us, 2 min walk to beach entrance. Golf cart was great to explore the area. Hosts were helpful and excellent communication. Wished we had more time there, thanks Lloyd and Cindy.

This cottage worked out perfectly for our group of my husband and I, our teen daughter, and her two friends for spring break. The home is very clean and perfectly decorated/furnished. Communication with Lloyd the owner was great. The location turned out to be ideal in that it was a very short walk to both the beach and Seaside without actually being within Seaside itself and also had easy access to the grocery store. We were there during one of the busiest weeks of the year and we barely needed to use our car. The pictures don't quite show how on top of the main street and the next door restaurant the home is - the yard/driveway are smaller than they look. But for us that was a good trade off for ease of access.

This property is exactly one block from beach access and a 10 minute walk to Seaside proper. The space is very comfortable (beds especially) and clean. The hosts allowed us an early check-in and made sure to inquire about any needs. We had a great stay and would return.

This house is awesome! Great location and was the cleanest beach house I’ve ever rented. We had friends staying nearby whose house was on the beach and had a pool… and we chose to hang out and cook dinner at our house because of how nice and clean it is! We will definitely stay again..

We had a wonderful stay for spring break 2023. The location allowed our teens to pop in and out with their friends and had easy access to the beach. The corner location could be a little noisy at night but was worth it for the convenience. Never kept us up or anything, just thought I would mention. We were also there during one of the busiest weeks of the year so need to take that into consideration. The private backyard was Heaven, we had coffee there every morning. Great for our family!

We had such a great stay! There were three couples in the house and we all fit comfortably. Everything was very clean and nice and the hosts are easily accessible if needed. The check in/ check out process is super easy and the location of the house couldn’t be any better! We will definitely be back!

This home is a block from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the square. It is very well maintained and has a great beachy vibe. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. The hosts were fantastic. They were responsive and kind. We really could not ask for more.

This was our first time visiting the Seagrove, and 30A area. The location of this rental is perfect. You are just a short walk or bike ride from the beach, shopping, etc. The property is newly renovated, and was very clean. Shortly after our arrival we were greeted by the owners Lloyd and Cindy who were very nice and helpful with any questions we had. I hope to visit this exact property again next year.

This house was perfect for our family of four. We found the property to be super clean and the location was perfect. We loved having the Seagrove Village Market next door for a quick meal. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We are already dreaming about our next trip to 30A and this gem is at the top of our list!

This cottage was a perfect fit for our family. We've visited the Gulf Coast each year for the past 15 years, and this was by far one of our favorite places in that time. The location is wonderful: just a short walk to the beach. It's proximity to Seaside and other hot spots on 30A made it easy for us to enjoy all the area has to offer. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well. Morning coffee/breakfast on the back patio and the gas grill for a couple of meals made our stay feel like home away from home. The interior is exactly what you see. Clean. Comfortable. Games to play with the kiddos and plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach. The owner was very responsive, courteous, and helpful. We 100% recommend this home if you enjoy the beach and the fun of 30A. Our family absolutely fell in love with it!

Spacious, updated cottage in a great location. Less then a block from beach access. 15 min walk to amphitheater/airstream row. Next door to Village Market. We rented bikes which was very useful and we explored Watercolor Nature Trails. Had fun experiences dining at nearby The Hub, North Beach Social, & Old Florida Fish House. Teens were able to explore the area safely on their own.

My two sons and I stayed at this house and found it to have everything we needed or requested. The house is clean and fresh, updated beach style. Comfy beds, great areas to lounge, handy to restaurants and the grocery store, easy walk to the beach.
