Location is everything! S. Mt Pleasant is the place to be with easy access to all of Charleston's endless activities, beaches and restaurants. Coastal refined decor, well stocked kitchen and comfortable kings. This bright and plentiful home is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Wifi and office space. Kids will love the bunk room and adults have their own master suite. Another 2 bdrms with a king and queen. Tankless water heater, gas grill and stove for all your home cooked meals and even an outdoor shower to rinse off your saltwater days. The house is beautifully landscaped on a quiet cul-de-saq, in a friendly neighborhood and a kids playground around the corner.

We had such an AMAZING time staying in this clean, cozy, and very comfortable coastal home. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood in Mount Pleasant close to everything! Kristin was the perfect host with great communication before, during and after our stay. The home was equipped with “everything” we needed during our stay … the beds and linens were perfect and provided a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring the area! Places we recommend to eat in the area are Poe’s Tavern in Sullivan’s Island, Saltwater Cowboy at Shem’s Creek, and in Charleston … Hyman’s Seafood, Poogan’s Porch, 82 Queen and Magnolias. We also recommend the Old South Carriage Company for the Carriage and Harbor Tour … a fantastic way to see the BEST of Charleston! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!!!

We had a group of 7 that included Grandparents, Parents and Kids/Grandkids. The house was very cute and comfortable for all of us. The location was centrally located between Charleston, Fort Sumter and Isle of Palms. The beach chairs and toys came in handy and the kids enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway. We had such a good time and enjoyed our time at the house.

Loved our stay, beautiful and clean home and a great family friendly neighborhood with a kids playground in the community. Everything was perfect, Kristin has put so much thought and details into making our stay so amazing we didn’t want to leave. Close to all great things Mt. Pleasant has to offer and short 15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. Traveling with children we’re constantly making meals and snacks and kitchen had everything we needed and more. We also enjoyed the backyard and kids enjoyed the toys. Looking forward to our next stay, thanks so much for sharing this home with us!

We are 3 childhood friends celebrating 55 years of friendship. We’ve been around and are keenly aware sometimes pictures aren’t truly representative of what you get. NOT THE CASE here. Kristin did not forget a single thing! The house could easily accommodate a large family. Fantastic location! Not more than 5 miles from town, the beaches, and attractions! Kristin was extremely responsive. 10 stars from us!

We had the best time! We were in Charleston for a softball tournament at Shipyard. It wasn’t a long drive to the field, and the neighborhood was nice. It was very close to stores and food! The house was amazing and far exceeded our expectations! We spent a lot of time on the back porch and swinging on the front porch. Thank you for a wonderful stay-we will be back!

The host Kristen was extremely communicative and helpful. The property was comfortable, clean and well decorated. It fit 9 of us (4 adults, 5 kids) perfectly and the location was ideal- less than 20 mins to either Charleston or Sullivan’s Island. Highly recommend this adorable rental!

The house was lovely with charming and thoughtful details. Our host was very attentive to our needs and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked. Going to the beach ? …. beach chairs, beach towels and very nice outside entertaining area at your vacation home. I would highly recommend this house (and I’m picky) !

This adorable and very clean house was perfect for our family vacation to Charleston. Loved the neighborhood and proximity as well. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on the backyard deck and experienced some grand thunder and lightning storms on a few evenings. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Kristin was a fabulous host, quick to respond to inquiries and provided some suggestions for places to visit. Note that VRBO lists 4 bathrooms, when there are actually 2.5. Two full baths upstairs, a half bath downstairs, and an outdoor shower. But we made do perfectly fine with this setup and highly recommended this property. Thank you, Kristin, for your hospitality!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space to spread out. The location was 15 minutes or less from everything we wanted to do. We hope to return!

6 of us plus a baby went to Charleston for a wedding. Added several day to the trip to hang out and enjoy Charleston. The house was great! Well stocked place. They had everything we needed. The back yard and covered patio was a blast to hang out. The houses was very clean and well decorated and the owners were very responsive! If in Charleston would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home with design attention to detail. Established neighborhood conveniently located to Charleston and Mt Pleasant/Shem Creek attractions, restaurants and fun. We came with some friends and our families to get away in Charleston. The house was beautiful and had everything we could need. The host was kind and very responsive whenever I reached out to her. Location was great as we were close to the beach and not too far from downtown Charleston either. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for girls weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay over a long weekend in April. The home was perfect for what we needed and you can tell the owner put a lot of detail in the remodeling and decorations. Communication was great and very fast when I needed to get ahold of the owners. Location was great as we were out and about most of the weekend. The trundle bed didn’t really work out as it is a mattress tucked under the bunk bed but it’s blocked by a dresser so there wasn’t a good way to get it out . We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous centrally located home

This was my first time ever renting a VRBO and I was pleasantly surprised. The house was gorgeous and exactly as described. Kristin was incredibly responsive to my questions and very kind. Six adults stayed in the home and we had plenty of space! The home is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown in one direction and 15 minutes to the beach in the other. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the house itself, is that ride share services seem to take a little longer than hoped (usually 20 to 25 minutes), but that just required some planning ahead. This home is lovely, the host was great, the house rules were very reasonable, and I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Charleston in the future.

Rented for my family to attend a college graduation. Very well stocked kitchen. Liked the various spaces so we were not on top of each other. Very nice furnishings. Beds extremely comfortable.

Me and 4 of my friends recently stayed here for my best friend's bachelorette! We had so much fun and loved the property! From the decorations to the amenities and even the location, everything was perfect! On top of it, Kristin was a great host and responded quickly with any questions I had.
