Smell the salty air, listen to crashing waves, watch the tides come and go in the marsh, grill ribs and steaks as you watch stunning sunsets over the marsh, and be only 2 blocks from getting sand in your toes on the famed Hampton Beach while enjoying the busy main drag of Hampton Beach! This corner lot on Island Path boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with large kitchen/dining area, separate living room, central air, front porch areas, and large side deck (with propane grill and separate refrigerator!), and outdoor shower. Walk barefoot on the lawn, relax in the hammock, kick back on the side deck outdoor dining area (seats 6). Breathe in the calmness of vacation right near wonderful Hampton Beach. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, the third bedroom has twin bunk beds, and the living room has a sleep sofa. Sleeps 7. Fully furnished kitchen has gas range, air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster oven, KitchenAid mixer, and full-sized refrigerator. Washer/dryer at no charge. Small mudroom off the side patio with beach chairs available. Driveway parks 4 cars. Easy access in/out of Hampton Beach. Dog friendly but PLEASE check the pet box during your reservation if you are bringing your pet. No smoking permitted on the property.

The cottage layout made it feel spacious. Linda was very nice & quick to reply if I had questions. The location is lovely & quiet but walkable to the attractions. The central AC is fantastic & outdoor shower a nice bonus.

It was in a great location! Close enough to the beach and strip, yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. We can't wait to go back next year! Also very clean and well cared for.

Great beach house just a few minutes walk to the beach. Quiet street and pleasant neighbors. The owners were very nice and quickly responsive to a small issue. Highly recommend!

This house has it all! So clean and comfortable, very well stocked, and the location is excellent. We absolutely loved being just a short walk to the beach. Linda and Bill were very responsive, although barely needed since they'd already taken care of everything for us (thanks so much!). We would definitely stay there again.

Our family had the most wonderful stay at this location. It was the most quietest spot we've stayed at in hampton beach. It was extremely clean, and they provided every appliance you could possibly need for your home away from home. Overall, A+ we would definitely recommend booking your next vacation at this property.

Great location, clean, and has everything you and your family will need. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to the beach and all the shops/restaurants. Check in and out was a breeze. The owners were super friendly and readily available for any questions or concerns. Could not have asked for a better experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach house. We were a short walk from the beach and shops. We enjoyed the games, hammock, and bbq set up at the house. Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely stay here again!

This cottage is beautiful, clean , everything you could need.. great front and back decks. Has lawn not just stone for the pets and walking distance to marsh for a place to walk pets. walking distance to beach. Quiet neighborhood. highly recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Linda & Bill’s cottage. The house had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and the set up met our needs well. We enjoyed relaxing on porches in evening. The area is definitely a plus, quieter and convenient for walks with beautiful sunsets! I was very happy that I was able to take my dog, he too enjoyed his stay! Linda was very friendly & helpful and we were happy to meet her in person. We definitely look forward to returning next summer!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Great location far from the noise but close enough to walk to the boardwalk/Beach. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed, plus some extras like fluffy towels and shampoo. They even had treats for our dog. Would definitely stay there again.

My wife and two friends came up to visit me while I was working in Portsmouth for the holidays along with our dog. This place was a great value for our group and is very pet friendly (they leave treats for guest's dogs). The bedrooms and bathroom were on the smaller side, but overall a nice stay for a week.

This was a great place for us to celebrate Thanksgiving while visiting our daughter in the Coast Guard. The home was warm and well-appointed - and we were able to whip up a pretty decent feast in our host kitchen. The neighborhood is friendly and the quick walk to the beach is worth it.

This place is amazing! So clean and has everything you could ever need when your on vacation! It a home away from home feeling!! We didn’t want to leave at all! We will be back to stay again in this cozy home! Linda and Bill got right back to me, when I needed them. This is a must stay!!

Traveling alone I felt very safe in the cottage. Great location. Close to the beach within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Linda has everything needed to enjoy your stay from small appliances to shampoo, conditioner, saves a lot of shopping. Thank you Linda.

This beach house is exceptionally well equipped, centrally located, great parking and as cute and comfortable as can be. The landlord was totally on it when we accidently locked ourselves out. Be sure to journey to the end of the road to watch the sunset over the marsh and harbor.. We'll definitely stay there again when we travel to Hampton Beach.

My husband & I had a wedding to attend in New England earlier this month and we decided to make a little road trip out of it with our two medium sized dogs, which meant we needed to find a pet friendly house to rent. We happily came across Linda's house in Hampton Beach! It was perfect for us, a quiet neighborhood, but easy walking distance to town and the beach. And we loved being able to walk our dogs along the quiet marsh road. Being on a long distance road trip, we had everything but the kitchen sink with us (no joke!), but the house has everything you could possibly need, including some thoughtful extra touches such as tea and coffee, and shampoo, conditioner, soaps. And Linda was so sweet as to leave extra dog treats in the cow cookie jar for Kai & Coqui, which they of course loved! Having a washer and dryer was definitely useful, too. Linda is lovely and a delight to communicate with, and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. It was the perfect home base for us as we explored the surrounding area with our dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The house was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood and neighbors were so friendly. What a perfect spot near the marsh and just a few quick blocks to the beach. Our pup Max enjoyed every moment. Perfect end to the summer in a great beach house! We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation at Linda and Bill’s beach house. The house was well equipped, clean, cute and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the adults appreciated the extras, like the central AC on the hot nights! We loved that we were able to travel with our dog. The location was perfect - close enough for a quick walk to the beach while still being in a quiet neighborhood, great for walking the dog. Linda and Bill were beyond accommodating, which made our vacation extra special.

Everything about to his home exceeded our expectations. It’s very clean, well appointed, tranquil and has everything you need! It’s in the perfect location, close enough to walk to the beach and shops but in a quiet neighborhood where we didn’t hear the traffic or noise. Linda and Bill were great hosts! They gave us all of the information that we needed and we could tell that they wanted us to enjoy our stay. We had so much fun, we even extended our stay! We look forward to coming back and would absolutely recommend other guests book this property. You will not be disappointed.
