The house is nice. But, we cook and the dining table only seats 8. There were 12 of us. Kitchen is arranged a little odd. And they should have another refrigerator . The small one upstairs didn’t work. It’s close to everything that was nice. And they provided umbrellas and chairs. They should advertise that.

Had a family vacation with both sets of grandparents. House is big enough for everyone to have a bed, and a lovely kitchen/living room area for everyone to congregate in. They had beach towels, boogie boards, and chairs/umbrellas which we were graciously invited to borrow. There is a pathway to the beach right next to the house, which made the (pretty short) walk so much nicer, especially for grandparents. It is super close to everything in Pensacola Beach, yet lovely and quiet at night. House was beautifully furnished, and just perfect. We have booked it for next year already.

Overall excellent property and experience with exceptional Gulf of Mexico beach just out the back door. Only a few small suggestions would make it even better. Suggestions would include enough coffee for a full pot the first morning; more than one roll of paper towels; more than 2 dish towels; enough laundry soap for several loads particularly since washing the beach towels is required; more bath towels and wash clothes so one would not need to wash towels during the 7 day stay; adequate supply of dishwasher soap to last a week; larger supply of bath soap- the cost for which would be a very small percentage of the total cost.
Had a great time!!

It could not have been any better. The house provided everything imaginable. First time there and will go back.

Perfect stay, perfect home. It could not have been better. The property management company, Premier was very helpful.

This was the perfect house for our 3 families to spend the week at the beach. It has a great location. It is well stocked. And had more then enough space for everyone. Would recommend for big families

The home was excellent. Right on the beach. We had a poor experience with the management upon check out. Management called the day after we left and stated that towels were missing and that we would be charged for them. I explained the towels were washed and folded and placed on the kitchen island and that we did not take any towels. Later, I received a call back indicating housekeeping had placed the towels in a closet. It was disappointing that management would immediately go to the guest, tell them towels were missing and they’d be charged without confirming whether the towels were actually gone first.
Recommendation for future travelers working with this management company. Take pictures of the home upon departure to ensure you do not get accused of stealing or damage to the property with no way to prove the events did not occur.
With respect to the house and stay, they were both excellent and exceeded expectations.

This was a fabulous house, in fact, we are looking to book again next yr. Would suggest a better coffee maker as we drank a lot of coffee grounds it seemed lol better TP :) and maybe more supplies like TP, Paper towels (only had 2 rolls), dish towels (only had 1 dish towel), more trash bags (with just 8 of us we used all they had which was only like 6) cleaning supplies and better dishwasher detergent as it didn't clean them very well and lastly maybe provide some beach chairs or beach towels, other than that, the place was amazing! Keep in mind, none of these suggestions would keep us from renting this home again as it was amazing. I would kind of like it to be kept a secret! HAHAH!

As a family of 18 we loved this property. We've stayed at many beach houses and this one was our best pick yet. The proximity to the water and ample space inside and out made it a great vacation.

Great Family Vacation
This property is beautiful and the location could not be more perfect. There were 12 in our group- plenty of room inside and outside on porches. Wonderful family vacation!

We were in town for a funeral and needed a last minute place to stay that was large enough to serve as a gathering spot for our extended family ranging from kids to some older family members who aren’t very mobile. The open floor plan between the living room, dining room, kitchen, and extending to the large deck overlooking the water made for a great gathering spot for our large group. The bedrooms were good sized and the master bedroom and the sitting room and balcony attached to it was was one of the nicest rooms I have ever seen in a rental. It was also nice to have an office with a desk for those who had to log onto their computers to do work.
The only “complaints” I have are minor. First, there was no brush or anything else to clean the grill grates - I tried using a spatula to clean them while they were still hot, but they still seemed pretty dirty. Second, there were no beach chairs (I left two behind for the next user, although not sure if the property management company threw them out). These are truly nits - everything else about the house, from the appliances to the wifi, worked great.
The location cannot be beat. We happened to be there for July 4 and Blue Angels practice. We had a great view of the fireworks on the bay side from the upstairs balcony that faces the front of the house and it was thrilling to see the Blue Angels fly down the beach and directly over the house three different days during our stay. About half of the large deck is covered, so even on hot days there was plenty of outdoor seating in the shade. There is public beach access right next to the house, but because parking in the neighborhood is fairly limited the beach directly in front of the house is relatively quiet (if you walk 50 yards west toward the hotels, it is packed, so you can easily have the best of both worlds). It is also a 10 minute walk to convenience stores and the restaurants by the boardwalk on the bay side so you can grab snacks, drinks, or go out to eat without driving.
Before I booked the house I questioned whether the price was worth it, but it ended up being great. If we are ever in need of a large house in Pensacola, we would absolutely check to see if it were available.

Good getaway
Good property, some leaking from roof due to storms, not enough trash bags and supplies to clean included but overall a nice place to stay. Very big, great view and ocean access !

Check in was 4pm. We didn't get to check in till 5pm. Every bookings I've been on was 4pm. I had to call about 20 times to get a code to get in the door. Property had some maintenance going on. Overall location was great, management was not.

So my immediate family and I flew in from Colorado and our extended friends and family drove in from Mississippi and Alabama. The property was beautiful, spacious, clean and was perfectly situated right on the beach! The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook or have cocktails. The ONLY complaint that I had about the property was that there was no beach swag for us to use while we were there. The towels in stocked in the property were quite thin and small and barely big enough for showering much less using on the beach. There also weren't any beach chairs. Our family that drove in brought us beach towels and we went to the Publix and bought all of the chairs and toys we needed and left them behind. The property was so pristine that all I can assume is that they didn't want to junk up the storage with beach chairs and whatnot. We had an amazing stay and the property was large enough that all 14 of us had our own space when needed. I will definitely stay here again if we are in need of a large house again!
