I was initially intrigued by the picture of the driveway with the wonderful gate. The rest of the house didn’t disappoint. Beautifully & comfortably set up. Very clean & equipped with every food prep gadget you could think of. Has the best patio view of any of the houses I visited. Had a great time. Would come again.

It was a lovely townhouse with a central location to visit to Tubac, Sonoita wine country, San Xavier Mission, and Tucson. We loved El Rodeo for their great Mexican food and drinks. It was a positive experience. Thank you Mary!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed this property. It was clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The location is excellent; adjacent to the a former golf course which has been converted to a hiking trail network (concrete former golf cart paths). Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall, we really liked it.

We were visiting my mom for a few days, but wanted our own place nearby in GVR. The house was everything we needed, and the host Mary was easy to get a hold of both prior to and during the stay. Would recommend!

Wonderful host, great location, comfortable home.
The home was very well equipped, comfortable, very clean, had a great patio with view of the mountains and was located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Mary, the host, was very accommodating and accessible when needed. We love to get outside and walk. There were easy walking trails in the abandoned golf course below the house and beautiful trails in Madera Canyon, the Saguaro National Park, nearby botanical gardens and elsewhere. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping centers were just a short drive from the house. All these conveniences and great weather combined to make this a wonderful visit.

A Gem in the Desert
Arrived to find this delightful home as promised in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Home was close to golf courses, shopping, and the nearby scenic areas around Green Valley. House was tasteful decorated with a western touch, and master bedroom/ bath spacious allowing us to unpack and feel right at home. Outside spaces invited you to linger and there was plenty of room to relax after a day on the links or exploring the surrounding area. Owner was super in accommodating a slightly early arrival and a delayed departure. Kitchen was well stocked and a baker's delight for equipment and utensils. All in all a true gem.

Best Stay In Green Valley
My sister & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Mary, the property owner, was such a wonderful & thoughtful person! The home & neighborhood are just beautiful! The property has breath taking sunrises & sunsets. The house is roomy yet gives a cozy vibe! The views are amazing especially in the evenings. The neighborhood is very quiet, but saw quite a bit of natural wildlife which was exciting! The house was very clean & well stocked with everything one might need while away from home. It's only about a 20 to 25 minute drive to the Tucson airport & within a 10 to 15 minute drive to great restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Be sure to drive out to Tubac while you're there. Great area & beautiful items made by local artists! We will definitely stay here again for any future trips should it be available!
